Esperanza Inn Guesthouse

We really enjoyed our stay at Esperanza Inn. The location is great - a block off the Malecon where all the restaurants in Esperanza are - and Tyler was a fantastic host with great recommendations. We also really enjoyed meeting all the animals, particularly Pebbles and Rosie.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property owners were very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was very clean and equipped with necessities. It felt like a safe area. Easy check in/check out. Restaurants and beach very close by in walking distance. If we come back to Vieques, we would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend booking a room here!

Esperanza Inn is only a few minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and beaches, had great amenities (shared common space & kitchen, dipping pool, cats, Tyler’s killer coffee) and was very safe. Tyler and Suzanne went out of their way to offer us great recommendations, make us feel comfortable, and were easy to get in touch with. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Esperanza Inn to anyone staying in Viques!

Tyler & Christine provided tremendous guidance to ensure we were experiencing all this beautiful island has to offer. I took my kids horse back riding for the first time, and not only was it a tremendous experience for them but we also got to ride along a few places that we wanted to see before we left, including the Black Sand Beach. The Bio Bay Tour was an amazing experience as well, from the bus ride into the forest, to the glowing bay, to the incredible night sky above. The Esperanza Inn provided us a beautiful and tranquil room to unwind and relax, allowing us to recharge for the following day. Not only were Tyler and Christine friendly and helpful, Tyler actually gave us a ride to some of the attractions of the island because he was heading out on errands at same time. I would highly recommend staying here and enhancing your experience of Vieques!
