• Es wird ein Transferservice vom Bahnhof angeboten. Bitte teilen Sie der Unterkunft hierfür vor der Anreise Ihre voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit mit. Die Kontaktinformationen finden Sie auf Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung.
• Das japanische Ministerium für Gesundheit, Arbeit und Soziales schreibt vor, dass alle internationalen Gäste ihre Reisepassnummer und ihre Nationalität beim Check-in in einer Unterkunft jeglicher Art (Gasthäuser, Hotels, Motels usw.) angeben müssen. Zusätzlich wird von den Eigentümern der Unterkünfte verlangt, Reisepässe von allen Gästen beim Check-in zu fotokopieren und die Fotokopie aufzubewahren.

1. Payment: We accept payments by PayPal, cash (JPY) or most major credit cards. Full balance is due 60 days before arrival. We will email you a friendly reminder when the remaining balance of your booking is due. Failure to pay may result in your booking being cancelled. 2. Accommodation Tax: All bookings are subject to the Niseko Town and Hokkaido Prefecture accommodation taxes. ¥300 per person per night will be added to all reservations to be paid either with your final balance or collected on arrival. 3. Check-in time: from 15:00 4. Check-out time: by 10:00 5. Reception hours: 07:00 - 22:00. Late arrival is available with prior arrangement. 6. Cancellation policy:- -Cancellation within 7 days of initial confirmation will not incur a cancellation charge, however any transaction fees incurred in the refund process will be deducted from the deposit prior to the refund being issued. -Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival date will incur the deposit + cost of first night. -Cancellation fewer than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a 100% tariff charge. (that is, there will be no refund). 7. Age restriction: Yes, over 16 years old 8. No smoking inside including vapes. 9. Pets are not allowed 10. Basic breakfast is included in the main lodge. 11. Complimentary pick up on arrival (available during reception hours) must be booked at least 2 days in advance. 12.. Deluxe 8 Bed Apartment (4-bedroom house) - is self-catering accommodation.
