La hospitalidad de las personas que nos atendieron fue increíble, llegamos mojados debido a la lluvia que caía ese día y nos secaron el calzado, nos ofrecieron comida, té y ropa limpia para poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. Pudimos gozar del onsen y de unos masajes relajantes para acabar bien el día. No sé como serán el resto de los alojamientos pero esta casa tradicional de más de 100 años de antigüedad nos encantó. Lo recomendamos 100%.

Det kan være greit å vite at dette er et lite "Onsen"-hotell der man sover på madrasser på gulvet og det er ikke dusj på rommet (men toalett), det er dusj og varmtbad litt nede i gangen der man tar tradisjonelle japanske bad. Veldig hyggelige ansatte og fin beliggenhet, men litt utenfor sentrum. Både vestlig og japansk frokost, prøv gjerne begge.
Det kan være greit å vite at dette er et lite "Onsen"-hotell der man sover på madrasser på gulvet og det er ikke dusj på rommet (men toalett), det er dusj og varmtbad litt nede i gangen der man tar tradisjonelle japanske bad. The building is beautiful. But it is located next to a busy road, very noisy to sleep at night. They even provide cheep ear plugs which are useless. Need taxi service to get to the old city and downtown. Walk is through industrial part of town. Food is mediocre, with unlimited cheep candies. Extra fee for a private onsen with no view and road pollution, even though they provide cheap juice. Not worth the high price of stay. Tried to cancel the second night due to sleepless night, but the owner refused refund. The only good thing are the nice employees.

We wanted a ryokan experience and that is what we received. The hotel is over 100 years old but very well maintained and there were onsens there to relax. The private onsen was especially nice. The staff were excellent and very welcoming and friendly and really made our experience special. I highly recommend their Japanese breakfast.
