Beautiful traditional ryokan. Stayed for two nights with the full kaiseki dinners and breakfasts. Meals did not repeat. Staff were incredibly kind. Highly recommend for a traditional Japanese experience.

¡La habitación está increíble! En realidad son dos partes de la habitación, una para dormir y otra para comer, cada una es grandísima y la vista al mini jardín interior hace el ambiente muy íntimo y muy local. Solo mencionar que desde la habitación y el jardín no se ve ni el parque ni los venados, pero no por ello es menos espectacular la habitación. El servicio es muuuy esmerado y están atentos a cualquier necesidad en todo momento. Está situado justo a la entrada del parque de Nara, lo que lo hace ideal para planear tus recorridos en distintos horarios y aprovechar al máximo el parque y las instalaciones. Tienen Onsen, y también el baño de la habitación es un mini-onsen, con lo que yo quedé fascinada. Ofrecen media pensión, vale la pena probar la cena tradicional con 12 platillos. Súper recomendable.

Hvis du har lyst til at prøve en rigtig traditional kro i japan (Roykan) så er du kommet det rigtige sted hen. Personalet er virkelig venlige og hjælpsomme, stedet har en virkelig traditional følelses og så var te ceremonien, når man ankommer, virkelig hyggelig.

One of, if not the top, hotel experience I have ever had. Phenomenal hospitality, and a truly unique and lovely atmosphere. Food was spectacular as well.

The staff went out of their way to not just accommodate our needs but anticipate them. I have stayed at hundreds of lodgings in my life and have never experienced such perfect customer service and hospitality.
