We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel."

The receptionist was very unfriendly. I was there for 4 nights - no maid service. Garbage in halls - not picked up too often. see pic below Parking garage really disgusting and has a height limit of 1.80 m. They charge 60 shekels a day. Windows need a wash, badly. Shower curtain needs a replacement, badly. The hotel is on the edge of an ultra orthodox neighborhood . Roads in the vicinity are closed on weekends.
