Small property in quiet semi-residential area across the wetland area from the Marriott properties. Greeted by name on arrival by housekeeper who gave us our keys and a tour. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good wifi, a newer TV with usual streaming stuff and basic US cable channels. The pool area is very nice with plenty of shaded areas and a grill which we didn't use. Although I think the hotel was full, most guests spent the day elsewhere and came back in evening. Several return guests were there. Coffee from their complementary coffee bar was excellent. We had friends at the Marriott so walked over there every day using the path across the wetland, seemed very safe even at night. Maybe 5 minutes. Noord supermarket is 10 min walk for essentials like groceries, beer, wine liquor. A car was not necessary for us but would be good for longer stay to explore. Cabs are easy and not too expensive. If we come back to Aruba we would surely consider staying here again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our first trip to Aruba, and the walk to the beach was under 10 min. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants on the water and in the tourist / hotel area just off the beach. Blanco greeted us when we arrived. The pool / patio area was very quiet ~ and they provide beach chairs and coolers for any excursions you may want to do. We would love to come back

An absolute gem. Beautiful clean property. Very comfortable beds. Secluded and gorgeous pool area. Small number of units allowed for easy access to shared facilities (pool, barbecue, lounge chairs) and opportunities for one-to-one connections with other guests. Easy walking distance to groceries and Palm Beach. Carlos and Blanca are simply the best at what they do. No question this is where we will stay the next time we come.

This property was friendly, comfortable, and had perfect amenities. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the common spaces, including an excellent pool. It was very convenient to have amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and plenty of towels. The morning views on the lagoon with amazing birds, lovely sunrises, and nice breezes were my favorite part. We will plan our next trip around availability at this property!

There was a mouse in our hotel room and they did nothing to help us. No refund or even a mouse trap to try and attempt to help. Overall nice place besides that.

Bij aankomst was er niemand om ons te ontvangen en ons de sleutel van de kamer te overhandigen. Nochtans hadden we laten weten wanneer we ongeveer zouden aankomen. Telefonisch was er niemand bereikbaar. Na een kwartiertje kwam er dan toch een concierge opendoen. De kamer was wel groot en het bed uitstekend. Op de gang kon je koffie en water nemen, maar dat werd onvoldoende aangevuld. De eerste nacht werd onze kamer netjes gepoetst muv de douche die verstopt was. De tweede nacht werd zelfs het bed niet opgemaakt hoewel we reeds om 10.30u weg waren. De douche was dus nog steeds verstopt. We zouden er zeker niet opnieuw verblijven. Het is ook vreemd dat je er niemand kan aanspreken om iets te vragen.

Surprised my fiance for his 40th by staying at this really beautiful Airbnb like hotel. The grounds was clean, the area was quiet! We had the Moroccan room and it was so dope! My fiance was very happy and impressed. We were just 5 mins from the strip and every other convenient places we need to be. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely! Will stay here again in the future!

If you are in to laid back, limited cleaning, no communication, no laundry on property, then this is for you. The location was convenient to Palm Beach. Pool was clean. Space was large enough. Nice shower. Biggest complaint was poor communication. No one really there to greet you. Find your room, key in the door. Good luck! Floors a little uneven so need to be careful. I would not return but there were several people there that had stayed before and understood the situation.

It is a very nice hotel however we had a few problems. The first room assigned had a terrible smell of epoxy paint, it was so strong that after being in there for a couple of hours I had a headache. I asked if there was another room we could move to and the housekeeper contacted the manager and fortunately they had one room available which was very nice and spacious. Everything would have been great in the new room however the bed was super hard and lopsided. Had a hard time sleeping for the remaining 3 nights. If it wasn't for those two situations I would happily give the hotel 4-5 stars since everything else was very nice and the housekeeper and host were very accommodating.

We had a great stay! Even though there are mutiple rooms we never saw the patio/pool area crowded. We had the pool suite and it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice seating area outside. The housekeeper was very nice and attentive and the check in/out process was seamless. It is on a great area close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be back abd recommend them 100%.

Our room was smallest unit, would have much appreciated a hot plate or toaster oven. In part our fault case maybe we booked too late. The quietness and location was awesome. We got to know the neighbours/ neighbourhood and was very comfortable. Bus stop very close which we did use.

