We really liked the hotel, the staff, and our accommodations. They were exactly as advertised, the breakfast was delicious, the rooftop restaurant is very nice and the food is good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was also centrally located so getting transportation or arranging pickup for day trips was a breeze.

The front desk personal were exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast shows “continental” but it’s a lot more options than I expected. Room was very clean. It’s not new but kept well. The area is a residential neighborhood, but you can reach all the amenities in 5 minutes walk. There is a nice cafe on the same block. I go to Miraflores often and stayed at at least 7 different hotels, and this will be one of my go to:))

We had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, and we appreciated the free secure parking for our rental car. We did have a little mishap during check-in, but it was resolved and the rest of our stay was good. They were very responsive to questions ahead of our stay, and were kind enough to let us keep our car parked for several hours after check out.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no nos pudiésemos quedar más tiempo. El personal no puede ser más amable, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias, y la ducha de primera. Llegamos antes de tiempo, y mi hijo buscaba un lugar para poder ver un partido de la Champions. Nos invitaron a pasar a la terraza y encendieron el televisor del lugar para que lo pudiera ver. Sin duda alguna volveríamos.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was only a ten minute walk to park kennedy and the malacon. Room was very spacious and the free breakfast was great.

Os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é ótima,próxima ao parque do amor, a restaurantes e comércio do bairro de Miraflores. A rua o de está localizado o hotel é bem residencial e portanto silenciosa. Como pontos negativos achei que o hotel está precisando de renovação de pisos, mobiliários. O local do café da manhã é pequeno, mas o café é satisfatório.

The hotel was about 8 minutes walk to Kennedy Park. There are more pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores in that area. Check in and checkout were an easy process thanks to Juan Jose. He was very friendly helpful and efficient. He speaks English & Spanish. The guy who works at night gave me a little friction regarding having a guest visit, but in the morning Juan Jose took care of assuring me that it was ok and I had no extra charges or problems. The room was nice there was a refrigerator. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel, two bottles of water and good water pressure. No hair conditioner or lotion. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area. The AC worked well and the blackout curtains kept it dark. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fresh fruit some Peruvian plates such as lomo saltado. A fresh squeezed orange juice machine but no ice so it was warm. I would hope to see pancakes or waffles in the future, or some sausage or bacon to compliment the eggs. There is a bar on the 9th floor where breakfast is also served. 2 pisco sours for 25 soles is not a bad deal (appx $6.55 usd) there are only 3 menu items, but it might take 30 to 40 minutes. Overall I liked the hotel, but I might try a different one with in the future with so many options in the area.

My wife and i have stayed with Andesmar for the 3rd time. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very attentive to our needs. Parking is available off the street. The price is very reasonable. We only feel that the breakfast menu should have more variety of choices on a daily basis. We will continue to stay with Andesmar in the future.

I loved the room. It was spacious and clean. The only thing they can improve is the toilet paper. My daughters and I were impressed about the staff, starting from the front desk to the restaurant and the room attendants. All were very gentle, caring and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service. Thank you for helping me out with my suitcases. I will definitely stay in Andes Mar next time I come back to Peru.

We did not enjoy our stay. We stayed in room 303 and upon entering the room, it was freezing and damp feeling. I turned on the heat setting for the mini-split and even turned it to 30 degrees C but it kept blowing cold air. We visited at the end of August 2022 so it was quite cool outside. It was very cold in the room. I turned in the dry function to get rid of the damp feeling but that only made the room even colder. In the morning, my fiancé went to shower and there was no hot water. Then, yellow/brown water started coming out from the shower head. The sink water was brown/yellow too. I called the desk and then they called back saying it was “fixed”. The hot water side of the sink ran yellow/brown for a bit until it cleared and the cold water side was clear but the shower was still yellow/brown water. We only stayed for a night so we sucked it up. But if it was a longer stay we would have checked out and gone elsewhere. I don’t know how how this hotel had gotten so many recent positive reviews but I would not stay here again.

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, próximo ao parque do amor e do shopping, da de ir andando, atendimento excelente, cama confortável, lençóis de algodão limpos e cheiroso, quarto super limpo. Único ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado bem fraco quase não gelava para o tamanha do quarto.

