Clean room but noisy Breakfast could be improved

The view overlooking the mountains was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner was good. Room was pretty descent. The bathroom was not very clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the sink was clogged.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good

施設はまあまあ、スタッフも笑顔で良いが、食事のレベルが低すぎる。夕食は洋食レストランで取りましたが、ステーキを頼んだら、なぜかオリーブオイルに浸かった、油ギトギトのシロモノが出てきて、オリーブオイルに、肉のアクが出てきて、それが肉にこびりつき、気持ちが悪くなりました。朝食バイキングも、食べたいと思える料理が無く、食べても不味く、安い食材を適当に料理した、という感じ。とにかく経費を安くしたいというホテルの運営方針が顕著に表れた様な気がしました。