We really enjoyed the pool area and the walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. The maintenance and cleaning of the property seems to be a lot for one person. I would get a different room than the loft suite as it is small and has difficult stairs with no railing to hold onto up to the loft bed. We knew there were steps, but felt they were slightly dangerous once we saw them in person. The bed in loft is also very uncomfortable and lumpy. That was disappointing to us. We got there and there was no microwave but the owner went out and got us one and that was very helpful as we planned to make breakfast in the room several days. Toaster oven worked great! We would stay again but would get a different room.

Finally felt at home in Aruba. We had left a high rise resort where the service was less than stellar to stay at this gem where I wish we had stayed all along. Room was the size of a small house, clean, welcoming. The bed was like a cloud (something we hadn’t had all week) and the recommended list was so helpful. Also helping by allowing us to leave our bags before checking in and providing us with beach towels was a nice extra that made a huge difference in our day. Thanks Again.

I asked if there was another room we could move to and the housekeeper contacted the manager and fortunately they had one room available which was very nice and spacious. Everything would have been great in the new room however the bed was super hard and lopsided. Had a hard time sleeping for the remaining 3 nights. If it wasn't for those two situations I would happily give the hotel 4-5 stars since everything else was very nice and the housekeeper and host were very accommodating.

It is a very nice hotel however we had a few problems. The first room assigned had a terrible smell of epoxy paint, it was so strong that after being in there for a couple of hours I had a headache. 10/10. What a little gem. Peaceful, quiet and accommodating. We had a short stay but just great. Tips - white appartment would be good for longer stays or if you want to eat in as it has full kitchen and kitchen plates, utensils etc. Having a car is ideal if you want to go around the island but not a deal breaker as walking to beach and restaurant options just over 10 mins. Mostly deal with the hosts by email and they have staff on business hrs to help with check in. If you are rigid and need a hotel with front desk…look elsewhere, but you would miss out on a special little place.

Like others, I was a bit confused when I first arrived because there was no front desk to speak of, and a housekeeper showed me to my room. But it all worked out so trust the process! Great easy walk to the beaches and hanging out at the property itself was very pleasant. I was by myself and felt completely safe - wonderful stay!

Bij aankomst was er niemand om ons te ontvangen en ons de sleutel van de kamer te overhandigen. Nochtans hadden we laten weten wanneer we ongeveer zouden aankomen. Telefonisch was er niemand bereikbaar. Na een kwartiertje kwam er dan toch een concierge opendoen. De kamer was wel groot en het bed uitstekend. Op de gang kon je koffie en water nemen, maar dat werd onvoldoende aangevuld. De eerste nacht werd onze kamer netjes gepoetst muv de douche die verstopt was. De tweede nacht werd zelfs het bed niet opgemaakt hoewel we reeds om 10.30u weg waren. De douche was dus nog steeds verstopt. We zouden er zeker niet opnieuw verblijven. Het is ook vreemd dat je er niemand kan aanspreken om iets te vragen.

No formal check-in, Bianca the housekeeper was extremely polite but unfortunately doesn't speak much english, phone translator solved that issue. If one doesn't have cellphone service in Aruba it is impossible to get a taxi or call anyone/make restaurant reservations.

We had a great stay! Even though there are mutiple rooms we never saw the patio/pool area crowded. We had the pool suite and it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice seating area outside. The housekeeper was very nice and attentive and the check in/out process was seamless. It is on a great area close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be back abd recommend them 100%.

Very well cared for property, felt like a labor of love. Generous management let us have our room several hours before check in time when all we asked for was a place to put our bags while we waited. An air conditioning problem was fixed within a half hour of reporting it. Really nice peaceful pool area, attractive neighborhood about 15 minutes walk to the Palm Beach action. We had the Tropical suite at the front of the property and we loved the decor and convenience, but perhaps we would try a different room with a little more view another time. If you dislike cookie cutter corporate properties, this is a great choice. You could get away without renting a car if you’re only interested in the Palm Beach area but I’d suggest renting a car to explore the other quieter beaches with terrific snorkeling.

Enjoyed my stay in the Moroccan room. It was a very quick walk to the Marriott properties to visit friends who were staying there. Also it was very easy to communicate with the property manager Carlos via text. They were extremely accommodating when I needed to add an additional night. They set me up in the new room and moved my bags for me. I would highly suggest this property and look forward to staying again.

