Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort

Breakfast was great. The pool was good the outside pool. But the inside pool the chemicals was very strong couldnt take it.

You'll be aware that when you make the reservations that you going to be charged over $140 if you stay for two nights that was not disclosed to us when we checked in. We were told that they would hold temporarily $200 for incidentals and for parking. When we ask how much is the parking daily that was not provided to us. Once we checked out we was told that the hold would be released as long as there was no incidentals in the room. 2 days later the $140 post to the account there is still an outstanding charge of $40 that's pending. This is my concern your parking should be a flat rate and that should be disclosed to each person that comes in when they check in so we know the exact amount per day how much is parking along with your resort fees that should be a flat rate as well that amount should also be disclosed per day how much you're being charged to give that person an estimate of how much their card will be charged for those two things. I feel like that information was misleading because

Our room smelled a little mildewy. Otherwise everything else was perfect! Breakfast was great. Amenities fun and clean. The staff super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast menu didn’t feel good for the price paid and when compared to other embassy suites location. Definitely over paid this for one night. Not a clear oceanfront though. Don’t be fooled for oceanfront
