Bra upplevelse på alla sätt och vis. Trevligt spa, rymliga och lyxiga rum med fantastiska faciliteter samt en varierad frukost. Personalen kunde kanske bjudit på ett leende någon enstaka gång iallafall men i övrigt inget att klaga på mer än att läget är tråkigt. Det finns mer centrala och trevliga delar av Olomouc.

Personalen kunde kanske bjudit på ett leende någon enstaka gång iallafall men i övrigt inget att klaga på mer än att läget är tråkigt. Det finns mer centrala och trevliga delar av Olomouc.

The hotel is modern, a bit outside of town, but a street car runs right by it. The staff is extremely helpful and explained to us how to get into the center of the city and back. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is a spa area but we didn't use it. The one drawback is that while the toilet is in a separate room, the shower and sink are in a corner of your bedroom. That means that one is waking up the other person when using the sink, or when showering. Not a great setup for a hotel. To top it off, the shower has a narrow window that runs the height of the shower. Why? Again bad for privacy, or if you want to keep your partner dreaming. Part of the complex is a Michelin star restaurant and a casino, neither one we tried.

Had a great time at this hotel! We were on a trip driving through the entire Czech Republic and booked this hotel an hour before arriving. We got a good discount through hotels.com and saved a bunch of money by not booking through the hotel directly. The spa was really fantastic. The room was beautiful and very well kept. Staff were excellent the only downside was that the restaurant was not serving and à la carte menu while we were there and most of the options on the tasting menu were not that appealing to our taste.
