Great B&B, my room was very clean, very comfortable, the staff (Carol and husband) were excellent. Coffee and light breakfast in the morning was perfect. The exterior grounds are private, beautiful, serene. The B&B is very safe, secure. Excellent location, I will return.

Parker Guest House is beautiful! I loved the common areas, the courtyard was so pretty with all kinds of flowers. Our room was perfect with a king bed and attached bathroom. It was convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly. I recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying there again when we come back to SF.

What a beautiful place! The room was large and spotless, and there were wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out in. All that, in a relatively quiet neighborhood with nearby cafes and a trolley that takes you directly downtown. (There is a large school across the street, so it may not be as quiet midweek when that's in session.) We will be returning!

We were going to a holiday party in the Mission area and wanted a place to stay close by. Beautiful property and attentive staff. Very much a traditional bed and breakfast with secure entry and exit and parking for a reasonable fee. Room was nice and big and bright. Very clean. Had a nice quiet stay and continental breakfast in the morning was great. Will book again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Brian was excellent and really made the check-in process nice and easy. He also provided some great suggestions for places to eat and activities. The breakfast is wonderful and great quality food. This is a good option for folks who want to be in a less intense area of the city but still walkable distance to great areas for dinning and exploring. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the Parker House a few years ago and had a very positive experience. We were happy to return and see the place is still airy, clean and friendly. There are not many nice places to stay in the area. The only downside is that we got a basement room, which was dark and a bit loud (could hear noise from lobby) but staff reassured us we will get an upstairs room next time.

Coming off a three-day road trip, staying at the Parker Guest House felt like a home away from home. An immediate warmth embraced us as we entered the property. Thanks to the fireplace and warm reception.Text communication ahead of our stay was polite and accommodating of our needs based on arrival time. The best staff. Feels like you’re staying in your friend’s comfy guest room. I would go back because of the staff who are excellent. The only issue is climate control and noise. No A/C or central heating so you have to open and close the windows to get the temperature comfortable and then the noise from the street gets to be a lot.

Staff was more than happy to be helpful. The bouquet was beautiful although the hydrangea was wilted by the time we checked in. I thought the bed was too soft, but it was perfect for my wife. The garden was beautiful. Only complaint was the voices/noises seeming to come from beneath the closet or through the walls of room 26.

We really loved the Parker Guest House. The property is beautiful, the room was spacious and elegant, and there were many small details that showed genuine care and attention to make the stay pleasurable and memorable. The staff was warm and not intrusive. Staying at this property helped make our weekend visit to San Francisco one of the best of all time. We definitely will be happy to return and stay here again.

We loved the Parker Guest House. It is a really charming B&B close to the Mission, Dolores Park and the Castro. Carl was so very helpful when checking us in and with breakfast. He was a delight. Our room was small, but charming and it was ADA accessible which was necessary for one of our party. It was a bit tricky for her to turn her wheelchair to go down the ramp in the tight space. Also, the only way to enter the property in a wheelchair is through the parking lot because of stairs in the front. But overall, we loved our stay at the Parker Guest House and we plan on staying again.

The location is perfect. Very clean and safe neighborhood that is in the middle of several desirable districts. But the best part of this place is the beautiful gated property. So well kept, the garden was very well manicured. The continental breakfast was adorable. I really enjoyed the quietness of the bnb. Lastly regarding location, nightlife is very walkable but not close enough to where you hear bar activity.

Parker Guest House is beautiful! I loved the common areas, the courtyard was so pretty with all kinds of flowers. Our room was perfect with a king bed and attached bathroom. It was convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly. I recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying there again when we come back to SF.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Brian was excellent and really made the check-in process nice and easy. He also provided some great suggestions for places to eat and activities. The breakfast is wonderful and great quality food. This is a good option for folks who want to be in a less intense area of the city but still walkable distance to great areas for dinning and exploring. We will definitely be coming back!

Great B&B, my room was very clean, very comfortable, the staff (Carol and husband) were excellent. Coffee and light breakfast in the morning was perfect. The exterior grounds are private, beautiful, serene. The B&B is very safe, secure. Excellent location, I will return.

We were going to a holiday party in the Mission area and wanted a place to stay close by. Beautiful property and attentive staff. Very much a traditional bed and breakfast with secure entry and exit and parking for a reasonable fee. Room was nice and big and bright. Very clean. Had a nice quiet stay and continental breakfast in the morning was great. Will book again.

The property has a lot of character but if you want a modern space, this may not be the best choice. It is beautiful if you enjoy an antique style. The room we were in did not offer charging stations and outlets were not convenient for charging lots of devices. It was clean and the breakfast each morning was beautifully displayed, fresh and a variety of choices. It was also nice that they offered wine and snacks each evening. I would have found it helpful to have someone greet us when we arrived to get some information about the property.

Breakfast and coffee were good . I stayed in the front area of the Inn and the noise from the traffic was loud. Could definitely use a better cleaning to the window sill area. Very dirty. Also had trouble opening up Windows.
