Arte Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

Breakfast: Coffee is only available from one single machine but it was not good quality. Food items acceptable but can have more variety for different days of the week. Love that the room is well lit and w many light options. However the chair is not suitable for desk work. And the room felt constantly humid and damp despite the AC being on 24/7. Housekeeping is spotty but gets the work done eventually and efficiently. Front desk is friendly but I did not have additional demands so my interaction is limited.

- Room was clean and tidy. - Soundproofing was average, some noise from outside or room next door was noticeable. - Staff were polite, professional and helpful - Showerhead was faulty, but staff assisted quickly and replaced the equipment. - Convenient location with a convenience store, restaurants, massage shops, and a shopping mall nearby.

Wunderschönes zimmer und sehr sauber. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Kann dieses hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
