The pool here is so pretty with the trees and Vines wrapping around the White Iron Fence. The bed was so comfortable in the motel. The breakfast was included and nice. I just stopped here for a night on my way home because it was so hot out, I wanted to get my kids out of the van and swim. Family friendly. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was quiet and my first motel I ever rented but I really liked it!!

Older style motel but super convenient location and very clean. Only complaint was no ice. They said their ice machine was broken. 😟. Breakfast buffet was great. Lovely room overlooking the river and food was delicious. No complaints there.

Quaint motel with good free breakfast, nice pool and outdoor seating area. Small but clean and efficient room. Hot shower and great air conditioning. Live music across the street. They need to replace flimsy, white plastic chairs on deck. Wonderful stay overhaul.

My husband and I stayed in the Sevilla room. It was nice and incredibly quiet, almost forgot we were in the Dells. There were plenty of dining options that were walkable and we didnt have to worry about parking which was wonderful. We didnt use the pool but noted it was exceptionally clean!

Rooms in the motel were not clean. Visible dirt on flooring and moldy showers. Even running the AC the rooms were damp and humid. Exterior on all the buildings was falling apart. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.Good location near downtown. Nice pool. I would stay at the motel again.

We love the White Rose Inn, its located near lots of restaurants but is also far enough from the busy main street that it is quiet and residential, its adjacent to a nice park that overlooks the river. The outdoor pool is perfect. Such a hidden gem.

The property is very sub par There was old coffee in the coffee pot There was a gap in door to outside which had to be plugged with a towel to prevent bugs from entering. There was so much caulk around the sink that it is impossible for them to keep clean. There was an area of mold on it. It is very dated The motel allows smoking in front of doors to room on the outside and it gets sucked into rooms thru ac vents

Given wrong room I signed up for, no bedding for pull out which had dead bugs on mattress when we pulled it out and bed was uncomfortable. Took 45 mns to get bedding after asking twice.

I'll start with the positives, great location, easy access to downtown and Riverwalk, free breakfast though bland, nice garden and patio area. Did not check out the pool. The terrible, large and numerous mosquitoes in the room, the carpet was filthy, our feet were black from walking on the carpet barefoot. It needed a dehumidifier terribly. Everything felt wet, bed linens, paper, our clothes. Needs major updating and renovation/remodeling. But its cheap and thankfully we mostly were there to sleep and shower. But that was long enough time in the room.

The person who checked us in was very polite and made it very easy to get checked in. Also, provided us with direction of where we wanted to go. The room smelled unpleasant, the stairs to the room are kind of steep, there were bugs in the room, the floor was very dirty. I walked on it bare foot and had to wash my feet before I could put on my shoes and the bed was very uncomfortable.

I will start with the location is great for walking down town Wisconsin Dells. The property needs a lot of TLC, as it does not look anything like the photos on Hotels.com. The weeds overtake most of the property. The room was ok, that too did not look as it did in the photos posted on Hotels.com; it did have a great view. The bed was not very comfortable. In the common area, they did not replenish the coffee or cups each morning. The breakfast was cold, stated there was "biscuits and gravy" no gravy was in the warmer. The condiments were low and not replaced. All in all was very disappointed in my choice of staying here and would not stay again, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Total bait and switch. The app and info shows a stately place only to pull up to it with the rooms you stay in behind it that is nothing more than a subpar, poorly maintained motel. "Suite" is a king bed next to a pull out sofa in a standard room layout. The sink, toilet and shower have not been updated in decades.

The door doesn’t seal well and let mosquitoes come in. The convertible couch was 90% springs, 10% mattress, extremely uncomfortable. There is nothing inside to room to put you luggage quickly accessible once the convertible is open, and no place to hang clothes. The room is quite old and will need some maintenance. Good point was the breakfast, and the proximity to the Broadway Street.

Front desk was so kind and professional at check in. Didn’t realize we were staying in a motel and not a bed and breakfast type house. It was so loud. People hanging outside our room door smoking and partying at 3am and then at 6 am another neighbor was making a noise that sounded like a medicine ball being thrown at our wall till after 9am. Although the room was clean, it looked nothing like the pictures online.

Stayed in the master suite. Very quiet and nice place to stay. However the room got cold at night since we stayed in the middle of January and the temps were -15 below zero. They had a portable room heater in our room but it couldnt keep up. Would be very ideal for warmer weather.

