I will not come back! First night they missed cleaning are room and comforter was stained the mandatory parking charge $50 a night then someone tried to put $150 dollar room charge on my account not a good beach next to Disney hotel screaming all day and then I asked for 1 hour later check out and I was denied funny I was going to book there inaugural cruise to Italy ha like 70k a person not now!!after spending thousands and then not allowing a lousy 1 hour later check out was the most ridiculous embarrassing thing they could of done . I never ever been turned down even in the presidential suite at Hyatt I will go back to Ritz at turtle bay they know how to treat customers and have club lounge and a real beach sorry 4 seasons you had your chance to prove your worth the big bucks.

Incredible resort with great amenities, wet areas were under construction during our time there but the resort did a great job of providing alternatives. Staff is always happy and willing to help. Only 2 complaints I have, Michael Mina’s fish house needs to revamp menu. Sorry to say, that was the worst dinner we had on the island. And more pool floaty for the resort guests. Many of their stuff made it over to the Disney resort side. Still a 5 star resort regardless, will be back.

Beautiful property, loved the amenities! The pools and lagoon were well maintained and very relaxing. Lovely staff, they very helpful and attentive. Dining options were excellent, loved Noe the Italian restaurant on property. We will definitely be staying here again during our next “staycation”.

This is our 2nd time visiting Four Seasons in Oahu. The first time we went for our honeymoon in 2019. We returned 7/2025 with a toddler and we were completely wow with everything, my toddler ate free in all restaurant since shes under 5. They had a camp for kids with activities different times/days. If diapers & swimming diapers were needed, they were provided. This resort has two kids pool & one adult pool. The beach is in front of the resort everything is so accessible. We’re so happy with our one week stay & couldn’t recommend this resort more. Every restaurant, shop, pool & staff members are absolutely professional & courteous. They truly excel in every way. My husband took the Mixology class & it was truly unforgettable experience , Michael was an amazing teacher & when we ate at Noe restaurant he stop by & ask if everything was ok, such a nice gesture. We also created a Resin Surfboat it was awesome & we were able to all participate, my toddler helped paint. We all had a great experience. It’s worth every penny! We’re looking forward to our next trip. We love the beautiful Hawaii show dance/culture. Thank you Four Seasons for always impressing us!

We absolutely loved staying here in Oahu for our honeymoon! We were greeted with leis and a drink. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. They had champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cookies in the room for us when we arrived. During our stay, we used the beach back they provided for us, too, and they even wrapped up our charging cords, so they weren’t hanging. The adults’ only infinity pool and beach were both amazing! We do wish this had a complimentary breakfast included, as well as a self-park option. The valet was very quick, but we do like being able to just get our car when we want. Plus, the overnight park charge was expensive. It was pricey to stay here, but we wanted to splurge on our honeymoon. This was definitely worth the splurge!

We stayed for our wedding at Secret Beach. The view was gorgeous, all of the staff was friendly, we loved the spa, the gym is nice and has a great view, all excursions are top notch!

We were so glad we made the choice to stay here for part of our trip around Oahu. The only down side was leaving! The oceanfront views, the lush property, the adult pool, the food and the friendly staff made this a most enjoyable trip. If we ever make it back to Oahu, we would skip Waikiki and make this the home base.

Beautiful position right on the beach. The staff were all fantastic! So warm, friendly and welcoming. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they spoilt us! Upgraded our room, magnificent view of the room. Only point, hotel seemed a little tired in places, could do with a refresh. Would recommend this hotel and would go back! 5 star treatment.

