Small parking area. Rooms were newly updated and clean. Good coffee.

Hotel was good for what we needed. Close to food and activities. Was older and in need of some upgrades but that’s because it is an inexpensive hotel. For example: the air conditioner was loud but it worked well, the pool was tiny but it was available, breakfast was bare minimum but not really needed with so many other options nearby. Definitely worth the price we paid.

I had a hard time bringing my things to my room on the fourth floor because the hotel don’t have a cart.The same thing happened when I carried my things back to my car.

Colleen (front desk) was very friendly and nice. She went above and beyond out of her way to make my boyfriends birthday special! We love this place! Will be back!

We were there for the Jeep Invasion. All rooms face the road, which is nice. The rooms seem to have been updated recently. They are clean and basic. I have nothing negative to say about that. There is an elevator for guests to use, which is nice. One thing I would change would be to have an ice machine that is free.

Very affordable hotel within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Clean! Safe! On-site parking! There was a pool, but it’s outside. There is a working elevator or stairs to use.

I liked the price i paid for the room, looks like the rooms have just been renovated and we slept fine. The check in and check out went well, the attendants were friendly and answered my questions the right way. What we did not like is the narrow balcony, the chairs looks great in front of each unit, but are too bulky and are in the way when you try to get to your room and carry your luggages inthe narrow space left, even worse when people are sitting in the chairs or the cleaning ladies have their carts with supplies.

Parking is an issue at times. There are more rooms than parking spots but as long as it is not busy season, then it is fine. It may not look like much of anything from the outside, but the rooms are great! Freshly remodeled, clean, affordable!

I booked this room due to it's high score on Hotels.com and it's low price. First of all, it is a good deal for the price. But it's not like other hotels I've stayed at that are rated that high. The hotel is old but the room was nicely remodeled. It was conveniently located on the main strip but was a bit noisy because of that. The pool was small but nice, but the breakfast was the most basic one I've ever seen at a hotel. Basically just coffee, juice and some muffins.

Super 8 has always been good but this one was run down and within 1 minute I killed 2 roaches coming out of the airconditioner. I did receive a full refund but that left me with no place to stay and 2 hour drive home.

I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The location was right in the middle of all the activity, and the room was spotless and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The floor in the room we had was not cleaned the blankets had holes and the room had roaches.

Very clean. Right on parkway. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows, we forgot to bring our own, theirs was uncomfortable, and there was no where to hang clothes, other than that, it was great

I was so pleased with my stay! I'd read the reviews before booking and based my choice on the fact they're cleanliness is highly rated plus the excellent low cost of the room. The place was spotless. It smelled clean when I walked in. Not a stain on the mattress, any of the white linens, pillows, towels, or shower curtain. I always look at the base of the toilet where it's hardest to reach. Clean there. I checked the filters on the A/C unit and those were clean too! Both of the ladies in the office were very nice. I have back and neck issues that are often made worse by hotel beds and pillows but both were very comfortable. I heard no noise from outside or other rooms even though it's on a very busy street and the parking lot was full to capacity when I got in for the night. . I didn't have time to utilize the pool but from my balcony it looked very well kept also. All in all, I wish I could find a matching room with all my travels!!! I've stayed in much more expensive places that weren't near as clean or comfortable.

Very dated older room. Floors were dirty and were in need of a good cleaning.

I stayed one night and checked out. At first glance, the room was clean. However, I found four cockroaches and asked for a full refund. I was refunded for my second night. After the hassle of having to spray my things and thoroughly clean my items for fear of bringing the roaches into my house, I should have been fully refunded.

Not too bad for the price paid for one night. They could do better on cleaning. Coffee cup stain on desk, floors are a little sticky (possibly due to the type of cleaner used) and long black hair in the tub and on the shower curtain. Coffee was ok but very limited choices for breakfast. Which, for me, was fine because I normally just get coffee and a muffin to get going in the mornings. The beds were a little too firm for me. But I have back issues regardless of type of bed. And unfortunately, as I am typing this out, a roach just crawled up the side of the bed. 😞 This little hotel does have high potential for being a great place to stay if you don’t need lots of amenities.

Too noisy. We stayed in 201 we barely slept due to outside noise. Cars, abulace, alarms, highway and courtins did not closed completely so it was verry bright. A/C was so noisy that every time started again, we woke up. Outside, the rails were rusty and chipped. Outside floor was dirty. Room was big, spacious and clean. Had a nice TV and mini fridge. Check in was super nice and easy. Overall, if you get a room that does not face the parking lot, should be a nice experience.