There’s a good but noisy window air conditioner in the Parlor Room, but the WiFi didn’t work and the front desk was unavailable to ask for help. I left a message that was never returned. The breakfast could have been great but there was no attendant in the room. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and nobody was around. The milk was gone, as well as the butter, gravy, syrup, fruit and hash browns. The eggs and sausage/bacon were cold, maybe from a faulty warmer. Tables were all dirty and two napkin dispensers were out.

Everything was wonderful except an extremely loud air conditioning system and a bathroom door that needs replacement. Small shards of wood were laying in the bathroom that could’ve cut your foot if you didn’t see them.

I inquired about not getting the bedroom done & cleaned after coming back late after a long day exploring and was told I was supposed to hang a sign when ready; however, I did not have a sign as most hotels do. Furthermore, there was no shampoo or body wash and upon inquiring I was told there was supposed to be some in the bathroom, but there was none. Management seemed surprised about these issues, but offered no solutions indicating they were “new” to the hotel.

There’s a good but noisy window air conditioner in the Parlor Room, but the WiFi didn’t work and the front desk was unavailable to ask for help. I left a message that was never returned. The breakfast could have been great but there was no attendant in the room. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and nobody was around. The milk was gone, as well as the butter, gravy, syrup, fruit and hash browns. The eggs and sausage/bacon were cold, maybe from a faulty warmer. Tables were all dirty and two napkin dispensers were out.

We stayed for just one night while attending a show at the Legacy Dinner Theater. The attendant that checked us in was great! Very welcoming. We had a room with a king bed a a sofa sleeper. The only hitch was we needed to use the sofa sleeper as we had 3 adults in the room. We had to go to the front desk to request bedding as there was none available. The sofa sleeper was not the most comfy but then again, one must remember it is a "sofa sleeper:

We had a few mishaps with our room and breakfast. However, the problems were immediately taken care off and the staff went above and beyond on making things right. It does need some cosmetic upgrades but the overall stay was worth the price. Plus you can walk to the strip so that’s a plus too.

This is a nice clean property. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The staff was super friendly at check-in, it’s within walking distance to all the downtown stuff! There is a bar restaurant right across the street and several restaurants very close. We will stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The property is in a great location. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom area was very old and outdated. The breakfast was advertised as running until 10 AM but there was no hot food left in the servers or replaced as of 9:15 AM, we were disappointed in that.

We enjoy the White Rose. Our mattress needs to be replaced and the Newport room was colder than the rest of the house. The first day of our stay they ran out of eggs, biscuits, and coffee. They eventually brought more out, but needed to keep on top of it. The Sherman House is beautiful.

Older style motel but super convenient location and very clean. Only complaint was no ice. They said their ice machine was broken. 😟. Breakfast buffet was great. Lovely room overlooking the river and food was delicious. No complaints there.

The bed was comfortable. There was a very strong chemical smell the first night. It seems as though the cleaning staff are using too much which actually made the floor sticky. The breakfast was convenient but very mediocre. There is a view of the river from the dining area. Reasonable rates which is what we wanted.

Its a nice affordable option for The Dells. Nothing too fancy but great location and good value. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant directly across has great food, music and outside seating. I would stay here again.

Property needs maintenance. Although clean, the bathroom door was so warped that it would not close. We were there three nights - 2 of the 3 breakfasts did not have anything but waffle machines as a hot item. I think it was because there were only 2 rooms being rented and they might not have felt it was worth the effort to provide anything else.

This is an amazing property. We stayed in the front house that you see when you coming. The room was hard wood floors, with a beautiful Kind bed, in a room full of antiques. Breakfast was served overlooking the river.

Everything was very nice. The pool was great. The only improvement would be that the breakfast ran out of food and everything else a half hour before the end. Nothing was refilled.

Disappointing daily room service. One day the beds were barely made, the 2nd day they didn’t show despite my having hung the sign on our door. The pool was lovely with a few trees for shade. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed it more with some variation. Decaf coffee would have been helpful for me, but I realize not everyone has that limit. Location was nice for walking to the cruise boat and down town and the walking path. The nearby park was lovely too.

Rally nice place, clean and definitely will be coming back. We went there for our anniversary and did not expect it to be really clean. Love how quiet it is with nice view of the river.
