For the money it was basic - pool wasn’t open, breakfast was mediocre at best - lack of machines and some not functioning - likely won’t stay again

The hot tub, showers, weight room were not operating. Check in was slow receptionist seemed disinterested.

Checkin there was an issue with internet which disabled the hotel rep. It was corrected within the hour so we could then checkin. TV services were interruptive suggesting a problem with their connections. Boiler system apparently had a problem prior to us being there so the pool wasn’t warmed totally and hot tub disabled. They did offer next door hotel use though for free.

Property was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the Hot Tub was not working and out of service. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Loved the hotel and the people. VERY disappointed there was no indication the pool was out of service when we booked. I also wasn’t told until after I asked about it. My 2 small children were looking forward to it all day. Thankfully the hotel next to us was letting people that stayed here go there to swim, completely saved the day. Staff was lovely, rooms were fantastic for our family of 4.

Renovated recently? Looked modern, very clean. Odd brown rubber baseboards in the hallway that didn’t seem to quite fit to the walls, but I don’t care about the baseboards as long as they’re clean, lol. Staff friendly and helpful. Gateway Grill was a bit pricey for us, but it’s in the middle of the Rockies, so of course it would be. Food was good and large plates were loaded—we were happy and stuffed after dinner. I’m not sure whether I actually booked this room or we were upgraded, because we had a small kitchenette. 😊 I was able to wash my travel mugs and if not full from dinner, could have made a snack. Kitchenette including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, hot plate (?), cabinets all clean and in good repair. Quiet room. Cozy beds and pillows. Only disappointment was that this was the last night of our trip and I was stiff and achy from driving and looking forward to using the pool. It was closed for maintenance.

Nicely renovated - beautiful pictures in rooms and hallway - fresh and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. Just too bad the pool wasn't up and running.

The lobby and restaurant were nuce. The room was dated and the pool area was a HUGE disappointment! The hot tub was out.of order and the whole facility is dingy and run down.

Way over priced. Didn't reduce the price even though the pool wasn't working. Bath faucet dripped. Patio rails were grimy and outside window dirty. Bathroom light switch in a very awkward place under a shelf. Generally under maintained.

Stayed here twice in 2 weeks. First stay was fine; room was dated and bathtub tap was leaking a steady steam of water. Second stay was not good. Bathroom was dirty (toothpaste on counter/sink, hairs on towel, and dirt on floor). The breastfast the second stay was horrible. No hot items (they had a laminated sign saying the oven broke); everything was empty (juice, milk, yogurt, syrup, etc) and the one attendant was not readily available to assist. Came back because of the included breakfast and felt ripped off.

The hotel was overall nice. The room smelled like smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. A few things could be updated, (especially the carpet). Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection and the room was big and spacious. Overall, not a bad hotel.

We checked in, went to our room and got the pull out bed set up and there was a big bug in the sheets, it had lots of crumbs to eat as the pull out wasent checked in a long time, and the room had a odor to it. We went to the front desk and told them about it, and we decided to drive the rest of the 6hr drive home. They told us hotels.com would have to do the refund. But it was a lie, as we got a hold pf you guys and they are to give the refund.

Easy to find, right off the highway. The room is updated and spacious. Continental breakfast is included so it’s great for families, though the breakfast room is small and super busy it’s hard to find seats. The only thing about this hotel that is not so great was that some people smoke on their balcony so we couldn’t enjoy our balcony.

Comfortable stay with a spacious room with a couch and small kitchenette. Balcony facing a quiet area at back. Breakfast items were limited, but ok.

This hotel has clearly had some renovations, but it’s not a full update. The lobby and breakfast area look refreshed, but the rooms still feel dated. The carpet in the room looked worn and gave off that “old hotel” vibe, and the small kitchenette was very basic and outdated. The room did have a small balcony, which could have been a nice touch, but the ashtray placed on the table made it feel unpleasant to use. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a place to stay, but if you’re looking for something more modern and comfortable, this might not be the best fit.

The rooms are big with kitchenettes and pullout couches. The hallway was spacious and it felt like there was room to breath. The breakfast was great and it was really convenient to have a warm breakfast included.

Overall stay was great, only minor thing would be how much the hallways echo when people walk by due to the flooring.

The desk clerk made multiple room keys And ended up giving them to another family. They opened the door and walked in while our daughter was laying on the bed. Justin. The manager said he will approve the full refund from you. Can you please pay the refund as per how I paid. I’m waiting to hear back from someone at hotels.com as to when this will take place.

