Det ligger i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Og gode spisesteder omkring. Man skal gå ca 400 m til morgenmads cafe Nino, men morgenmaden er rigtig lækker. Værelserne ligger meget isoleret så der er ingen larm fra gaden, men heller ingen udsigt. Der er et lille tekøkken i nogle værelser ellers har man afgang til et fælles køkken.
Det ligger i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Og gode spisesteder omkring. Man skal gå ca 400 m til morgenmads cafe Nino, men morgenmaden er rigtig lækker. Værelserne ligger meget isoleret så der er ingen larm fra gaden, men heller ingen udsigt. Der er et lille tekøkken i nogle værelser ellers har man afgang til et fælles køkken.

Hotel agréable, par contre il n'y a pas de toilette dans la chambre, c'est dommage. Personnel agréable. Bâtiment ancien, très bien rénové. Surprenant.

Hotel tres bien situe (ce n'est pas dans le coeur historique avec Pantheon a cote etc mais c'est pas plus mal car ca pousse a bouger decouvrir et voir) et appartement (terrasse magnifique, vaiselles, frigo, mico onde etc) tres tres correct pour le tarif. Mon appartemnent etait celui nomme CLUB Douche et toilette en commun, tres propre pour mon experience - pensez juste a prendre vos claquettes pour sortir de la douche. Transport en bus juste a cote a 50 metres, station FIUME Rome se parcours tres facilemet en bus , a pied ou metro. Le suivi de l'hotel avant pendant et apres est simplement irreprochable. On vous guide si necessaire etc. facile a communiquer (anglais et italien) Menage fait tous les jours... le quartier est sympas. Bref Bon plan rapport qualite prix et c'est un hotel de confiance, vous pouvez laisser vos bagages le dernier jour pour une derniere visite de quitter ROME

The room was cozy, and felt like a dorm room in terms of size (large bed, desk, wardrobe, bunk bed) with the addition of a small kitchen station (sink plus counter space and mounted microwave). Everything was clean and in good repair. The flat is on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans), with an elevator available. It was adequate for our family of four (parents plus two older teens).

Centrally located close to good public transport and good restaurants in the area. Very safe at night and staff very helpful. It’s almost like an apartment where you had access to a small kitchen. Our room had an adjoining room - v convenient to put suitcases etc and had a fridge and sink. Be careful taxi driver dropped us at another address nearby - also trinity rooms - be sure to confirm the road. Easy self check in after hours

Given that the toilets are shared it was sort of similar to getting a double room in a hostel except the hostels I've stayed in the past were in a much better condition than this. The matress and the pillows were just dodgy.. They need to invest in a least some new pillows for guests. Luckily we were both too tired to care Overall honestly I think you can do better by finding another alternative.

B&B molto comodo a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione termini. Autobus comodissimi per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Pam e ottimo bar proprio accanto alla struttura e diversi ristoranti adiacenti la via. Receptionist molto cordiali e stanza pulita e in linea con la tipologia di struttura. Consigliato!

My rating would be better but the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold and was dirty, the bedsheet has a lot of strange hairs all over that were not ours, the blankets that were in the closet smelled really bad, they smelled like sweat and like they hadn't been washed at all, it seemed they used the same sheets from the previous guests. The people that were taking care of the property were nice and very informative about the restaurants and actibities near by. I would not come back to this hotel.

Très belle location, bien placée. Hélas clim dans une seule chambre, canapé lit de qualité médiocre (ouille le dos) dans un salon bruillant. Assez sombre. Mauvaises odeurs car VMC hors service. Et machine a laver en panne.

On our second night, the power in the unit failed. There is no on-site maintenance nor on-site management after hours. I called their emergency number and spent one hour trying to troubleshoot the issue. Basically unplugged everything and turned off all swithches to no avail. The mangement representative said they could not get an electrician out at that time of night. I had to take a cold sponge bath as the unit has one-demand hot water which needs power to operate. We had to pack under the light of a cell phone flash light. In seeking compensation, they finally offered $53 off of a $300 charge for that night - this only after contacting Expedia. The mattress in the bed was horrible. Not conducive to a comfortable night sleep. There are other issues with the apartment which are too numerous to mention in this review. This is not a "Luxury Room" as the name might suggest. Certainly not worth $300/night. Find a reputable hotel if you want a truly comfortable experience in Rome.

The woman who checked me in was very efficient and kind. One of my suitcases was stolen from my train and I was rather depressed. She said she could help me file a report and was very solicitous. Then another women led me to my very nearby apartment, which is so spacious and well equipped.

