Ho prenotato per sbaglio due giorni una settimana più avanti di quando avremmo dovuto. Ho chiamato l’hotel esattamente 5 minuti dopo (su istruzioni Expedia) per chiederne la cancellazione. Dopo due giorni mi arriva la risposta che l’hotel ha rifiutato. L’errore e’ stato mio ma trovo questo comportamento al limite del legale. Non prenoterò più qua né per me che per i miei colleghi

Molto disorganizzati al check-in. Nonostante le e-mail scambiate direttamente, siamo arrivati alle 15.30 e l'hotel era chiuso. Siamo poi ripassati alle 19.00 per fare il check-in. Le camere non erano quelle concordate, perché erano state date ad altre persone. L'addetta al check-in non aveva la nostra prenotazione, ha dovuto telefonare al/alla responsabile che era via, per avere informazioni. Disorganizzazione totale. L'ingresso è sul retro di un'autoconcessionaria, di non facile visione ed intuizione.

Pour la deuxième fois je me fais escroquer par cet hôtel qui vous envoie les instructions et codes pour récupérer la clé de la chambre mais ce sont des instructions qui ne servent à rien, on a accès à rien un portail noir fermé et personne ne répond et il y a sur les lieux un monsieur méchant ,mesquin ,agressif et raciste qui m’a chassé en me traitant de negro ! Le lendemain je suis revenu à cet hôtel à midi et toujours personne à l’accueil et au téléphone j ai eu la dame qui m’a envoyé les instructions d’accès qui me promettra de m’appeler mais rien du tout à ce jour. J’espère bien que je serai remboursé et surtout vérifier bien si cet hôtel fonctionne vraiment.