En arrivant à l’hôtel nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir qu’il y avait une coupure d’électricité générale prévue depuis des jours jusqu’à 19h . Je trouve inadmissible de ne pas avoir reçu un message de l’hôtel en avance afin de nous prévenir et ainsi pouvoir s’organiser différemment. Nous sommes arrivés après une randonnée vers 17h à l’hôtel espérant pouvoir prendre une douche chaude et un repas chaud…. Évidemment impossible l’eau chaude est revenue vers 21h et les plaques de cuisine n’ont jamais fonctionné. Je ne comprends absolument pas le manque de professionnalisme et de considération de l’hôtel envers ses clients de ne pas nous avoir avertis alors que les travaux étaient programmés depuis longtemps. Je ne recommande absolument pas

I've stayed at this hotel a few times as we go to/from BC every summer to visit family. But when we arrived the power was out, no fault of the hotel, but a planned BC Hydro power outage. We can't blame the hotel for this; HOWEVER we checked in at 8PM. It was already dark. They knew about the power outage coming at about 4:30pm and never gave us a heads up, if we had known we would have cancelled and stayed in Kamloops. We knew we'd be checking in late, nothing around the hotel would be open so we brought food to warm up, and also had planned to do a few hours of work before bed; but we couldn't use the kitchenette, and there was no wifi. They also didn't offer flashlights so no light in your room. Yes, you could use your phone, but also there was no way to charge your phone, so this was an issue for the two of us with bad batteries. Then of course the breakfast wasn't complete in the morning as unfortunately the power outage lasted longer than BC Hydro stated. There was no power for our entire stay. So we paid nearly $200 for a pitch black room. No discount was offered, and when I asked at checkout, they said it wasn't their fault. But we paid for services we did not receive, some discount should be a given. They could have notified us before checkin and we would have found a different place to stay. Instead we already arrived late and were stuck, with no food, and no ability to work or watch anything and hardly an apology was given. Now we likely won't stay there again

The mgr Justin Eastbrook and his team were very helpful/ understanding when we had to leave 1 day earlier due to a river atmospheric weather system coming in to be able to drive home before it’s arrival and cancelled our final days reservation without hesitation so we might get a refund .. very much appreciated indeed! We will be back soon to the Clearwater Quality Inn with this kind of Quality service !

The room was good with easy access. The breakfast was adequate and it was nice it was included. The checkin was very slow. The person in front of me need coreections and it took a very long time to get sorted out.

We traveled all week and this was the best place we stayed at so far. The lady at the front desk was amazing, we asked for an extra blanket and she brought one to our room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Very Disappointing Stay I stayed at this hotel with my hockey team, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering our room, my kids discovered weed oil near the light, and there was a strong odor coming from underneath the door. The pool was much smaller than expected, and there was no hot tub, which was a big disappointment. I also had major issues with the service. I called the front desk over 10 times on Sunday morning to request that my room be freshened up, but no one answered. When I did manage to speak with the front desk, the male staff member was rude and unhelpful. Additionally, they increased our room rate by $100 once they found out we were a hockey team, which felt like price gouging. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a few personal items behind after checking out. When I called a few hours later to inquire about them, I was informed that they had been thrown away in the garbage. On a positive note, the lady who served breakfast was very kind and helpful, and she was the only bright spot during our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. It was overpriced, poorly managed, and the staff’s lack of professionalism made for an extremely frustrating stay.

Property is clean and conveniently on the highway with gas and dining options close by. Gateway Grill is highly recommended for quality of food and friendliness of staff.

Loved the stay here. Very close to Wells Grey National Park. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved our room. My toddler and I were in a roomy ground-floor room which had a door that lead outside and we were able to park our car right outside. It made loading and unloading so much easier while watching my daughter. The staff were wonderful and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the proximity to the highway was a bonus. Will be absolutely coming back next time we come through.

Love the restaurant connected to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is perfect, makes it easy travelling with kids.

Although a little pricy, the room was great. The breakfast was OK. However, it was without eggs, bacon, and sausage for a long time.

We had a great stay with an excellent breakfast. Nicely remodeled rooms except our coffee maker wasn’t working well but the lobby has an excellent machine with different types of coffee and lattes. We would stay there again for sure

I was impressed with how quiet it was( you can't hear upstairs unit or next-door one's) it was clean and staff was friendly. Great breakfast options every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing; bright, wide hallways, beautiful pictures through the hotel. The breakfast was included and had every you wanted from fresh fruit, pancakes, muffins plus the usual eggs, sausage, and tater tots. Will definitely be back. The onsite restaurant was fantastic! We had an exceptional Cobb salad and Guac chicken burger! Great job ladies!