This is not a "Luxury Room" as the name might suggest. Certainly not worth $300/night. Find a reputable hotel if you want a truly comfortable experience in Rome.
On our second night, the power in the unit failed. There is no on-site maintenance nor on-site management after hours. I called their emergency number and spent one hour trying to troubleshoot the issue. Basically unplugged everything and turned off all swithches to no avail. The mangement representative said they could not get an electrician out at that time of night. I had to take a cold sponge bath as the unit has one-demand hot water which needs power to operate. We had to pack under the light of a cell phone flash light. In seeking compensation, they finally offered $53 off of a $300 charge for that night - this only after contacting Expedia. The mattress in the bed was horrible. Not conducive to a comfortable night sleep. There are other issues with the apartment which are too numerous to mention in this review. Superbe hôtel avec à la réception un personnel très compétent, un grand merci à Corinne, qui nous a très bien accompagné avec beaucoup de professionnalisme lors de notre séjour. Chambre très propre et jolie, linge et matelas très confortable et l’immeuble très sécurisé. Quartier agréable et pour les amateurs de sushis, excellent restaurant pas très loin! Transport à 400 mètres pour rejoindre le centre ville. Séjour en famille de 5 nuits. Je recommande cet hôtel 👍

Not managing by professional , people who cleaning the apartment also managing the front fest , mostly not available I had one night of my stay with no power , no body was around , the next morning I asked them for discount because of inconvenience and talk to manager , they didn’t care or follow up . Very disappointed also that I trusted Expedia they always a have good hotels , that’s why I chooses this hotel !!!

Good location in Rome, 20 - 25 min walk to the main attractions. A lovely traditional Italian restaurant very close by. The accommodation- rather complicated to get into which was a bit off putting when we received the instructions but turned out to be manageable but was concerning as reception only manned to 6pm and we were to arrived 6.20pm but we got there. The room - no view if you need one we didn’t, bedroom and bathroom far from the best we have experienced and not as good as we had at another accommodation we experienced the last time we stayed in Rome but was fine and was very quiet which was good. As a gold hotel.com member with the many locations I have stayed I have NEVER been asked for a breakage’s deposit, which required to be paid in advance of travel before the access code were released and this was an issue for me because of this I would have difficulty booking with this group again. This may be a new thing in Rome and in hotel.com but one we would rather avoid. So if the deposit / access code system did not exist would would consider rebooking for 1 night, if it did we would not.

Fue muy acogedor, una zona tranquila y cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos de Roma. El personal muy amable y accesible en todo momento. Deben de mejorar el aspecto de limpieza en el cuarto, nada importante me paso, pero si considero que deben mejorar el tema de limpieza.

Rummet var ok, dock lite omständigt att komma in. Hotellsektionen inryms i en låst korridor på 3:e våningen och består av några rum. Sängarna var bra. Boendet ligger på en trång gata med ingen parkering för i eller urlastning. Cirka en 30 min gångväg till centrala Rom. Bra med restauranger i närområdet.

B&B molto comodo a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione termini. Autobus comodissimi per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Pam e ottimo bar proprio accanto alla struttura e diversi ristoranti adiacenti la via. Receptionist molto cordiali e stanza pulita e in linea con la tipologia di struttura. Consigliato!

Det ligger i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Og gode spisesteder omkring. Man skal gå ca 400 m til morgenmads cafe Nino, men morgenmaden er rigtig lækker. Værelserne ligger meget isoleret så der er ingen larm fra gaden, men heller ingen udsigt. Der er et lille tekøkken i nogle værelser ellers har man afgang til et fælles køkken.

Centrally located close to good public transport and good restaurants in the area. Very safe at night and staff very helpful. It’s almost like an apartment where you had access to a small kitchen. Our room had an adjoining room - v convenient to put suitcases etc and had a fridge and sink. Be careful taxi driver dropped us at another address nearby - also trinity rooms - be sure to confirm the road. Easy self check in after hours

Chambre ok sauf que la télévision était en panne et que notre clé ne fonctionnait pas à chaque fois que nous avons voulu ouvrir les différentes portes. Petit-déjeuner annoncé à 6 € sur internet et payé 7. Pas de choix comme on nous l'avait annoncé et gérant mal aimable qui fuit les clients.

Si vous aimez marcher l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Et si vous aimez moins il y a beaucoup de solutions de transports à proximité pour rejoindre les principaux points d'intérêts. Le personnel était très gentil. Elles étaient à notre écoute et nous ont donné pas mal de bonnes adresses et petit tips en plus. Seul "hic" nous n'avions pas compris que le petit déjeuner se prenait ailleurs mais c'est juste à côté et il n'y a pas beaucoup de luminosité dans le logement

Me gusto mucho toda la estancia. Todo estuvo muy bien en la habitación, las señoritas de la recepción super amables e incluso nos prestaron sombrillas para la lluvia. El desayuno me gusto y la facilidad de moverse en transporte público estuvo muy bien. Seguro repetiría en este hotel Gracias por todo!!!

The customer service was amazing. The receptionist made sure to make ice for me and leave a code so I had access when I needed it for my medicine. She was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us. Thank you Corrine!

Place is clean. Very close to Bus stops. Regine & Corrine were very accommodating and helpful. It is nice that they are tied up with a cafe that you can eat breakfast- staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

I can't speak from great experience but from what I hear Europe generally has smaller rooms. This place is no exception. However it's relatively modern, well kept, decent beds and pillows. They worked hard when renovating to plan the space and build in the features you would want. It's in a lovely old building with great food within steps from the the door. Pharmacy and fresh fruit vendor right across the street. Operator was very accommodating and helped correct a mistake I made in booking. Overall pretty happy about the experience.
