Vi boede på hotellet af to omgange (pause på 2 nætter pga. safari i Masai Mara.) Første gang blev vi taget imod med det samme, fik et stort og fint værelse, men anden gang tog indtjekning nærmere 30 min og vi fik et mindre værelse, selvom vi havde akkurat samme bestilling. Det var lidt dårligt… Bortset fra det var det et stort og fint hotel med god sikkerhed overalt rundt og på hotellet, en fin morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg og gode restauranter. Poolen og træningscentret var ikke så stort som vi havde håbet, men sådant er vanskeligt at se ud fra billeder. Lufthavnstransport-chaufføren som er knyttet til hotellet, Peter, var utrolig hyggelig og en mand man kan stole på. Alt i alt et fint og trygt hotel, som vi gerne havde boet på igen. (Næsten) alle ansatte var hyggelige og imødekommende.

The poor was heated which was nice. The water quality was poor (yellow from the taps) and when some of the fittings were first turned on the water gave off a very bad odour. Possible stagnation or legionella issue.

A good hotel which we’ve stayed at a few times as it’s a convenient location for us. It’s away from the hustle and bustle therefore it’s nice and quiet, if you’ve been to Nairobi before you know how noisy it can be in certain places. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay but it’s not a ‘holiday’ hotel and amenities like pool and spa are there however it’s more oriented towards a business hotel than a leisure one. If you want to relax and spend time in the hotel for most of the day(s) then it maybe worth looking at other options however they are much more expensive than this one. For the price, it certainly does the job if you want a very comfortable stay whilst you’re out exploring the city and country.

This is a very nice place. My only complaints would be lack of hot water for the jacuzzi tub, outdated restaurant menus and lack of tv programs other than Indian. The staff was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The rooms were very comfortable and quite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pessoal educado e atencioso, limpeza ótima. Conta com dois restaurantes, o que propociona conforto. Apenas não gostei da localização, pois além de demorado o trajeto desde o aeroporto, está ao lado de local pouco seguro, com muitas construções precárias e em situação de abandono no entorno.

Water from the taps feeding the bath was a deep yellow in colour. excuse given was that this was bore hole water but as a qualified plumber i could tell this was not the real reason. Little used outlets like the douche and the bath in Executive suites deep yellow and smelly due to internal pipe corrosion. Where as toilet water and shower water was almost clear where the pipes have developed a limescale protective layer. The hotel needs to flush little used outlets to prevent Legionella growth and preve t corrosion especially where metal pipework was used that will suffer from dezincification over time. Customers beware Legionella could be an issue at this hotel.

The property was clean and the breakfast buffet had a wide spread to choose from. It was difficult to get reception or guest services on the phone, but beside that it was good. Initially, they didn't acknowledge my VIP status, but as there was an issue with the ac in the room, they were forced to give the upgrade. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel did not have internet on the August 12 from the time I checked in at 7.30 till next day morning. The receiptionist did not alert during check in that there is no internet. When asked after checkin at about 8 pm, she mentioned that it will be back in 20-30 minutes, i kept following up again at 9.00 pm and at 9.30. It was same answer ... will be back shortly. Finally at 11.30 I was told it is not going to be back. I wish they were honest about it upon checkin so I could have booked my stay at another hotel. I was not able to access emails or do any work without internet. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is located a short distance away from malls and the city pulse. Its a nice place to rest and come back strong. I used Über to travel everywhere. The hotel got a gate and a good pickup point just outside the lobby. Staff was friendly, always a smile no matter what time of the day.

Liked concenience WHat I did not appreicate was the fact the they did no allow two members of my family to freshen up in the room - stating it was POLICY. A complete nonse - And we had to pay for the privilage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete nonsense. They do not care about customer service. Its the almight dollar they worship!!!

The property was clean and the breakfast buffet had a wide spread to choose from. It was difficult to get reception or guest services on the phone, but beside that it was good. Initially, they didn't acknowledge my VIP status, but as there was an issue with the ac in the room, they were forced to give the upgrade. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel did not have internet on the August 12 from the time I checked in at 7.30 till next day morning. The receiptionist did not alert during check in that there is no internet. When asked after checkin at about 8 pm, she mentioned that it will be back in 20-30 minutes, i kept following up again at 9.00 pm and at 9.30. It was same answer ... will be back shortly. Finally at 11.30 I was told it is not going to be back. I wish they were honest about it upon checkin so I could have booked my stay at another hotel. I was not able to access emails or do any work without internet. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is located a short distance away from malls and the city pulse. Its a nice place to rest and come back strong. I used Über to travel everywhere. The hotel got a gate and a good pickup point just outside the lobby. Staff was friendly, always a smile no matter what time of the day.

Pessoal educado e atencioso, limpeza ótima. Conta com dois restaurantes, o que propociona conforto. Apenas não gostei da localização, pois além de demorado o trajeto desde o aeroporto, está ao lado de local pouco seguro, com muitas construções precárias e em situação de abandono no entorno.

A good hotel which we’ve stayed at a few times as it’s a convenient location for us. It’s away from the hustle and bustle therefore it’s nice and quiet, if you’ve been to Nairobi before you know how noisy it can be in certain places. The rooms are a good size for the price and beds are comfortable. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay but it’s not a ‘holiday’ hotel and amenities like pool and spa are there however it’s more oriented towards a business hotel than a leisure one. If you want to relax and spend time in the hotel for most of the day(s) then it maybe worth looking at other options however they are much more expensive than this one. For the price, it certainly does the job if you want a very comfortable stay whilst you’re out exploring the city and country.

Très bon séjour à Nairobi dans cet hôtel , personnel agréable et mention particulière au restaurant : surtout à Stanley qui est quelqu'un d'ultra sympathique, très accueillant et qui met a l'aise les gens très facilement... Nous nous souviendront longtemps de lui , après près de 10 ans de voyages, on a rarement croisé quelqu'un d'aussi gentil et serviable... Merci à lui et a tout l'équipe de cet hôtel
