Beaucoup de choses brisées et Pas très propre! : ( La piscine aurait besoin de réparations car les tuiles sont décollées en partie… dommage! Aucun parasol donc manque d’ombre et il manque de transat et de petites tables. Le restaurant est bon et les employés sont adorables. La aussi, il y aurait besoin de parasol… L’endroit est un peu isolé mais tranquille au moins. On y retournera pas.

This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!

A clean, efficient, comfortable serviced modern accommodation. Convenient if you want practical and affordable for short stays. Has microwave, a stove top and fridge. Parking and good roof top gym and pool; although, the few loungers fill up in busy season. Good location, with 10-15 min walk to beach and eateries.

6th avenue was one of the places we stayed during our 3 week vacation. The pool was amazing and had great views, there was nice facilities in the rooms making it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioner worked well during the day but seemed not to work well at night ? Not sure about that one lol. The power did go out twice on us while we were there but came back on shortly after. It was easy to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Ample covered parking which is nice as well. Would recommend !

6th avenue was one of the places we stayed during our 3 week vacation. The pool was amazing and had great views, there was nice facilities in the rooms making it easy to prepare meals. This property could use some attention. The room was disappointing, and not what I would expect for a listing that gives itself four stars. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The sofa had a number of large stains. The edges of the kitchen counters and entertainment center were worn, as though they'd been run into frequently. The water kettle was grimy. The kitchenette stove hood was dusty. The vanity veneer top was held on with tape. The shower head was held up with a zip tie. The lower part of the front door was covered in shoe scuff marks. Someone had left a message in the grime on the glass of the bathroom door. The front door lock was finicky and hard to get open. There were food splotches in the fridge. No single thing was particularly awful or egregious, but taken together they left a suboptimal impression. Some greater care in cleaning would have done a lot to improve the experience. What this property does have going for it, though, is the location. During my stay on Phuket, I visited Bang Tao, Surin, Kamala, Kalim, Patong, and Karon beaches, and Surim was my favorite. The hotel is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough to be away from the hubbub. It is a quiet location, with sufficient if not abundant options for local food. The infinity pool on the roof was pretty, but small. The fitness center did look nice, but I didn't use it.

Min kæreste og jeg brugte to nætter på hotellet. Værelset var helt fint og rent. Området var lidt for kaotisk til os. Til gengæld ligger det meget tæt på Surin Beach, der klart kan anbefales. Poolen var lækker og maden udemærket.

Zimmer sind groß, Lebensmittel und Läden konnte man nach 5min zu Fuss erreichen. Surin Beach ist nach 10-15min zu erreichen.

I was a bit disappointed, not to the point of dismay, but the room was, let's say, ordinary. I understand that I got a supposed "75%" discount but my expectations were for a pre-discount quality room. This room was not that. It was clean enough, service was good, but it just underwhelmed. Having said that, the rooftop pool is amazing! It is very big for the size of hotel, I'll give it that much!

I loved the area around , not as crowded as Karon. Walkable distance to beach. We really enjoyed restaurant at the top floor, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Good service, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the apartment was good but building is not as new as seen on images.

L’internet est médiocre et Pas de cafetière! L’établissement pourrait être un peu rafraîchi. La piscine pourrait avoir quelques chaises longues de plus. Sinon le Quartier est tranquille. Bon restaurant à l’hôtel mais service lent. Le personnel est adorable partout. Un seul petit resto Thaï en face de l’hôtel mais en marchant un peu plus, il y a de bonnes options pour les courses et restaurants sympas. La plage est à 10-15 minutes de marche…

L’internet est médiocre et Pas de cafetière! L’établissement pourrait être un peu rafraîchi. La piscine pourrait avoir quelques chaises longues de plus. Sinon le Quartier est tranquille. Bon restaurant à l’hôtel mais service lent. Le personnel est adorable partout. Un seul petit resto Thaï en face de l’hôtel mais en marchant un peu plus, il y a de bonnes options pour les courses et restaurants sympas. La plage est à 10-15 minutes de marche…

My stay went problem free and it was a nice enough hotel given the low price. I’d use it again. What’s negative is the neighbourhood which was alittle on the down side. Lots of construction going on also. Noisy.

