We would like to share our experience regarding our stay at Purana Resort. The hotel staff were friendly, and the resort was generally clean. However, unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with our stay overall. The information we were given was not consistent with what was actually provided during our stay. Every evening, we were given a breakfast order list for our in-room breakfast and asked to select our choices. Each time, we even confirmed with the staff whether everything was okay. Later, we received phone calls to our room saying that we had selected too many items and that we would need to make an extra payment, unless we reduced our order. We were honestly very surprised and uncomfortable with this situation, especially since we filled out the form openly in front of the staff every time. Additionally, on the first day, we were told that breakfast would be served in our room, but that we could use the breakfast restaurant on the following days if we preferred. Unfortunately, this also did not happen as promised. Every day, a different excuse was given, such as the restaurant being closed or too noisy. There were also belongings left in the hotel corridor in front of our room during our stay, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere and comfort. Because of these issues, we unfortunately cannot say that we were satisfied with our experience.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I came on a solo trip and never felt alone. Extremely accommodating and always there if you need anything. They even remembered my by name. Room was always kept stocked and clean. Pool was always clean. Zero sight of bugs. I loved the area it was in because it’s was right around the corner from the busy area but not on a busy street. There is a great restaurant in the resort but if you don’t want to eat there is food within walking distance. This report was a 10/10 and I will definitely be back!!!
