Qualla Cabins and Motel Cherokee near Casino

Staff was very helpful even started us a fire in firepit, free taxi ride to casino,cabin was way better than expected,couple games set up in yard to play,along beautiful creek

I always say you get what you pay for but this place was amazing for the price! Super nice staff, pet friendly, kid friendly, they also have cabins on the river! Plus for the kid and adults, they have a spot at the river where you can let the kids play(they have some toys for kids) or you float around (or float down the river lol)

Great for the price! I love the outdoor fire pit area down by the creek. Fire wood is provided. Very nice touch.

This property welcomes pets!!! I will always stay here when Im passing through the mountains.

We had an amazing little girl that checked us in. It was a great experience for her! It was the owners daughter. Mom and Dad is doing a wonderful job. We loved the atmosphere. The stuff across the street that you Couldn’t take advantage of was absolutely great. I love the fact that it was a family atmosphere. They had fire pits grill for the family cookout to float down the river Tulsa cross volleyball net tic-tac-toe. I thought that was pretty awesome. The only complaint that I have about the whole thing is the mattresses are like sleeping on brick. After the two Nights of sleeping in the bed me and my husband could hardly walk.

Newly renovated clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. A creek runs in front of the cabins with a swimming area. They have rocking chairs and table beside the motel rooms. It was so nice rocking, listening to the creek and drinking my coffee. I will definitely stay here again.

Great staff, wish we would have known there is no house-keeping during stay. Area is beautiful, fire pits and benches are a great place to hangout outdoors

I love how the property has creek access with games! We played volleyball and we’re able to sit outside and hear the creek.

Came up for a motorcycle ride in the area. Well suited for this. Parking right outside your door. Rocking chairs on the front porch with a table for a drink and ash tray for smoking outside. Older place but updated and in very good condition. It aint the ritz, but bikers are not looking for that. I would be happy to stay there again.

The property was dirty uncle and had shower drain problem,and bed bugs

We saw a roach in the kitchen and beg bugs in the couch sleeper sofa!

The property needs some updates. Our room smelled musty there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Room was clean looks like updates might be taking place. Driveway was icy husband had to use his 4x4 to park. Staff was very nice check in was easy. Property very convenient to town and the casino. We would stay again. We would like to stay at the cabins that they also have. Price was reasonable for the accommodation.

We loved the fire pit and the creek down the rooms. We didn’t like much the room, it had a moldy, humidity smell and found small roaches in one of the dresser cabinet, other than that it was okay.

Nasty room broken and dirty furniture.

The place was dissapointing to say the least. The first thing you notice when walikng in was cobwebs that had not been cleaned. While trying to use the restroom we noticed poop still on the toilet that had not been cleaned. Certainly didnt want to use a toilet that had not been cleaned from prior guest or maybe staff not sure. We go to take a shower and the hot water only lasted maximum 10 minutes. Trash from previous guest still out front of the so called "cabin". When all of this was brought to attention of mangement, not so much of an im sorry was given. All that was said what it happens sometimes. We were given Comet with bleach to clean our own toilet. This is absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. Please dont waste your time staying here, it will be a disappointment!!!

Front desk service was very nice and friendly! Truth be told I wasn't expecting much from the looks of the place but the room was super clean and comfy. The sheets and blankets were so soft and the pillows were extra fluffy 😁. The whole room felt really clean!!! Will definitely be going back!!!!

Staff was very kind. Room was clean. It just looks like I could use a little bit of TLC. But it's not a brand new motel and for the price I paid it was great.

Clean, quiet, and safe

Looked good from the photos and listed amenities were not available. Cinder block room with a shower that sprayed hot then went freezing cold in room #14. The walls were definitely not soundproof and we were not able to sleep due to music and a dog barking super early.

It is an old motel with excellent upgrades. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and, apparently, new. The bathroom sink was unexpectedly lovely.

It was very run down and very noisy. But it was clean

Clean and safe, but the walls are paper thin. Someone decided to have a full telephone conversation outside of my door early in the morning. I was able to go outside and join in because I had heard every word.

The motel portion was not good. It was loud and connected to neighbors that smoked right outside the room. The next day, we paid $50 extra for the night and opted for a cabin. The cabin was awesome because it was secluded BUT the blinds did not have curtains to cover and I had to use my car window shade to get privacy. The heater did not work and the hot water was only long enough for one person to shower.