The main highway for Pigeon Forge is in front of hotel and it can be loud at night. Also, there are no closets in the rooms. But rooms were clean.

Great hotel! Only problem I had was that the water pressure was very low. Not sure if it was our room or the entire hotel. Seems like they updated recently cause the rooms were very nice. Great spot on the strip, would stay there again

Great location,very clean,staff was perfect but the bed needs upgraded,comfy pillows rough mattress. Overall we would stay again.

The Two rooms That we reserved was ok .. shower was great .. room was clean.. but the beds are broken down.. they popped like thunder when you got in them and squeaked very bad.. they are mattresses are sitting on top of box springs, it was horrible.. I won’t go back until they do something about the beds..

Perfect location; close to everything. Very clean and relatively quiet. Room was a little small and NO closet or place to hang anything other than a bath towel are the only complaints I had.

We stayed for a couple of days. It was beautifully remodeled so it looks great and updated. My only 3 complaints are that the fridge makes a lot of noise, especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. The bed also makes some loud noises but not all the time. Lastly you can hear everything going on outside, especially people driving by. But overall it was a great stay. If you’re not easily annoyed by noises, it’s doable. The fridge was the noisiest one, but it’s okay. I liked my stay and enjoyed it

The room was clean with blankets extra. Microwave refrigerator Room smelled clean staff was so nice when I asked a ? Will be staying agin next month also next year when I go for a conference

I was signing papers and told her (the hostest) we had a service dog. She IMMEDIATELY shook her head no and verbally said "NO, NO PETS!" I then stated "No ma'am she is not a pet, she is a service dog." She then asked "What's it for" I stated "My husband is a disabled veteran and it is his TRAINED SEVERICE DOG for PTSD." She then said "NO, WE DO NOT ALLOW EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS!" I said "She is NOT and emotional support animal, she is a TRAINED SERVICE DOG. We have all her papers, her registrations, her tags and my husband's handler ID." (Which is not at all required to have, however, we carry them just in case something like this ever arrives). She had the nerve to state "These can be faked so I do not need to see them. PTSD means it is all in his head therefore it's an emotional support animal not really a service animal. A service animal is a medical necessity not for emotions." I said "NO MA'AM I have everything I need to prove you wrong but you refuse to look at them. My husband walks in and ask what is going on. She then asked him why he needed his dog. He stated it was for his PTSD and mentioned his service connected injury. She then decided she would say it was due to physical need. This is absolutely UNEXCEPTABLE! This causes stressors for victims of PTSD. This goes to show you the lack of training this company has for its employees.

Good location toward the end of the strip to avoid some of the craziness of Pidgeon Forge. It's been so long since I have been to Pidgeon Forge that I was surprised at the similarities to I-Drive Orlando or Vegas. Not my cup of tea, but the hotel was great and the office manager was super friendly

It's an older property, like nearly all the properties on this end of the strip, but my room was recently updated. Room was clean and ac unit was new and cool. Staff was friendly. Excellent location to the Island and Old Mill areas. Good deal for the price you pay.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast is your very basic continental breakfast, no hot foods. Room was clean but no Kleenex tissues. The coffee maker in the room was excellent. Great TV reception. Hotel is on the main road close to everything.

Terrible parking/ not enough breakfast items / need to express how small the pool was and the towels they give you for swimming looked like a hand towel. Some staff could be a little more friendly.

This was a nice Super 8. I only wished there had been a closet for my clothes. There was only a couple of hooks on the wall. And breakfast was only a few pastries, fruit and small cups of coffee or juices. But there are plenty of restaurants close by for breakfast.

The hotel itself wasn’t to bad, the bed was pretty good. My only big complaints about the place are; 1. The pool is smaller than it seems in the pictures, like deceiving small. 2. The free “breakfast” is actually just a plain bagel, or muffin, and some juice. 3. The old men and women that were staying here at the same time would not stop smoking cigarettes in the elevator, granted that’s not really the hotel’s fault, but it’s still pretty annoying when the first thing you smell when you wake up is cigarettes. The hotel is conveniently placed so getting around isn’t bad, but for the money you would spend here id definitely stay somewhere else.

The so-called breakfast was just a juice and coffee machine with some fruit and pastries in a case. The reviews from other travelers and the "breakfast included" advertisement from the hotel led to a belief that a FULL breakfast was included, which was NOT the case. Very disappointing. This particular place is a Motel, not a hotel. The room seemed to be clean; however, it had a funky smell. We kept the air conditioning on freezing just to keep the smell at bay. I would not recommend this Motel. The staff was nice, though. We had a two-night stay and would have changed that if we weren't so tight on our schedule.
