Atendimento excelente, a pessoa nos explicou em detalhe o que poderíamos fazer na cidade, foi bem atenciosa . O hotel fica bem no centro, não chega com carro mas eles explicam como chegar próximo para deixar as malas e qual estacionamento eles tem parceria . Tudo fica de fácil acesso do hotel. O café da manhã era no restaurante ao lado, mas vc tem acesso pelo hotel, e diversificado.

Lovely, large and comfortable room. A washer and dryer was available to use on each floor and was included in the room rate. The hotel even included the washing soap. Great convenience for those trying to pack light who wish to wash some clothes. Location was great. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The only negative is parking was difficult to find and then hauling your luggage across the cobblestones for half mile was not optimal. Other than that, it was perfect! Staff was very helpful and nice!

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is very close to the train station and right in the heart of Nuremberg. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was clean and just overall cute. The rooms were spacious. They even had two washers and one dryer that you could use for free on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious and they allowed you to order eggs the way you wanted and coffee. Overall it was such a great stay!

Professional and polite service, spacious and well equipped rooms. Breakfast is served in the Vietnamise restaurant located in the same building. The hotel is situated in the pedestrian area, but a good parking lot is just in 10 minutes walk. The hotel provides with the discount for the parking. Vero convenient and nice.

Highly recommend! Best hotel of the 6 we stare in on our extended Germany and Austria trip. Super clean, great location-7 minute walk to train station, superior amenities-nespresso machine with pods, cream and sugar, toiletries, spacious rooms, fantastic staff. Unser Zimmer war ein wenig klein, dafür aber schön und super sauber. Vor allem aber glänzt das Melter Hotel unserer Meinung nach (neben einer tollen Lage) mit dem super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service am Empfang und im Frühstücks-Bereich. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Danke dafür!

Unser Zimmer war ein wenig klein, dafür aber schön und super sauber. Amazing stay, perfect location right on one of the main streets in old town Nuremberg. Apartments are modern and furnished to a very high standard. We had a small terrace which was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Ramen restaurant downstairs is brilliant. We did not want to leave! Would definitely stay again if in Nuremberg.

I was pleasantly surprised by this small hotel...mainly because it's on the main walking/shopping street and I was somewhat dubious. That said, the location can't be beat, and it was not loud at all (I'm a light sleeper). The staff was great at check in/out and the room was a good size for my two-night stay. I was there during a heat wave and the A/C was great. Only very slight negative is that the breakfast, while good, was only OK and not a whole lot of options. If I'm in Nuremberg again, I will definitely stay here.

This is a wonderful location to explore Nuremberg. Parking is a short walk away but easy enough for two people with 2 bags. Room was large, bathroom was gorgeous. We only had a view of the roof so if that's important to you be sure to ask.

This was our second stay at the Melter Hotel Nuremburg and once again it was a great stay that did not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful service and a lovely modern and clean apartment. This time on the 1st floor it is worth noting that the windows do cancel out the noise of the main street very well.

Excellent hotel, large space, great washroom including big shower, nice to have a kitchenette. The staff were very helpful and gave us towels when asked. We loved the area, could walk to everything. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely I would recommend this hotel!!

First off, the staff are amazing, super friendly, with great suggestions. The room is large and tastefully decorated. The bed is perfect. The hotel is centrally located in thd walled ity and close to the train station. Nuremberg is a beautiful walled city with lots to see. Our stay experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, facilities in the apartment from crockery to shower to heater were in top clean working condition. Bed was reasonably comfortable and we get to enjoy the laundry facilities twice throughout our stay that was situated on our level. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Marina who gave very good cafe and restaurant recommendations and always being very attentive to me and my wife. Also really thankful to the lady, Jacqueline (with long beautiful nails) who helped us bring down our heavy luggage.

Our stay experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, facilities in the apartment from crockery to shower to heater were in top clean working condition. Bed was reasonably comfortable and we get to enjoy the laundry facilities twice throughout our stay that was situated on our level. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Great location just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is right on the main pedestrian walkway and a few minute walk from most of the sights and restaurants. The ramen restaurant next to the hotel is delicious and the few other restaurants we tried nearby were also great. The staff was incredible. Francesco was assisting up front when we were there and he was very helpful during check-in, check-out, and storing our luggage before we left. Nuremberg surprised us and we definitely intend to return and stay here again.

The ramen restaurant next to the hotel is delicious and the few other restaurants we tried nearby were also great. The staff was incredible. Francesco was assisting up front when we were there and he was very helpful during check-in, check-out, and storing our luggage before we left. Nuremberg surprised us and we definitely intend to return and stay here again.

The staff was great, and the room was great. The staff made us feel very welcomed, and the location of the hotel was excellent for us, as we arrived by train. Next time we are in Nuremberg, this is where we will stay.

Hotel was in a great location, Christmas Markets all around, we took a private car to Rothenburg ode de Tauber for half a day and still got to see a lot of Nuremberg with all the Christmas Markets. We were there for 2 nights and 2 days. The hotel is very contemporary, clean and comfortable. Only draw back was the front desk was closed by the time we arrived shortly after 8:00 pm but they gave us very easy directions on how to get in and where to find our room keys. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay here. Walking distance to the main train station and very walkable to every thing. Staff was incredible, helpful and kind. Shout out to Francesco who made our stay very special with his kindness. Free laundry on premises was a bonus

Great location if you like to be near the historical part of town, especially if you only have a short time. Another bonus is being close to the train station if you enjoy some exercise rather than taking cabs or buses to get to your destination.

Great location!!! “Everything” is within walking distance, including parking. We wondered if off site parking would be a problem, but it was not, not at all. Very helpful and friendly staff. In just a few minutes, walk to the market place, to St. Lawrence Church, to the impressive city gate, to shops and restaurants. Very clean throughout, spacious. Great shower, nice towels.Would stay here again without hesitation!

Atendimento excelente, a pessoa nos explicou em detalhe o que poderíamos fazer na cidade, foi bem atenciosa . O hotel fica bem no centro, não chega com carro mas eles explicam como chegar próximo para deixar as malas e qual estacionamento eles tem parceria . Tudo fica de fácil acesso do hotel. O café da manhã era no restaurante ao lado, mas vc tem acesso pelo hotel, e diversificado.

We loved our stay at the Melter. The room was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very conveniently located. Even though it was on a main Street, the room was quiet and cool (air conditioned). The breakfast was also delicious. I would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by this small hotel...mainly because it's on the main walking/shopping street and I was somewhat dubious. That said, the location can't be beat, and it was not loud at all (I'm a light sleeper). The staff was great at check in/out and the room was a good size for my two-night stay. I was there during a heat wave and the A/C was great. Only very slight negative is that the breakfast, while good, was only OK and not a whole lot of options. If I'm in Nuremberg again, I will definitely stay here.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is very close to the train station and right in the heart of Nuremberg. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was clean and just overall cute. The rooms were spacious. They even had two washers and one dryer that you could use for free on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious and they allowed you to order eggs the way you wanted and coffee. Overall it was such a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I was upgraded upon my arrival to a large , modern and beautiful room with a fully equipped kitchen which was an added bonus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was super delicious. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Needless to say I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms on a bit smaller size but very manageable. Nice huge bathroom with a big shower. The best part of this place is its location! Right in the middle of the old town with multiple bars, cafe, restaurants and even farmers market just a stone throw away. The castle, the churches and other historical attractions are also in 5-20 minutes walk. The front reception staff was awesome- very friendly, eager to answer any questions and provide any assistance you needed. Very much recommended!