The cabin's adorable. Small porch to sit on listen the running stream. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Extremely quiet rooms.

Stayed in cabins but main hotel looks a bit warn down. Cabin was roomy and clean. Nice outdoor area to gather.

Sitting on the back porch by the creek was great. We will be back during warmer weather for a family trip and this is where we will stay again.

The bed was the hardest I have ever laid on and the pillows were so flat that even with 3, they were still almost non existent. If they updated the pillows I could get over the hard bed. The staff and check in was great! Location and price was great for this overnight trip.

Staff was unfriendly . No vending machines. Walls were paper thin.

It was closed with no body on front desk. Could not check in. Had to sleep in the car.

Very budget friendly. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The price I got was good! When checking in tho, you need to call a phone number for someone to come to the door. It was quickly, but not really a good thing a customer should need to do. Staff Guy was nice and polite.

Passing thru the area and just needed a clean place for the night. I was met by Joey who checked me in. He was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and I slept comfortable. Hot shower. It’s an older building so don’t expect perfection but if you want a clean room and pleasant guest service, this is the place.

I eas double billed for one of the rooms and management will not return my calls to make it right.

Friendly staff, quiet nights, provided transportation to casino

Upon arrival we were given a cabin that was a standard cabin with a small kitchenette but we booked a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen. We returned to the office and were told it was correct. I tried to show my confirmation of what I booked and paid for but neither person at the desk would even look. They just kept telling me it was correct but I wouldn’t leave until they changed it or canceled so miraculously a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen became available BUT I was then told there was an up charge for that cabin but she wouldn’t charge me. I stated again my confirmation shows what I BOOKED AND THE RATE over a week ago, still wouldn’t acknowledge it or look at the confirmation. They kept acting like they were doing us a ‘favor’ by giving us the ROOM WE ACTUALLY RESERVED AND PAID FOR. Upon arrival to the second cabin given we soon realized it had not been cleaned very well. Fridge still had food from previous guests, holes in walls, fridge door had large amounts of corrosion, pet hair all over couch, remotes did not match TVs so we could not use the tv unless we got up and did it manually and that area was extremely neglected and disgusting, pulled back the bed comforter to find large amounts of hair on blanket and sheets. Bathroom and kitchen sink leaked constantly. Drove back to the office and asked for more bedding so we could change the linen and we were given a terrible attitude. Stares and glares like we were wrong for changing the hair filled bedding. Awful!!!

The location and the people are great!

unique / very pleased after I found it/ better directions would have been very nice/ signs on the road would be helpful/ took me 2 hrs.

The room was very clean and neat. We chose because it was close to the casino.

When I booked our room, I fully understood I was booking one of the cabins on the river. The desk person stated no and that I was the 3rd person already that day that had the same issue. She was very friendly and had a cabin available that I paid an extra $20 for. The room itself was very basic and had a slightly funky smell to it. We went and bought a plug-in air freshener and that helped a great deal. The signage is not good at all. Since we had booked a "cabin on the river", I assumed the office would be located with the cabins. It was actually across the street and the sign was in really bad shape. All in all, it was an average stay that had the nice ambience of the river. Just pay no attention to the other side of the river that looks junky.

It was a nice place to stay for an unexpected night in the area. A great view, and very close to everything.

Cabin with much potential!! Unfortunately not being run very well. Hot tub was filthy!! I wouldn’t get in! Dishes were put away dirty in cabinets!! It’s a real shame. My stove didn’t work & when I told front desk I was told Id get credit towards my payment for inconvenience. But that never followed through!?????

No stopper for the kitchen sink or the shower tub. No utensils or bowls and coffee cups

I’ve never had a hotel call me at 3 PM and ask if I was going to check in. This call interrupted a meeting and when we checked in there was a fried fishing worm on the floor of the bathroom. They had a coffee pot and no coffee or condiments. They was no stopper for the bathtub, and the ice machine was inoperative Saturday. The door had no seal and you could hear everything outside making it hard to sleep.

Outdated. Stovetop was nasty. Foil covered burner plates should have been changed out. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter were not a pleasant sight. There was still coffee in the pot. Coffee pot did not work. Ashtray on porch still had ashes in it.
