I'M Hotel

Check in took over 2 hours. The key cards would not work, the hotel had to call in someone to change the door mechanism. It took time for the repair person to arrive, and repair. In the meantime, the front desk would not give us another room, we went for dinner and still had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. No other form of compensation was offered, even when asked. Over our 2 day stay, we had to run down to get the key cards reactivated a few times. The breakfast was fine, room was clean and quite big, but after a 5.5 hour flight (it's 8 pm) you just want to go to your room.

From checking in to out, it was absolutely amazing. Although we only stayed for the night, it was definutely worth it. Would love to come back again and stay here. Staff was awesome. Place and amenities were just perfect.

Pas d’eau dans les chambres hormis un récipient à remplir dans le couloir…pas de sachet de thé dans la chambre, uniquement du café. Pain baguette au petit déjeuner non frais (dur), et pas de viennoiseries (le lendemain j’ai pris le petit déjeuner au macdo. Pas de serviette de main (uniquement la grande serviette de bain). On est sur un 5* low level ce qui est normal vu le prix. Sinon bien placé, réception sympa et personnel rooftop très sympa.

Really loved the spa and got one of the best massages ever. The room was great. Clean, spacious And the staff was gracious and helpful.
