Kanpo No Yado Atami Bekkan

山の上に立っているため、ロケーションは最高。花火を真正面で見ることが出来、大満足です。熱海梅園は、徒歩15分坂道を登り降りしなければならず、少し大変でした。近くにコンビニも無いため、ホテル内の自販機や売店を利用しなければなりませんでした。温泉は、無臭でサラサラしていましたが、しっかり温まることができました。とても、素敵な旅が出来ました。

期待していたが温泉が良くなかった。それとサウナがあって欲しがった。

全体としてとても落ち着いた感じ、室内もひろくせいけつかんがある。特に温泉がきれいで、「半露天」というのもアイデアだと思いました。送迎バスの運転手さんの対応もとても親切、丁寧で感じがよかったです。食事も豊富でおいしかったです。

料理は満足できる内容だと思います。お風呂はひろいですが、サウナがなくて残念

普通溫泉旅館。泉水有氯氣味。餐飲不錯。 自助早餐有炭爐可自行烤熱魚的。

昔の建物を内装リフォームして活用されています。廊下にも手すりが付いていて、高齢の両親も歩きやすいと言っていました。ただ、部屋に上がる場所には何も無くて、手を添えないと上り下りが難しい感じでした。 お風呂はとても気持ち良く入れました。 特に半露天風呂は夜景も眺められて良かったです。　36部屋しかないので、そこまで混雑しないのも年齢的には楽に過ごせる点だと思いました。

Spend a night here, not very modern but still very clean. Great view Traditional Japanese style ,breakfast and dinner included with the price, dinner is pure Japanese experience. No bathroom only toilet if you like onsen. Taxi cost 1700¥ from Atami station or local bus stop in front of hotel. Open Onsen offer great view, not big little quiet .

Our booking dates were June 24-25. One night. First off the experience was excellent. We pre-booked the private onsen room and was quite ample for a family of 4. Note private onsen room is an additional charge if 3300 yen. Reservation was made prior to our arrival. Everyone in our party wore bathing suits during the 1 hour of use. After 10 minutes everyone was sweating. The temperature of the hot springs were quite high and given time/season proved to be more than we cared for. But a must do experience and enjoyed the time before it got too hot. The room included the half board. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The Kaiseki dinner was excellent. Traditional Japanese dinner but elevated with sashimi, array of appetizer style dish including sliced duck, eel, figs and a ginger/onion gelatin, a small nabe dish and meat/vegetable cooked inside a small ceramic pot. Dinner also included traditional Japanese style pudding and mousse. Also note drinks are extra. Our kids only liked half of the dishes served. Breakfast was a mix of traditional Japanese style food and western dishes. Plenty of choices for everyone here. They also have a Karaoke room. We ended up using this after our dinner. This is also an extra charge, but lots of great fun. My only complaint is that on Expedia this is listed as a higher end hotel. Although the rooms were clean, they were very outdated. Our room had a faulty AC but the staff provided a fan. The staff was great and was very accommodating.

部屋の窓に手跡が残っていた。オーシャンビューを売りにするホテルとして、そこの掃除を欠かすのは大変致命的な事だと思う。 また、浴衣は選ぶ式だが、帯は部屋の備え付けだったのだがそれもクリーニングしていないのか結びじわが着いたままだった。 そして、ホテルにチェックインしてシステム説明や案内していただいた時、朝食のラストオーダーや夕食の来場時間を紙に書いて貰えなかった為間違えそうになったり、朝食は食べれなかった。 せっかく書く欄があるのに、書かないのは不思議でした。

저녁식사와 아침뷔페는 종류도많고 맛있었음. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 청결하고 좋은 경치의 룸도 훌륭했음. 3,300엔의 좋은 가격의 가족 전용 욕실로서 가족이 함께 온천을 즐긴것이 가장 즐거운 추억이 되었음.

ベランダ付きの部屋で、景色や部屋は良かったのですが、トイレの床がペタペタしてて(こういう床の作りかもしれませんが)、尿臭かった。それから、大浴場のお掃除係の人達はゴミ箱内の回収はしていたが、床の髪の毛の掃除はしていないようで、めちゃくちゃ髪の毛が落ちていて、気持ち悪かった。モップがあったので自分で掃除したが、モップ自体もホコリや髪の毛まみれで、清潔感が全く無かったのは残念です。因みに扇風機もホコリまみれです。 もう一つ、お食事のメニューの説明を聞きたい派なので、口頭でちゃんとしていただきたいです。

所々汚れているところがありました

お風呂で日の出が拝めました。食事、お風呂、スタッフのかたがたの対応も、全体に良かったです！　唯一とても残念だった点：部屋のトイレで事後の送風機能が作動すると、毎度その送風が公衆トイレのように臭かった。機器の内部の汚れのせいでは？

高台で熱海の町と海が一望できて、日の出が楽しめます

ホテルの方の対応がとても良かった。 お料理も美味しかったし、夜中ラーメンが嬉しかった。

山登りが大変です。途中道が狭くなって、急に対向車からを要注意です。

It's a resort ryokan hotel with excellent view of the ocean. The "half-board" breakfasts and dinners were delicious and plentiful. The town of Atami is very hilly with very very steep roads that are not very walkable (and could be dangerous when wet), so be prepared to use a taxi or a rental car to go practically anywhere.

夕食の量は丁度よかったが、お品書きに書かれていた刺身の種類が違い、一品少なかった。和牛大和煮の牛肉が9割が脂身のものが出され、内容には疑問が残る。

高齢の母親が、病気治療中で、少しでも気分が明るくなれば、と思い、関西から行きました。部屋からも、お風呂（貸し切り風呂も）から熱海の海が一望でき、母親も大満足でした。食事も、味付けが濃いすぎず美味しかったです。

夕飯が美味しかった。朝食はバイキングだった。

眺望、お風呂、朝ごはんは 良かったが、 夕食が非常にまずかった。食材は良いのに味付けが最悪。 旨味とコクがない。 青木料理長はしっかりと味チェックしているのか。 残念でした。
