This is a great boutique hotel located on the waterfront. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and all within easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful and were very gracious in accommodating a late checkout for us. Breakfast is excellent and hotel offers indoor and patio dining. Special thanks to Olga and Iro at the front desk and Pavlos and Martina at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel on the harbour in Argostoli. Clean, comfortable rooms and well kept public areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and the morning staff made us feel very welcome, offering cooked dishes and refilling coffee etc. A central location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. A very nice boutique hotel! The room was lovely and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat at you are right on the bay and in the heart of the town. Breakfast was a large buffet with a choice of ordering off a small menu and the restaurant at the hotel was very tasty for dinner as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is on the waterfront. Easy strolling from there around Argostoli. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. We had a water view which was worth the extra. The daytime restaurant / bar snack menu isn’t very Greek but there are other nearby options if that’s your thing.

Food variety , quality, service excellent . Public area and bar/ restaurant areas excellent . Service attentive and engaged . Handy to waterfront and pedestrian areas . Bedroom linens cud use an upgrade to keep up with the public area quality . Coffee maker would be nice and in keeping with 4 star level . Overall a great choice in Argostoli

A lovely little hotel in the port of Kefalonia. Comfortable room, good air con, nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly, offering tips on where to go and booking taxis. We ate at the hotel one evening and it was a nice meal, reasonably priced.

Great location right by the waterfront, which has restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Also, even though the hotel does not offer parking, we could always find a free parking spot right out front (May 2023). The hotel is modern and very well maintained. Breakfast was included and it had a good selection of cereals, fruit, breads, baked goods and sweets. Also, a limited menu of eggs/omelettes (however, would not recommend the pancakes). Last but not least, the staff are wonderful. Joanna at the front desk was very helpful; Timos in the dining area was charming and informative; and all the others were always friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend visiting Kefalonia, which has AMAZING beaches (you could walk to Costa Costa beach which is about 40 mins walk - very pleasant in May although likely brutally hot in July/August) or drive to either Antisamos or the magnificent Myrtos beach.

Kefalonia Grand Hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront in Argostoli with easy access to the town, bars and restaurants. The staff go the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and well appointed though a little small.

We had the family room and it was spacious and with a fantastic view. I didn’t mind the old fashioned furniture and bathroom but what I didn’t like was that the bathroom flooded every time we had shower (with shower curtain closed). It wouldn’t drain all day so had to wait for cleaners

Maravilhoso! A localização é ótima, fica a passos do centrinho e de restaurantes. O café da manhã era muito bom com opções quentes inclusas para pedir a la carte. Quarto confortável, tudo bem limpo e a equipe do hotel sempre muito gentil, solicita e amigável.

Everything about this property was AMAZING! 1000/10 would stay again! Already planning another trip here with more family members. The property was extremely clean, in a great location and the staff the so so kind. I couldn’t say better things about this hotel :) I felt extremely safe while traveling alone as a single female.

Wonderful hotel, although shower very small. Location and service wonderful. Few problems with safe on arrival but reception tried to solve problem and when they couldn’t they moved us to another room. Martha was especially helpful and lovely :)

Perfect location for seeing the turtles and close to the main square for restaurants. Facing the harbour it is the nicest hotel in Argostoli. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our room was large, and the balcony had a sea view.

The staff are lovely and really make this hotel. They’re always so cheerful and helpful. The room (superior side sea view) wasn’t what I would call luxury by any means but the bed was comfy and the shower was good so overall we thought it was fine. The rooms just looked a bit tired and small.

Gave our room to someone else so we stayed in a much smaller room for the price of the larger one because they were totally booked out. Hotel is in perfect location, very walkable. The food was decent. It was clean & well laid out. Parking outside wasn’t bad unless you drove late. But, we were very disappointed that the room we paid for was not what we received. Hotel pointed to Travelocity saying they hadn’t been paid. Travelocity couldn’t do anything about the room.

Very nice property right on the promenade with the town square on your back. Hip and greek vibes all over. For the price, i wish they would offer guests vouchers for beach access since the hotel doesnt have its own beach facility. I have a billing issue with them that is still pending. I got charged twice on my credit card which got me overdraft by the bank! I also contacted expedia about this.

