Very disappointed in this hotel. Poorly located. Room was small and the desk was covered in ants, The lighting is terrible in the room. The bathroom was small, and the shower had no door. The floor outside shower was covered in water every time after use. The hotel building is located across the street from the beach. The hotel space on the beach was small and full of debris. Food wasn't really worth the cost. The best thing about this hotel was the spa. Would not recommend.

The hotel is very dated. Our TV did not work and was told that we would need to wait for IT after the weekend to provide support, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the shower water smelled like sewage, with the odour lingering in the room for hours. The pool also had green algae around the edges. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection. We were booked for four nights but chose to check out after one. We raised these issues at checkout and were advised that the room was non-refundable.

Fin stand - havde booket 4 nætter, men forlod hotellet efter 1 overnatning, da der var INTET i området og restaurant var vanvittig dyr, så valgte at tage videre - morgenmad 275.000 IDR. Kunne få et andet hotel i Canggu for de penge jeg skulle bruge på morgenmad i 3 dage - også 4 stjernet
