Pros: 1. Nice clean rooms. 2. Good food. Cons: 1. Location, location, location -- it is just far from the city center and the beach. 2. The free shuttle service is only every 2 hours starting 10am (good luck if you want to be an early bird) and finishing 8pm. Yes, you can get Grab, but it will cost you 500 baht to go to the beach/town. 3. The shuttle bus to the beach is supposed to take 20 minutes, but in reality can take between 30 minutes to one hour!!! 4. The night I was there the 8.20pm shuttle from the beach arrived to the hotel at 9.45pm -- because the smart driver Bill decided, instead of going straight to the hotel, to go pick up his friend/guest at the Mall -- without informing 12 other guests that were on board of the shuttle bus (including a couple with a 2-year old kid). Needless to say, nobody was even there ready for pick up when we got there. The whole trip turned from 20-30 minutes to more than 1 hour! (just to get back from the beach). When I have asked to talk to manager upon arrival, he/she were not available. Nobody bothered to apologize for 1 hour trip, with 12 people on the bus sacrificed for 1 guy who was not even there! 5. Some rooms on the ground floor face the kids day care center -- on the day of arrival, there was a kid who was just walking there and banging on the glass doors of every room on the floor! Overall, I suggest you to stay away from this place -- poor location combined with transport inconvenience are just not worth it.

掃除が行き届いており、清潔。スタッフの対応もよく、問い合わせにはすぐに対応してくれた。他のホテルに比べるとプールなどの施設が小さいのと、朝食のメニューが少ないのが残念でした。

Nice hotel a little away from the city. Good breakfast with a fair selection. Only issue we had was maintenance two days that we where not informed about. Started early and kept on for most the day. They did inform about a power shortage for a couple of hours, which was fine as we where made aware.

Hotel super mignon, un peu excentré mais possibilite de louer un scooter sur place 😃 Le personnel est accueillant et très souriant. La chambre etait spatieuse, la douche superbe, peu insonorisée par contre. Pour le petit dejeuner c'etait correct ! Un petit bemol sur les jus "frais" qui sont fait à base de poudre.. quel dommage avec autant de fruits frais sur l'île ! Nous avons dîner un soir a l'hôtel également et c'était très bon. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et c'était parfait pour visiter les alentours !

The stay was reasonable, however the rooms were not being cleaned to a satisfactory standard. E.g. for food consumed using the room's dinner plates which we left outside the room for collection on several days, the used food plates would be left as is and not collected for minimum 1 day by cleaning staff. Also, noticed a torn bed sheet. The external bath tub was also not cleaned every day. These items are not appropriate for a 5 star stay. We would rate this as a 4 star stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fusion Suites Phuket Patong during our honeymoon. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were especially touched by the small gifts we received on both Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The team was always available and helpful at all hours whenever we needed assistance. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we would be happy to return in the future.

ファミリールームに宿泊したが、布団がおしっこ臭くて耐えられない。何ヶ所も前の宿泊者のお漏らしの後があった。

I didnt like my room at all. They took me to all the way the bottom. My jaccuzi tub was dirty and i started smelling the toilet sewage which smell really bad. I really regretted booking that hotel even though some of the workers were really nice people.

ひとり旅で利用させていただきました。 パトンビーチ周辺は夜うるさいと聞いていたので、 離れた場所にしましたが、タクシー移動がほとんどだった為交通費が中々かかりました。 お部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 一点、下水の匂いだけが気になりました。 スタッフの方は、皆さん本当に優しくて 素敵な滞在でした。

Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok.

Had the most wonderful stay at Fusion Suites Patong. The hotel is beautiful, so clean and classy and with every amenity you could need. The staff were so friendly and kind. We will definitely be returning!

Everything was very good. Specially the staff were very helpful. Had a great stay there.

Getting to the property was easy, as it located on the main route between Kathu and Patong. The restaurant made my order wrong twice in a row. I ordered Butter Chicken from the sign, but it was confused for "Pad Thai Chicken". Check in and check out were seamless and the staff left a lovely welcome message and petal array on my bed before I arrived. If you want easy beach access, try elsewhere.

Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok.

Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.. Anything you need they take care of you. This was truly an amazing stay thank you all for making my stay and birthday special 🥹❤️🙏

I booked this location because I thought it would be right in the middle of the places we wanted to go: Elephant sanctuary, beach, and Old Town. We wound up not going to the beach at all and it takes quite some time to reach Old Town from Fusion Suites. If you are going to the beach but don't need to stay on the beach, I think their location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Moo Hong was delicious and I want to go back for more.
