The Samui Beach Resort

Non je n’avais pas vue sur l’océan, l’hôtel avait l’air en travaux, en tout cas j’étais le seul client, je n’arrivais pas à croire que cet soit proposé pas Hôtel.com, le petit déjeuner c’était une tasse de café, une assiette avec un œuf au plat, un morceau de pain de mie. J’ai réservé et payé pour 3 nuit avec petit déjeuner, j’ai dut quitter l’hôtel après la première nuit, j’ai beaucoup voyage je crois que c’est ma pire expérience.

The hotel is not really maintained. If only they could clean all areas properly, it would make a big change. One of the biggest problems we noticed was a dirty pool and area around it. All towels were super old and 90% had big holes in them. Breakfast didn't look nice. Looks like the management doesn't really care about any maintenance or improvements.

The girl in the reception was great, good in English and very helpful! The rooms are quite nice, but the common areas neeed an upgrade, so does the beach area! But overall a good stay!

There has not been repairs done to so many things that the place is almost abandoned on the plus side the personnel are so warm and welcoming, I omitted to read the ratings and just looked at the pool and the ocean, I would like to thank Expedia for their help with all the bookings and the ease of using, thanks Eugene

Despite a rating of 7.2, the hotel fell far short of our expectations. The property is old, worn down, and clearly in need of renovation. The breakfast was a complete disaster — so poor that it would honestly have been better not to offer breakfast at all. The staff experience was very mixed; some were helpful, while others seemed disengaged. On several occasions, staff were sleeping at the reception desk, which felt highly unprofessional. Overall, this is not a place we would choose again. The only real positive was the location, which was decent and right on a nice beach. We paid around €200 per night, which is absolutely not justified by the quality provided.
