Stayed here for a swim meet in Tomball and I’m so glad I chose this property. Heard nothing but complaints from other Swim parents about the hotels they stayed at and we lucked out with Staybridge. The room was very clean, we were able to enjoy the pool as it was quiet and clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The first room 408 was moldy even the fridge. I was moved to a better room which was very comfortable. Kitchenette with dishwasher pots etc. Free laundry facilities. Breakfast was good. It had different items each day but also had standard items. Pool, grill, daily newspaper, close to stores and mall. Staff mostly helpful.

This is a very nice hotel with conveniences like laundry, fitness room and business center. Only one elevator was in service. Easy to adjust to while wondering if that was going to be the norm with a full hotel. Outside patio has conversation groups with fire pits surrounding the outdoor pool. The door sensor to the pool didn’t work with room key so guests had to figure out ways around it. It would be helpful to have more lighting in the pool area at night. The hotel room was a little suite with lots of accommodations like dishes and cooktop and fridge. Desk light was out. Windows need cleaning. Bathroom was clean but possibly could have been cleaner in the tub and shower area. Queen bed was comfortable and firm. Hotel has breakfast area with good selection of fruit, yogurt, eggs, French toast, cereal and coffee. Food tasted good and was arranged nicely. Lots of places to sit while eating. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They made checking in and out fairly simple. Nice place to stay.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The lady that worked the free breakfast every morning we were there was crabby and curt. The overall experience was fine, but the property definitely needs to be updated. Peeling paint, broken tiles, scuffed and dirty walls were all things that need to be addressed. In our suite, the kitchen was nice but the bathroom was tiny and dingy. The shower curtain was gross and should have been replaced long ago. The bedroom and living area were fine.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Tomball, TX, and the experience was terrible. I booked a large room, but it was 85 degrees due to a broken AC. After reporting it, we were moved to a much smaller room with no apology, compensation, or price adjustment. In a separate room, my girlfriend and infant son found a jumping beetle in the bed. We were moved again — this time at 1am — having to pack everything and relocate with our baby. The night desk clerk was polite and somewhat helpful, assuring us the manager would be in the morning. But instead of a manager, we were met with a woman who appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming and unprofessional. I paid for the Staybridge experience and instead got something resembling a run-down motel. No accountability, no solutions. I left feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic service. --still havent heard back from the "manager"

Just much less well kept than I would have expected. Outside looks much nicer. Inside all the hallways and our room smelt bad. There were dirt on lots of the walls and mold and mildew lots of places.

Booking/check in was easy. Our group called several times with questions about our stay and everyone was very courteous and helpful. The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and accommodating! Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Found several hairs in tub.

Nothing but problems with this hotel. Rusty water. Misadvertised the pull out sofa bed. Said it was a double bed but was a single springy mattress. Horrible. Moved rooms twice. Due to misrepresenting the pull out and another time due to staff coming into our room and turning on all the lights and water faucets and overflowing the bathtub into the floor. Contacted customer relations due to a creepy staff member being in our room over a disagreement on water issue and almost flooding our room. Told me that the General manager would contact me about moving properties because of the staff memeber. Never got a call nor did they offer any resolution. Will never stay at this property again

Called the front desk at 10; they offered us a different room, but this was not satisfactory since we had unpacked and were already in bed. Then they said they would take care of it, but the barking continued for more than 2 hours after the call. I realize they had limited options at that point, since the dogs’ owners were apparently out of the room. It would be helpful if hotels that welcome pets had policies that provide for a good night’s sleep for their other guests—perhaps put all pet owners on one floor, or at least inform pet owners that quiet hours are strictly enforced (between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. would not be unreasonable—although to be honest nonstop barking is annoying at any time of day). This hotel is conveniently located in an area we visit once or twice a year, but we will not return unless we can be assured it will meet our most basic requirement in a hotel, which is a restful stay and uninterrupted sleep.

It was a last minute stay over for my family, but it was a great find. Clean, large, suite room. Would be perfect accommodations for a longer stay with a kitchen area supplied with everything you need. Plenty of room and clean!!

I had to have a room with a kitchen in order to do some food prep for a celebration I was in town for. The Staybridge Suites was the perfect solution! The suite was spacious and clean. I particularly liked the set up in the kitchen, the spacious walk-in shower and the very comfy king bed. The breakfast buffet was more extensive than I expected, and the food and beverage selections were beautifully displayed. All of the selections I chose were fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the fresh fruit, and the blueberry muffin was especially good! All of the staff members I had contact with were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises!

The room on the roadside was very loud. They were good about letting us check in early, but then would not let us switch rooms. Other than the loud road, the room was very nice.

