When I checked in, the temperature in the room was 19C and did not heat up after I increased temperature to 24-25 degrees on wall thermostat. I went down to reception X 2, called X 1 for help to get heat and requested a different room with heat. I was just told each time that they sent someone up. I sat for over 45 minutes with my coat on waiting for someone to fix the heat. When someone finally came, he was rude, condescending, told me it was cold in room because it was cold outside. It was 3 degrees WARMER outside than in my room. He also told me to be patient and the heat increasing .5 degrees in one hour was normal. It is NOT! He then brought me a space heater and it was the only way I could stay in room. I went to their restaurant to get a hamburger and the hamburger was COLD!! Did Pullman Hotel give me a room without adequate heat because I reserved the room through hotels.com??? How can a “luxury “ room not have adequate heat???? Why was the hamburger cold? ? I should have been given a room with working heat and upgraded immediately instead of expecting a customer to stay in a room that was frigid. I will never stay at another Pullman hotel.
