Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Great beach.

Everything about this property was phenomenal. From start to finish the best service in the industry! The rooms were immaculate and maintained multiple times a day from housekeeping to turn down service. The beach and pools were all incredible and comfortable for everyone. The staff from when we arrived up until the time we departed were first class! If I ever make it back to Oahu, this is where you will find me.

This was the most amazing experience at a hotel we may have ever had. The staff, literally from the moment we arrived on the property, treated us so incredibly well and took care of our every need. Everyone was kind, helpful and took pride in their work. Our room was beyond gorgeous and the view was incredible. Property was fantastic, not over crowded and perfectly maintained. Clean pools, excellent restaurants and the beach and tide pools were unmatched.

We booked 3 nights and actually left after one night. This property was so overbooked and busy, waiting for an elevator took several minutes each time, the pool was unusable due to the sheer amount of people and the beach didn’t have sand because it was literally just bodies. We got put in a room that seemed to be caving in, literally, due to the angle the bed was at. I’ve never seen anything like it and it made for a miserable night of restless trying not to roll off. Beds were old and tired and gross as well as pillows with no pillow covers (ew) and the room was filthy. Floor was disgusting and hair in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly rude when we tried to discuss with them and request a refund for the last two nights we didn’t stay. This place was horrific.