We can not wait to return to this resort! This resort has the cleanest and most beautiful rooms. Every single person, starting at the front desk to the valet was so welcoming. When we arrived we were greeted at the front entrance desk associate . She handed us our beautiful and fresh Hawaiian leis and the little cups with lemon/ginger refresher drink to sip on while she walked us to check in. The check in process was so quick and easy. The check in associate wished me a happy birthday and offered to make our dinner reservation. She was very courteous and efficient. Our luggage was delivered as soon as we walked in to our beautiful room. The room was beautifully decorated . Breathtaking ocean views. This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property and we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff (as well as everyone else) were all excellent in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and overall service. We have stayed here twice before. Each visit a couple of years apart except this last one which was five years later. The staff is amazing! They greet you in the hall with a smile and are very helpful for the most part. We did have a cranky young woman at the front desk when we asked to do a late check out. The restaurants are good, but Mina’s Fish Hose was a big disappointment because the menu was not accommodating to my allergies. It was very heavy into raw fish and the grilled fish was tough and was a small portion for the money. The ambiance there is wonderful, but the food was mediocre. It was our favorite restaurant the last visit. Noe was great! We ate there several times. The rooms are looking tired and the shower had mold in the corners, but otherwise the hotel is very nice. I would give it four stars. They need more dining options and more GF options in all restaurants.

Beautiful position right on the beach. The staff were all fantastic! So warm, friendly and welcoming. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they spoilt us! Upgraded our room, magnificent view of the room. Only point, hotel seemed a little tired in places, could do with a refresh. Would recommend this hotel and would go back! 5 star treatment.

What an amazing experience from the hotel itself, to the room, the staff/service, food, and beach. We stayed in the prime corner room and loved the two views. It was very relaxing. Highly recommend getting a massage while you're there!

We got there at 2 and our room was not ready We went to the buffet and hot food the room got ready closer to 3, but the big problem was once we got to our room the balcony had a tall wall to my chest and the oven view that we paid $1500 per night for was only able to be look at if u stand up but if u lay on the bed or sit on the couch all u saw was walls We call them asking to change our room and get what was promised in the photos they showed us another room and said it will be $2700 per night extra we had to pay after going back and fourth finally we talk yo the main manager of the hotel and he fixed the problem and gave us the room at 8:30 pm so all day was waisted and they did not even apologize, I have been staying in four seasons hotel in the last 24 years of my life and this is not the standard. It was very disappointing.

We absolutely loved staying here in Oahu for our honeymoon! We were greeted with leis and a drink. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. They had champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cookies in the room for us when we arrived. During our stay, we used the beach back they provided for us, too, and they even wrapped up our charging cords, so they weren’t hanging. The adults’ only infinity pool and beach were both amazing! We do wish this had a complimentary breakfast included, as well as a self-park option. The valet was very quick, but we do like being able to just get our car when we want. Plus, the overnight park charge was expensive. It was pricey to stay here, but we wanted to splurge on our honeymoon. This was definitely worth the splurge!

We stayed in the ocean view corner suite, what a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Noe was an amazing restaurant, the filet mignon and the tagliatelle was one of the best we’ve ever had. We would definitely stay at the four seasons again.

We gave an overall review of 3 stars because of the management on duty. When we checked in, our room was booked through Friday, but we had previously communicated that we would be checking out on Thursday, one day earlier. The mgmt refused to work with us and charged us for the extra night. No reason given, just no. We came in for our son's wedding (on property) and had several rooms, plus the cost of the wedding. We spent $$$$ throughout the week. They could have easily made up the $1900 for our room in several ways, but just said no. The staff was amazing, but the management doesn't have the same work ethic as the staff they employ. We will choose another property next trip.