The room was unexpectedly great with a sitting area and a balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast is a bit sorry but Rutina Cafe on the same block made up for it. Don’t think twice about booking here, it’s a nice place, the staff are kind it’s on a quiet street in a good part of town.

Location was great, as were the staff. Room has a weird layout and no fan in the bathroom only a window. Doors are paper this so it can be loud/noisey. Comfy bed and good curtains. AC worked great. Probably wouldn’t book it again

The room itself is decent, but they need better sound proofing. I could very clearly hear footsteps and noises from the other rooms when trying to sleep. The wifi stopped working on my second day which made it difficult for me to call an Uber to the airport. They charge $25 USD for their van to take you to the airport when other hotels are around $10 or so! I would book somewhere else with reliable Wifi and reasonable airport transit.

The front desk personal were exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast shows “continental” but it’s a lot more options than I expected. Room was very clean. It’s not new but kept well. The area is a residential neighborhood, but you can reach all the amenities in 5 minutes walk. There is a nice cafe on the same block. The hotel was about 8 minutes walk to Kennedy Park. There are more pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores in that area. Check in and checkout were an easy process thanks to Juan Jose. He was very friendly helpful and efficient. He speaks English & Spanish. The guy who works at night gave me a little friction regarding having a guest visit, but in the morning Juan Jose took care of assuring me that it was ok and I had no extra charges or problems. The room was nice there was a refrigerator. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel, two bottles of water and good water pressure. No hair conditioner or lotion. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area. The AC worked well and the blackout curtains kept it dark. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fresh fruit some Peruvian plates such as lomo saltado. A fresh squeezed orange juice machine but no ice so it was warm. I would hope to see pancakes or waffles in the future, or some sausage or bacon to compliment the eggs. There is a bar on the 9th floor where breakfast is also served. 2 pisco sours for 25 soles is not a bad deal (appx $6.55 usd) there are only 3 menu items, but it might take 30 to 40 minutes. Overall I liked the hotel, but I might try a different one with in the future with so many options in the area.

The staff was totally amazing - speaking excellent English, friendly, helpful, always smiling, always ready to answer questions and assist. The property is in great shape, our room was large and squeaky clean. the breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient and safe. If we're ever back in Lima, we'll be delighted to stay there again.

A lovely roomy suite in a safe neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They organized airport pickup and drop off for US$25 which is quite reasonable and safe. The included daily breakfast was superb with fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, and many additional items. The hotel was a block off the main street and so very quiet, but it was close to the oceanfront for walks, and to the bustling eating and people-watching area by Parc de Kennedy. The Tourist Infomation office for SIM cards, money exchange, and free daily walks was also close by.

The room was unexpectedly great with a sitting area and a balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast is a bit sorry but Rutina Cafe on the same block made up for it. Don’t think twice about booking here, it’s a nice place, the staff are kind it’s on a quiet street in a good part of town.

We really liked the hotel, the staff, and our accommodations. They were exactly as advertised, the breakfast was delicious, the rooftop restaurant is very nice and the food is good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was also centrally located so getting transportation or arranging pickup for day trips was a breeze.

La habitación ha sido espectacular. Me ha gustado muchísimo, las camas son sumamente cómodas, de hecho ha sido la más cómoda en mi estadía en Perú. Sin duda alguna volvería otra vez. El desayuno si bien es variado tienen que poner más atención con la temperatura del mismo porque el huevo estaba bastante frío. Por todo lo demás, estuvo fabuloso.

Arrived late and they were very accommodating. The hotel is new, modern and comfortable. They offer coffee and water all the time. Very nice souvenirs available. The room was big and included a sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was modern. The room came with a balcony. Air conditioner worked well. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is good, very European. I did not see many Peruvian items. The only problem I had was the odor in the room. It was strong the first day and still there even after opening windows. The TV was very hard to figure out too, I didn't ask, probably would have resolved that problem; it was not a big deal. We had a problem with the safe in the room and the hotel came and fixed it right away. Nice place. I recommend!