The property was pet friendly. However, we were charged $75 for a pet fee when it indicated $15 per pet per stay. We have 2 dogs so it should have been $30! Also, our truck was broken into at dinner so we were only on the room for less than 2 hours when we checked out to drive back home. I went to check out and the front desk advised they would check us out in the morning. Apparently the desk worker was too busy eating to bother with it at the moment. Will not stay at hotel chain again.

Also, our truck was broken into at dinner so we were only on the room for less than 2 hours when we checked out to drive back home. I went to check out and the front desk advised they would check us out in the morning. Apparently the desk worker was too busy eating to bother with it at the moment. Will not stay at hotel chain again.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Tomball, TX, and the experience was terrible. I booked a large room, but it was 85 degrees due to a broken AC. After reporting it, we were moved to a much smaller room with no apology, compensation, or price adjustment. In a separate room, my girlfriend and infant son found a jumping beetle in the bed. We were moved again — this time at 1am — having to pack everything and relocate with our baby. The night desk clerk was polite and somewhat helpful, assuring us the manager would be in the morning. But instead of a manager, we were met with a woman who appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming and unprofessional. I paid for the Staybridge experience and instead got something resembling a run-down motel. No accountability, no solutions. I left feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic service. --still havent heard back from the "manager"

Every member of the staff at the Staybridge Suites Tomball that we have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. They’re working all the time to keep the hotel clean and accommodating, and we really appreciated that. If we ever had a need to come back to the area, I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

I had a email confirmed reservation for Saturday night. After driving for several hours the hotel called me 20 minutes before I arrived and informed me my reservation was cancelled because they had overbooked. I’ve never seen or heard of a hotel doing this before. They would not help me find another hotel.

Upon checking in the room wasnt ready and we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite. Beautiful and spacious room with all amenities and 2 fullsize bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher, coffeemaker and full size fridge. Excellent stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean hotel on Tomball.

The first room 408 was moldy even the fridge. I was moved to a better room which was very comfortable. Kitchenette with dishwasher pots etc. Free laundry facilities. Breakfast was good. It had different items each day but also had standard items. Pool, grill, daily newspaper, close to stores and mall. Staff mostly helpful.

The food at breakfast was stale and I saw mold on a bagel. Coffee was awful. Coming back from a funeral, our room smelled heavily of weed. The same night (Saturday) there was A LOT of street noise from across the highway. Vehicles and people hanging out, raving engines to well after the city ordinance of 12:30am. The doors to the bedroom area did not stay closed. The whole reason we selected this hotel was to have a separate living and bedroom area so our infant daughter could sleep with low noise. Disappointing stay.

I had to have a room with a kitchen in order to do some food prep for a celebration I was in town for. The Staybridge Suites was the perfect solution! The suite was spacious and clean. I particularly liked the set up in the kitchen, the spacious walk-in shower and the very comfy king bed. The breakfast buffet was more extensive than I expected, and the food and beverage selections were beautifully displayed. All of the selections I chose were fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the fresh fruit, and the blueberry muffin was especially good! All of the staff members I had contact with were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises!

This is NOT a hotel for a family larger than 3. I was extremely disappointed to show up and only have a bed for my husband and me and a small twin size pullout couch for two teenage boys. There were no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets in the room. I asked for a room that could accommodate all 4 of us and was told that’s the only room size available. We had to go collect the bedding at the front desk ourselves and then improvise how our teens would be able to sleep comfortably. For breakfast, our teens went down at 9:40 (breakfast was over at 10) and hardly anything was left. No eggs or sausage. They asked if more would be put out and were told no. Definitely will not be staying at this location again. As for the hotel chain, I will pay closer attention to the room style/type before booking at this chain.

The front desk lady was very nice. But the pool was not usable, said it was getting renovations, the back fence was broken so anyone from the alley can walk into the back patio area, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling because there is no exhaust fan, the bottom of the bed looks dirty, the walls need painted and better cleaning. The shower was clean though. I didn't let the property know because we were only there one night.

the man behind the counter was sleeping in the lobby and it took him 5 minutes to open the door. I had called the reservation line to confirm availability of a room checking in for Friday, 7/10, checking out 7/11, even though i was arriving after midnight. I booked the room, once the hotel attendant, woke up and open the door, he informed me that he had no availability at the hotel. I question him stating i just confirmed with the reservations line, but he again said no rooms. I asked for a refund as i had just made a reservation, he commented that their system was down and he could no process. He further added that i was being difficult, which i was not, I was simply looking to get a refund for a room i was not going to be staying in. This individual does not belong in a client facing role if he is not going to be amicable.
