O café da manhã é tão desorganizado que se você chegar na hora da abertura não terá absolutamente nada arrumado. Nunca tem quantidade de frutas o suficiente para os hospedes, e se fizer algum pedido para a cozinha vai ter que esperar no mínimo 30 minutos. Esse hotel definitivamente não vale o custo benefício, ele é caríssimo pelo o que oferece.

Adoramos! Espaço muito aconchegante, reservado e bem cuidado. Equipe maravilhosa, todos super atenciosos! Voltamos com certeza

Hôtel magnifique, piscine très agréable, restaurant délicieux, personnel à l’écoute, Seul petit bémol quelques grenouilles qui se sont invitées dans la sdb mais personnel réactif pour nous aider.

Not the luxury we were hoping for but a nice space close to Lencoise Maranhenses. Staff were very helpful organising tours & making recommendations in the local area. Airport transfers were very well organised & punctual. Food in the restaurant was nice but limited options (especially breakfast which was very disappointing). Service in general was exceptionally slow.

The hotel and staff are simply amazing! They make you feel at home, safe, and taken care of. They take the time to get to know their guests and personalize their experience as much as possible. They do a fantastic job at facilitating everything from restaurant reservations, to transportation around town, tours, and transfer in and out of Atins. The food at the hotel is the best we had in all of Atins! Their breakfast in particular is phenomenal! Special shout out to Sol, one of the girls at reception, that went above and beyond to make our week in Atins a one of a kind experience! We can’t recommend this hotel more!!!