What makes this property extra special are the staff who go beyond to create an amazing experience. In particular Pablo at breakfast every morning, so attentive and excellent customer service who would bring me water after each morning run and Cassandra at reception. The hotel reaches out to us (telling us to call them) the same morning of the reservation start date. They told us the hotel was overbooked and that Expedia never reached out to us. We where in the middle of a tour on the Acropolis and it made our experience very bad. The person in charged tried helping me find another hotel but just sent a few names of hotels in the area. Be careful and confirm with the hotel before being sure your booking is confirmed

This is a great boutique hotel located on the waterfront. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and all within easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful and were very gracious in accommodating a late checkout for us. Breakfast is excellent and hotel offers indoor and patio dining. Special thanks to Olga and Iro at the front desk and Pavlos and Martina at the restaurant.

A very nice boutique hotel! The room was lovely and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat at you are right on the bay and in the heart of the town. Breakfast was a large buffet with a choice of ordering off a small menu and the restaurant at the hotel was very tasty for dinner as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is on the waterfront. Easy strolling from there around Argostoli. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. We had a water view which was worth the extra. The daytime restaurant / bar snack menu isn’t very Greek but there are other nearby options if that’s your thing.

Perfect location for seeing the turtles and close to the main square for restaurants. Facing the harbour it is the nicest hotel in Argostoli. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our room was large, and the balcony had a sea view.

Great location right by the waterfront, which has restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Also, even though the hotel does not offer parking, we could always find a free parking spot right out front (May 2023). The hotel is modern and very well maintained. Breakfast was included and it had a good selection of cereals, fruit, breads, baked goods and sweets. Also, a limited menu of eggs/omelettes (however, would not recommend the pancakes). Last but not least, the staff are wonderful. Joanna at the front desk was very helpful; Timos in the dining area was charming and informative; and all the others were always friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend visiting Kefalonia, which has AMAZING beaches (you could walk to Costa Costa beach which is about 40 mins walk - very pleasant in May although likely brutally hot in July/August) or drive to either Antisamos or the magnificent Myrtos beach.

Great location within a few minutes walking distance from the main square with access to plenty of cafes, restaurants, bakery and shops. The hotel is average. Small room with very small bathroom without windows but it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was poor especially when considering a Greek hotel. No local products or fresh fruits and vegetables, no selection of savoury or sweet dishes. During Easter it would be good to offer traditional sweets to introduce a local flavour.

A very nice boutique hotel! The room was lovely and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat at you are right on the bay and in the heart of the town. We where a bit disappointed by the breakfast time keeping. The buffet was never fully ready at 7.30 as the hotel stated. We needed to get on with our day and were always waiting for the full item availability. Basically you only started to put out breakfast at 7.30 Otherwise our stay was great

I checked in very late and was very well taken care of when I arrived by the on-duty manager. The room was lovely and the hotel breakfast is delicious! The lobby is also a lovely space to sit in and read with a coffee. On tip--if you are hoping to arrange airport pickup you must call the hotel in advance. Emailing is not sufficient.

Ho avvisato la struttura che non avrei potuto soggiornare entrambe le date prenotate perché il volo mi era stato cancellato. Per tutta risposta mi hanno fatturato entrambe le notti di soggiorno pur essendo stati informati con il necessario anticipo. Mi sarei aspettato che almeno il 50% mi venisse rimborsato anche considerato che la camera è stata resa disponibile per altre prenotazioni

Prisen matcher dessverre ikke fasilitetene. Det er veldig lytt, små rom og for all del unngå sjøutsikt. Du ser rett inn en strømmast. Generelt er hotellet lite, men betjeningen og resepsjonisten gjør det de kan. Ser ut som hotellet drives av solceller og Aircondition er ordentlig dårlig. Det virker som de er tidsstyrt og skrur seg ned gjennom en styringsenhet (basert på tilgjengelig strøm) første natten var vi uten aircondition. Hotellet er ikke verdt prisen. Men du er veldig sentralt i en koselig by

Room had a side view of the water with spacious balcony which was sunny all day. Room was clean and cleaned daily, but starting to show its age from wear. The floor was marked, curtains spotted with old mould marks, and not all the lights worked despite being informed the issue had been referred. The design of the building made it noisy especially at night with others coming and going, loud doors and talking. The balcony could also have benefitted from a small washing line for drying beach clothes. The restaurant was good with good choice of food in the day and evening, but breakfasts were hectic with tables not always available. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