Upon arrival, the valet and bellmen were exceptional, offering a warm and professional welcome that set a promising tone. However, this positivity quickly faded during check-in. The front desk staff was cold and provided subpar service, lacking the warmth and attention to detail expected from Four Seasons. The room service was consistently disappointing. Every order arrived with missing items or condiments, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. While the poolside staff was pleasant and attentive, the property itself felt dated, more akin to a Marriott than the luxurious Four Seasons experience I anticipated. The prime location seems to be carrying this hotel, but that alone cannot sustain its reputation. The most egregious issue occurred at the end of our stay. After realizing we left our baby’s pacifier in the room, we asked a housekeeper to assist with accessing it. The Four Seasons in Ko Olina was absolutely beautiful. The resort itself was stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The restaurants on site are VERY pricey, but thats to be expected. There were also a number of walkable restaurants outside of the resort that we're slightly less expensive, but still pretty $$. The food was absolutely excellent though, so it was worth it. If you are planning to lounge by the pool or on the beach the whole time, this place is heaven. If you are planning more activities on your trip, Ko Olina isnt the most convenient as most tours, etc on the island start from Waikiki which is 40-60 min away depending on the time of day, so it would make more sense to stay at the Honolulu location if that's your plan (as it was ours and we spent a lot of time in Ubers lol). We were so glad we made the choice to stay here for part of our trip around Oahu. The only down side was leaving! The oceanfront views, the lush property, the adult pool, the food and the friendly staff made this a most enjoyable trip. If we ever make it back to Oahu, we would skip Waikiki and make this the home base.

I take my family here every year and it’s always a fantastic experience. Their Italian restaurant NOE is a must try and the pastas are to die for. Sunsets at the adult pool are amazing. Service is always first rate. You really feel well taken care of every time you stay here.

Incredible resort with great amenities, wet areas were under construction during our time there but the resort did a great job of providing alternatives. Staff is always happy and willing to help. Only 2 complaints I have, Michael Mina’s fish house needs to revamp menu. Sorry to say, that was the worst dinner we had on the island. And more pool floaty for the resort guests. Many of their stuff made it over to the Disney resort side. Still a 5 star resort regardless, will be back.

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property and we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff (as well as everyone else) were all excellent in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and overall service. The property itself was beautiful and immaculately well-kept. We primarily ate at the two main dining options at the hotel, La Hiki and Mina's Fish House, and the food there is comparable to the best restaurants in our hometown of Seattle (which has really good dining options in its own right). The only potential negative for some people might be that the Four Seasons is pretty far from Waikiki - about 1 hour with traffic - but for us, that was a big positive. We liked that Ko Olina is pretty quiet and far from the noisy and crowded area of Waikiki. Overall, my wife and I really loved the Four Seasons and we're already talking about visiting other Four Seasons properties at other locations.

The Four Seasons in Ko Olina was absolutely beautiful. The resort itself was stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The restaurants on site are VERY pricey, but thats to be expected. There were also a number of walkable restaurants outside of the resort that we're slightly less expensive, but still pretty $$. The food was absolutely excellent though, so it was worth it. If you are planning to lounge by the pool or on the beach the whole time, this place is heaven. If you are planning more activities on your trip, Ko Olina isnt the most convenient as most tours, etc on the island start from Waikiki which is 40-60 min away depending on the time of day, so it would make more sense to stay at the Honolulu location if that's your plan (as it was ours and we spent a lot of time in Ubers lol). Overall, incredible and unforgettable experience.

We have stayed here twice before. Each visit a couple of years apart except this last one which was five years later. The staff is amazing! They greet you in the hall with a smile and are very helpful for the most part. We did have a cranky young woman at the front desk when we asked to do a late check out. The restaurants are good, but Mina’s Fish Hose was a big disappointment because the menu was not accommodating to my allergies. It was very heavy into raw fish and the grilled fish was tough and was a small portion for the money. The ambiance there is wonderful, but the food was mediocre. It was our favorite restaurant the last visit. Noe was great! We ate there several times. The rooms are looking tired and the shower had mold in the corners, but otherwise the hotel is very nice. I would give it four stars. They need more dining options and more GF options in all restaurants.

Very pleasant check in experience. Totally enjoyed the welcome gifts. Staff were super helpful. Concierge was amazing and very informative. No waiting for front desk or concierge.. Lots of dining options. Golf course also very good. Canadian Hotel missing Canadian flag was bit disappointing:) Fabulous experience.

A beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. The food and service though fail to meet expectations . Service was inconsistent. Too many times feeling processed as opposed to cared for and looked after at the Four Seasons was a let down. The food also was better at the pool than at the branded restaurants. The brunch buffet was outstanding but other meals were mediocre at best.
