The hotel buggies are unsafe and dangerous. My partner was hit by a wreckless buddy driver on the resort whilst walking to the beach.

Pros: The Manor restaurant with special shout out to Naresh, Joytiprakash, Gautam and Sumit. They made our stay special. All the staff are very courteous and friendly. Negs: Even after we had asked prior to booking, to ensure no disruption to our stay, there was work and filming for their website which meant loss of 2 days of the Manor pool and private beach. Miri restaurant remodel has meant loss of all character and style. Food was poor and feel is now of a local coffee shop. Real shame as was full of character and style when it was under the Leela banner. Butler was a waste, saw at start and then by chance on the last day.

This property ruined our honeymoon. My wife and I both got food poisoning from the hotel food, which killed an entire 48 hours. Tennis courts are in disrepair, no available pros, no new balls or rackets, no tennis ball machine. Half the resort is undergoing maintenance. It is impossible to leave the hotel in a safe manner, unless you pay for the BMW service (which we were willing to do- was unavailable most of the time). The third party car service that the hotel offers as an alternative is unprofessional, unsafe, and unsanitary. Because of renovations, the entire salon was moved to a single room, with an unprofessional an un-attentive staff member running it. It was abundantly clear that the massage therapists at the spa are not trained in any way - experienced the single worst massage of my life here. There were two staff members that made the experience worse due to their flagrant unprofessionalism: 1) Kanika - a “junior manager” of the property. Three days before we left we brought up the safety concerns with the transportation. She apologized and told us she would have a resolution for us the following day. Not only was there no resolution, she didn’t even reach out with an update. 2) Arushi - the property manager who thought a $250 discount (on a $5K USD trip) would make up for the disappointments. She tried nickel- and diming us on our way out, and had the gall to ask us to return to the property. Expedia allows 1500 char, but there were many more problems.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff very warm and helpful. The room was lovely, but sometimes our bath room wasn't tided and cleaned very well during our stay. We only ventured to have our evening meal at the hotel one night during our stay but the restaurants were so quiet and lacking in atmosphere we still decided to venture off the complex. The spa treatment, staff and treatment room were all excellent, however the spa steam room and changing facilities were somewhat under par for what I would expect.

St regis goa is by far the best property in India. It’s away from the hustle bustle is goa, it’s perfect for family vacation. The property is so huge that you’ll need more than 2 days to just enjoy the property amenities. The pool is wonderful and clean. The property has a private beach and a beautiful sunset view. There romantic sunsets restaurants - susegado. The property also organizes activities for kids and adults like pottery and dance. All and all i would love to visit again.

Nice hotel overall. However, lacks the usual st Regis expected level of service. Lacks evening entertainment or facilities. Further, we went there on a holiday, with a view to use the pools, got there, both closed, and we were never informed of it prior arrival. Then, main desk didn’t even compensate against the fact the pool is closed! And they never followed up. Also, when there is a wedding on at the hotel, then it’s all about the wedding and service suffers a bit further.

Ein atemberaubendes Haus mit exzellentem Service. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und blieben dort für 1 Woche .Die Zimmer waren elegant und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unsere eigene Butlerin Atila war toll und hat uns bei allen Fragen immer gleich geholfen. Die täglichen Überraschungen wie Blumen, Snacks und Wein auf dem Zimmer haben uns sehr beeindruckt und den Aufenthalt vor allem bei 3 tägigem Monsunregen etwas verschönert. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Buffet am Abend hatte eine riesen Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist zusätzlich auf individuelle Essenswünsche eingegangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Tochter hat von dem Küchenchef alles Essen erklärt bekommen und auf evtl Schärfe wurde hingewiesen. Das Personal macht einen unglaublichen Job und wir hatten noch nie so einen Service erlebt. Der Strand war unglaublich schön und hat so eine Ruhe ausgestrahlt. Auch wenn wir durch die Monsunzeit nicht baden durften haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen und haben uns dann im Pool wieder abgekühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, den in diesem Meer wollen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal baden

This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa.

Property was clean and grounds immaculate. Staff were very polite, informative and genuine. All restaurants offered an appealing menu with fine food. The Riverside restaurant on the bank of the Sal River overlooked a working fishing port with the boats coming and going all evening, a great backdrop. Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India.

Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India.

Ein atemberaubendes Haus mit exzellentem Service. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und blieben dort für 1 Woche .Die Zimmer waren elegant und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unsere eigene Butlerin Atila war toll und hat uns bei allen Fragen immer gleich geholfen. Die täglichen Überraschungen wie Blumen, Snacks und Wein auf dem Zimmer haben uns sehr beeindruckt und den Aufenthalt vor allem bei 3 tägigem Monsunregen etwas verschönert. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Buffet am Abend hatte eine riesen Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist zusätzlich auf individuelle Essenswünsche eingegangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Tochter hat von dem Küchenchef alles Essen erklärt bekommen und auf evtl Schärfe wurde hingewiesen. Das Personal macht einen unglaublichen Job und wir hatten noch nie so einen Service erlebt. Der Strand war unglaublich schön und hat so eine Ruhe ausgestrahlt. Auch wenn wir durch die Monsunzeit nicht baden durften haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen und haben uns dann im Pool wieder abgekühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, den in diesem Meer wollen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal baden

Check-in process wait was over an hour. Rooms were not ready at 4pm. Staff is disorganized and poorly trained, property is falling apart, rooms infested with small lizards and lost power over 10 times a day.