I loved the area around , not as crowded as Karon. Walkable distance to beach. We really enjoyed restaurant at the top floor, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Good service, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the apartment was good but building is not as new as seen on images.

Hotel was updated nice pool great gym The check in was suppose to be 2pm I got there at 1:30pm thinking I could get in early to my room and the check in was delayed until 3.15pm The location is bad nothing around no food or bars Very boring stay for 5 nights

They were really nice, upgraded our one bedroom to two. Really clean and our room had a nice view. It was hard to get around though.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. Overall, the stay was okay, but the location was a bit far from main attractions or conveniences. If you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend considering renting a scooter. The hotel can provide scooters, which is a helpful option.

Beaucoup de choses brisées et Pas très propre! : ( La piscine aurait besoin de réparations car les tuiles sont décollées en partie… dommage! Aucun parasol donc manque d’ombre et il manque de transat et de petites tables. Le restaurant est bon et les employés sont adorables. La aussi, il y aurait besoin de parasol… L’endroit est un peu isolé mais tranquille au moins. On y retournera pas.

Min kæreste og jeg brugte to nætter på hotellet. Værelset var helt fint og rent. Området var lidt for kaotisk til os. Til gengæld ligger det meget tæt på Surin Beach, der klart kan anbefales. Poolen var lækker og maden udemærket.

L’internet est médiocre et Pas de cafetière! L’établissement pourrait être un peu rafraîchi. La piscine pourrait avoir quelques chaises longues de plus. Sinon le Quartier est tranquille. Bon restaurant à l’hôtel mais service lent. Le personnel est adorable partout. Un seul petit resto Thaï en face de l’hôtel mais en marchant un peu plus, il y a de bonnes options pour les courses et restaurants sympas. La plage est à 10-15 minutes de marche…

Billigt hotell med bra standard för billigt pris. Otroligt skönt område med mycket fina ställen i närheten. Det fanns många olika stränder nära och bra restauranger det är många locals i detta område så det är lugnt och skönt känns väldigt tryggt. Nice gym och pool samt bra frukost / lunch möjligheter på hotellet

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Staff was so friendly, room was cleaned daily. Rooftop pool was amazing. Restaurant was very good but not open past 5pm most days. Would definitely recommend!

Inget fungerande internet/router på rummet utan man fick logga in på grannarnas rum. Pentryt saknade eluttag för att kunna koppla in vattenkokaren och brödrosten. Annars bra läge och bra pool på taket. Saknade solskydd parasoller.

AVOID! Before we even got here, finding the location on the map proved difficult for some reason? A warning sign perhaps? I’m not convinced this isn’t just a very cheap room in a very cheap tenement block. The “reception” was filthy, a dusty router, clutter and untucked shirts gave a substandard but honest appraisal of what to expect with the room! The lack of attention to detail / upkeep was evident throughout the building including the corridors, rooms, lack of window cleaning and no safety lighting… “Security” was non-existent! The security gentleman on the door was so engrossed in the video on his phone I don’t think we ever clocked eyes. The lack of security continued inside with the internal keycard door between reception and the lifts being fully removed for half of the week for no apparent reason. Even before approaching the room, the corridor was dark, austere and set the tone for what was to be with the accommodation itself. Upon entering the accommodation, in short it was dismal! Just to point out up front, this wasn’t a case of cleanliness or anything that could be rectified during the stay itself but a clear desire by the owners to go for a cheap / flat pack model of accommodation; all frills were most definitely spared and the photos on the internet were clearly staged and when this place was fresher and new… Immediately upon entering the accommodation, the room smelt damp, all furntiure was cheap and upkeep was non existent. Student Accom meets prison…

I didnt do much research before coming since it eas a spontaneous 3 day trip and the plan for us was to stay at the beach clubs all day. For the price l paid l didnt expect much but l still didnt expect for all the furnitures to be so worn oit and my aircon was leaking water. They fixed my aircon rigth away and l got free breakfsdt as compensation but only cuz l ask for it.
