Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way. the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc) They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8. however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb.

Had my expensive sunglasses stolen within 2 minutes of leaving the property and returning. Definitely not going back to a place where staff is untrustworthy. The sunglasses were a gift and it broke my heart to have them stolen. It was hard to get hold of staff and although they have a CCTV there, I did not receive much help from the security team. We were seated at the open air rock pool area and the sunglasses were missing in the 2-5 minutes we had left the table and returned. This is terrible customer experience. The overall room experience was so-so. The first time was damp and actually had water from the AC seep down and wet my open bag of clothes. I was given a different room after talking to the front desk and requesting a room change. The staff was willing to help and courteous but not well-trained. The waiter kept interrupting us during dinner, although my friend and I were engrossed in an intimate conversation, and I had to ask him to give us some privacy. I expected better service and will not be returning especially after having my personal property stolen.
