Balmoral Champs Elysées

Bon hôtel, mais étonné d’avoir trouvé des traces de chaussures dans ma douche, ce n’est pas acceptable pour ce type d’hôtel.

Ralo não funcionava, alagava o box, tinha que desligar chuveiro 2x para um banho rápido. Equipe reta e direta. Extremamente barulhento o quarto, embaixo da escada e do lado da porta da limpeza. Horrível

Excellent, courteous and friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Balmoral for 6 nights while in Paris. The room was clean, the bathroom are huge compare to other hotels in Paris. The room and hotel smells good all the time and the staff are amazing especially our bell man. He took care of us and always ready to help, from our luggages, to my special request of my kind of milk, coffee and even sugar. The hotel is near everything. I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Paris. Looking forward to staying at Balmoral hotel again really soon!

The room for the city standards was what I consider to be spacious for similar type hotels. Bathroom was also nice. We arrived at around 1030am and our room was ready and made available to us right away with no nonsense about early check in. The staff was very nice and courteous. They offered breakfast even though we hadn’t stayed there the night before. Since we had already eaten they nevertheless treated us to coffee and pastries we really enjoyed coming in from chilly weather outside.
