A wonderful three nights stay at the Chi Boutique. Everything about our stay was wonderful from check in (lovely cup of tea!) to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way. The rooftop bar has great views over the city and the location is unbeatable for the Old Quarter. My room was clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast had a whole host of food options. Would stay again!

Great staff, amazing location, wonderful breakfast buffet, very clean. I had a standard room with a faux window, which was strange for me, but that was a choice I made and not a reflection on the property or great folks running it. I know I’ll go back and get a balcony next time.

Stay at this hotel recently after 8years ago. They had maintenance service level better and impressive for their effort keeping the cleanest of the hotel, especially the room condition was excellent.

The staff and their service was good. A little sad that the room didn’t have a room but overall it’s very comfortable with universal 13Amp plugs. The water pressure was low due to higher floor and the water was cold on my first night. Overall a comfortable stay and value for money.

The Chi was a great property right in the Old Quarter so close to restaurants, and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet as it was busy in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony, spacious bathroom and the included breakfast was awesome!

The hotel was under some sort of construction so from 8a to about 5p all u hear is annoying banging and drilling. Usually I wouldn’t care since we would be out exploring, but when u have a sick family member there’s no way around it. We were on the 3rd floor w a view of a brick wall. The hotel is in an amazing location close to everything on a v busy street w good security. Breakfast buffet could be better and staff at the front desk were maybe trainees or new. Towels also smell like smoke but apparently they outsource this housekeeping job. Pretty much a disappointment.

スタッフが素晴らしいです。帰るとすぐにエレベーターを呼んでくれる等、みなさん気持ちがいい方々でした。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。帰りが早朝だったので空港までの車を手配して貰いましたが、グラブと数百円程度しか変わらず安心して利用できました。

Hotel was brilliant from start to finish. Was so helpful as our first visit to Vietnam, couldn’t have done more for us. Even got me a birthday present. Alex, on the tour desk, was so helpful and we had great times. Recommend this hotel. It’s easy walking distance for everything.

This property is a hidden gem along the main artery street of Pho Nha Chung. It is very convenient location where you are accessible to major venues with just a few walk steps away. I was very fortunate to have found The Chi. Boutique Hotel on Google map while searching for hotels. Everything was wonderful at The Chi Boutique Hotel. My father and I really enjoyed our stay. The business owner did an excellent job with the attention to details on the decors. It was very chic with decorative French style setting. We loved it! The staff was excellent and very professional. A special shout out goes to Ms Linh for going the extra mile with our needs. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Hanoi, I definitely recommend this establishment. The fact that they offer transportation service from HAN Airport to the hotel was an extra bonus. It does not get any easier than this! Lastly, their breakfast buffet is very good! If you want American breakfast, they have a breakfast bar where the chef will cook you eggs to your liking. So go ahead and book your hotel reservations with The Chi Boutique Hotel! It is my 5 star recommendation!

The hotel was under some sort of construction so from 8a to about 5p all u hear is annoying banging and drilling. Usually I wouldn’t care since we would be out exploring, but when u have a sick family member there’s no way around it. We were on the 3rd floor w a view of a brick wall. The hotel is in an amazing location close to everything on a v busy street w good security. Breakfast buffet could be better and staff at the front desk were maybe trainees or new. Towels also smell like smoke but apparently they outsource this housekeeping job. Pretty much a disappointment.

The Chi was a great property right in the Old Quarter so close to restaurants, and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet as it was busy in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony, spacious bathroom and the included breakfast was awesome!

Great staff, amazing location, wonderful breakfast buffet, very clean. I had a standard room with a faux window, which was strange for me, but that was a choice I made and not a reflection on the property or great folks running it. I know I’ll go back and get a balcony next time.

This property is a hidden gem along the main artery street of Pho Nha Chung. It is very convenient location where you are accessible to major venues with just a few walk steps away. I was very fortunate to have found The Chi. Boutique Hotel on Google map while searching for hotels. Everything was wonderful at The Chi Boutique Hotel. My father and I really enjoyed our stay. We booked the Chi Hotel to try another local luxury hotel in Hanoi. Unfortunately, much of the hotel was under renovation giving areas, including the hallway a dirty, dark feel. Great location near Ho Hoan Kiem Lake, 1/2 block from the Cathedral, restaurants, shopping and other sites. Part of the reason we booked was for the rooftop bar, that had a view of the Cathedral, but the restaurant/bar area didn't feel quite up to par with luxury. So even though our room was clean and comfortable and service excellent, I'm giving it 3 1/2* due to the renovation on this visit. 5* Service: Excellent. Lily spoke impeccable English, was responsive and very helpful in arranging transportation for 5 people (2 stops) from Cat Ba Island and again to the airport. The bellman took off his shoes when bringing our bags into our room! 4* Rooms: We booked the Superior Plus room which was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well and the bathroom was large, with a nice shower and tub. Unfortunately, the view was to another building right next door.

I felt uncomfortable staying at a star-rated hotel because for two consecutive days I requested new towels but was not served (the towels in my room were all torn, discolored, very old, and not clean). The hotel reception staff said they were out of towels and told me to wait until tomorrow… but I still received torn towels. I even took pictures of the towels and showed them to the hotel reception, but I still got the same result. They just said they would relay the message to the service department and seemed to ignore my complaint.