The house is beautiful and very clean and quiet. We had the Penthouse and it adds a lovely element of privacy. The apartment is well stocked and is HUGE in terms of space for a couple. We found a car to be very useful, if even if driving to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away. Finally, great service from the owners and staff.

If you are in to laid back, limited cleaning, no communication, no laundry on property, then this is for you. The location was convenient to Palm Beach. Pool was clean. Space was large enough. Nice shower. Biggest complaint was poor communication. No one really there to greet you. Find your room, key in the door. Good luck! Floors a little uneven so need to be careful. I would not return but there were several people there that had stayed before and understood the situation.

Small property in quiet semi-residential area across the wetland area from the Marriott properties. Greeted by name on arrival by housekeeper who gave us our keys and a tour. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good wifi, a newer TV with usual streaming stuff and basic US cable channels. The pool area is very nice with plenty of shaded areas and a grill which we didn't use. Although I think the hotel was full, most guests spent the day elsewhere and came back in evening. Several return guests were there. Coffee from their complementary coffee bar was excellent. We had friends at the Marriott so walked over there every day using the path across the wetland, seemed very safe even at night. Maybe 5 minutes. Noord supermarket is 10 min walk for essentials like groceries, beer, wine liquor. A car was not necessary for us but would be good for longer stay to explore. Cabs are easy and not too expensive. If we come back to Aruba we would surely consider staying here again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our first trip to Aruba, and the walk to the beach was under 10 min. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants on the water and in the tourist / hotel area just off the beach. Blanco greeted us when we arrived. The pool / patio area was very quiet ~ and they provide beach chairs and coolers for any excursions you may want to do. We would love to come back

Surprised my fiance for his 40th by staying at this really beautiful Airbnb like hotel. The grounds was clean, the area was quiet! We had the Moroccan room and it was so dope! My fiance was very happy and impressed. We were just 5 mins from the strip and every other convenient places we need to be. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely! Will stay here again in the future!

Our room was smallest unit, would have much appreciated a hot plate or toaster oven. In part our fault case maybe we booked too late. The quietness and location was awesome. We got to know the neighbours/ neighbourhood and was very comfortable. Bus stop very close which we did use.

Adoramos a nossa estadia! O quarto é moderno, muito limpo, confortável e bem equipado. O chuveiro é excelente, assim como as roupas de cama e banho. E a cama merece um destaque especial: simplesmente maravilhosa! Outro diferencial foi a disponibilização de cooler e cadeiras de praia, que fizeram toda a diferença durante a nossa viagem. Embora o café da manhã não estivesse incluso, isso não foi um problema. O hotel oferece cápsulas de café a qualquer momento, e o quarto conta com tudo o que é necessário para prepararmos o nosso próprio café. Fomos recebidos de forma educada, porém sentimos falta de mais informações sobre a estrutura e os serviços disponíveis na propriedade. Alguns diferenciais oferecidos aos hóspedes acabamos descobrindo sozinhos ao longo da estadia. Além disso, chegamos tarde e houve uma certa demora no atendimento, e não foi solicitada nenhuma documentação para comprovação da nossa identidade. Como sugestão, uma apresentação mais completa no check-in e uma atenção maior a esse processo poderiam tornar a experiência ainda melhor. O banheiro tem um ótimo tamanho e conta com espaço suficiente para acomodar os itens de higiene. Como sugestão, seria interessante disponibilizar um varal ou porta toalhas adicional para estender roupas de banho molhadas. Ficamos poucos dias, mas saímos com vontade de ficar muito mais. One thing that would REALLY help travelers is having a Welcome or Guest Book in the lobby area with some basic information about the property and the local area. I had to ask some of the other guests about how to get around, restaurants, transportation options, luggage storage, etc. If you don't have a rental car it can be quite a walk to places. Taxis are $$$ For example, there is a short trail behind the property that is a shortcut to the main road, the town, and the bus stop. It would also be helpful to have taxi information, transportation options, nearby restaurants, and other useful tips for first-time visitors. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a little difficult when I arrived, I was unsure of how to check in so I walked around a little until I found someone. The lady who takes care of the property is really nice, but there was a language barrier. All in all good stay. I would consider staying again. Very close to everything.
