Golden Tulip Doha Hotel

The hotel was vert clean, the staff really helpful, I was upgraded for a suite at no charge. I missed more options for the breakfast as more fruits and tea flavours. in my last night someone of the staff knocked on my door at 03:45am, I woke up very scared and right after the receptionist called and then he saids it was a mistake, but it was anoying, I have reported but no feedback about it. Despite that it was a good experience.

Beautiful, spacious room.

Property was marketed as five star, was not even close. Housekeeping was deplorable condition of bathroom very poor. Would not stay there again.

Overall the stay was good but on arrival they couldn’t offer us our booked room so moved us to an executive suite. On the face of it this sounded better but the room smelt of stale smoke and the shower was as good as useless. We moved on day two and it was much better. Location and staff are great.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars was our room overlooked a small side street with another building opposite so there was no light coming into the room and no view & at night the side street was noisy with trucks passing through possibly delivering things to our hotel or the building opposite