This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa.

The resort is very nice. Excellent food and service. The reason for 4 star is that the room (and bathroom in particular) needs modernising. We had to call 4 times in a 6 night stay to fix something in the bathroom. On the postive side, the staffs were very helpful and the buffet was amazing. We will visit again.

The St Regis Goa is so lovely and was a wonderful stay. The staff are so kind and helpful, the rooms lovely, great food, and I enjoyed the saber champagne ceremony each evening. The spa was wonderful too!

Overall the hotel was well presented and catered well to keep residents happy and occupied whilst in the resort. Located in south Goa it was quite an isolated type resort, which is expected. Abit of a shame that not all of the restaurants were open and half board stayers had to resort to the same restaurant each evening, and that events or construction of some sort what going on when we were there. Service generally was good, just a little slow at times.

Excellent property, service and hospitality. From check in to stay to check out was all wonderful rather perfect. The staff go an extra mile to make guests comfortable for all aspects at the hotel. Butler service definitely a delight and makes it very easy to manage the stay. It was a family trip for our parents 50th anniversary and they made it very special for our senior citizen parents. Jonathan and Kanika ensured we got a great adjoining room. Rene and Chandini were very hospitable at the restaurant. Vicente ensured that the carts and cabs were well organized for us. Special call out and appreciation for Charan, our private butler who ensured that our stay was amazing at every step, he really looked after us and more so our aged parents. Overall, I can not wait to come back at St. Regis Goa.

What can I say about St Regis Goa?! We stayed here to celebrate my Husband’s birthday in style and we were not disappointed. Everything was to perfection, from the minute we entered the gates of the hotel to the taxi that dropped us off to the airport, we loved each and every minute of our time. We were respected, doted upon, well looked after in all aspects of our stay and the service was always with a bright beaming smile. Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated. We truly had the time of our lives at our first St Regis property, and we couldn’t be happier to one day return and see some friendly faces. We truly appreciate and admire the time and effort that went into looking after us and ensuring that we had the best time!

St regis goa is by far the best property in India. It’s away from the hustle bustle is goa, it’s perfect for family vacation. The property is so huge that you’ll need more than 2 days to just enjoy the property amenities. The pool is wonderful and clean. The property has a private beach and a beautiful sunset view. There romantic sunsets restaurants - susegado. The property also organizes activities for kids and adults like pottery and dance. All and all i would love to visit again.

Beautiful resort in a stunning environment, a few meters from the beach. Staff is exquisite, we had an amazing staying. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests. Only 2 remarks: wine is ridiculously overpriced as well as the pick up/drop off to the airport. Beside this, St. Regis is always an excellent choice and we would love to visit it again

Taking into account the accommodation, the service, the location and the setting, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully planted. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is lovely. Eating and drinking at the resort is expensive but there are many restaurants nearby that are more reasonable.

Pros: The Manor restaurant with special shout out to Naresh, Joytiprakash, Gautam and Sumit. They made our stay special. All the staff are very courteous and friendly. Negs: Even after we had asked prior to booking, to ensure no disruption to our stay, there was work and filming for their website which meant loss of 2 days of the Manor pool and private beach. Miri restaurant remodel has meant loss of all character and style. Food was poor and feel is now of a local coffee shop. Real shame as was full of character and style when it was under the Leela banner. Butler was a waste, saw at start and then by chance on the last day.

After a great issue at the pan Asian restaurant where they refused to give us a table despite empty seating available we were helped by the manager to get place . But the pan Asian restaurant had a buffet of 4000 per head and the food was sub standard and deserts only two that too very poor and undone banana cake that was hard . Menu from Live counter had very limited and unpalatable options that were cold . Poor service despite the complaint , the staff seems untrained and hospitality is clearly not their forte . Moreover we notified them many times of a 50th bday we were celebrating but no courtesy to even do a cake or anything special

We spent an idyllic 3 day stay at the hotel on a half board basis. The food was very good and varied. The service from all staff was fantastic. We are planning to go next year again!!

Property was clean and grounds immaculate. Staff were very polite, informative and genuine. All restaurants offered an appealing menu with fine food. The Riverside restaurant on the bank of the Sal River overlooked a working fishing port with the boats coming and going all evening, a great backdrop. Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property. The staff were always very helpful and attentive. I wish there were more dining options, but the property is under renovation, so I’m sure there will be improvements soon.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort from 24th to 27th June 2026. We visited with our two young children, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and excellent quality. Our children especially enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, and there were plenty of activities to keep them engaged throughout our vacation. Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass.
