Las Americas Sea View and Beach Apartments

Decent apartment and pool area. Was really close to the bars at Veronica’s so ideal for us. If you want it quiet it’s not for you.

Corridors leading to apartment really shabby. Balcony timber all rotten and unsafe. Shower pipe leaking and had to get someone out. No plug in kitchen sink , asked for one but never materialized.Some sockets hanging off wall. Desperate for a coat of paint , really grubby. Sun beds that uncomfortable you couldn't lay on them, Dog and cats wandering around pool area.

The apartment is located right next to the night clubs, so you can't sleep at all at night, there is music and noise every night until the morning. If you close the windows, the apartment is very hot, because there is no air conditioner, and the windows are on such a side that the sun heats up all day. Just a few days ago, we received a very old and shabby air conditioner. The sockets were broken, we had to contact the master, who called the apartment manager. The parasites living in it - termites - caused great concern. There is no dishwasher, steam collector and oven in the kitchen. We left two weeks earlier because we were simply tired of the noise at night. We wrote to the landlords about a possible refund for two weeks, but they didn't even talk. It's a pity when the hosts have such an attitude. I do not recommend for those who want peace. The sunbeds by the pool are tragic, you can't lie on them because they are so flat. Really, this apartment left a lot of negative feelings.

La vacanza è stata molto piacevole, il clima e meraviglioso, abbiamo visitato vari paesini caratteristici, il vulcano Teide, e ci siamo goduti il mare. Las Americas e turistica e attrezzata a ricevere i turisti.
