Room was good, great layout roomy and clean but had old faulty TVs, one of the air-conditioning units in the bedroom keeped triggering a fault and having to be reset and the showers were absolutely terrible in their performance, constantly changing pressure and temperature to quite an extreme. Staff were friendly and mostly very helpful. Having access to the gym (which was well equipped) was great and the food was good with great service. Excellent carpark as well. Unfortunately this could have been so much better, we really needed to use the hotel to relax between our busy schedule and the two things that would have done that weren't up to the job, unable to have a relaxing shower or even an adequate one as I had to even time when I washed my hair between the temperature changes and no TV working in the bedroom and lack of content on the other we couldn't even snuggle and enjoy a movie, this was a big letdown on such a great holiday at this hotel and location. We have four kids ranging from five years old to 15 having a three-bedroom apartment is essential. Relaxing is essential.

Near perfect stay except for parking, we paid for parking but both nights we found it hard to find spots in the carpark when we arrived back to the hotel, other then that, perfect!

La chambre etait parfaite. L'hotel est dans un endroit tres calme, c'est tres appréciable. Par contre, notre badge pour le parking (option payante) n'a pas fonctionné en pleine nuit donc nous avons été facturé alors que la voiture est restée dans la rue !!! L'accuiel nous a dit que ça arrivait parfois !!

I was there for over two weeks, I could hear everything in the room next to me and there were the same kids over multiple nights kicking on the door across from me. Also the streaming to TV function did not work. but I thought the parking was affordable and the room was clean

We booked via Expedia and the email confirmation stated payment to be done at the property, however about 3 days before our check-in, someone called to ask for payment by providing a paylink. Citing the booking wasn’t confirmed until payment is made. I was a bit hesitant at first but the caller explained that it was due to peak season and they want to confirm the reservation. Check-in was easy and staff are very friendly. We stayed in a 2BR apartment and the room is clean and has the needed amenities in the kitchen. The air conditioning and TV works well. Pros Clean room Friendly staff Easy access even at night Cons Paid parking is limited especially at night so we had to park in non designated parking spot Buffet breakfast is not worth the discounted rate as there is very limited selection and the sausages and bacon were a bit dry. They offered eggs your way FOC but barista coffee was charged to room. Would be cheaper to order food from the ala carte menu with wide selection. Room service is prompt.

We were travelling in a family group of 5. It was a great stay in a quiet location. Rooms were clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. It also had a well equipped gym - one of the better hotel gyms that I have used. I definitely would stay here again.

Staff were friendly at the counter. Main entrance door at front of hotel was not opening/closing properly for duration of stay. Cleaners blocked hallways with trolleys and rubbish, despite there being ample room to put these in the hallways without blocking. My 1yo son was black all down his front from crawling on the carpet for 5 minutes. Curtains were falling apart, with my son finding some small pieces that had fallen off, which could have presented a choking hazard. The air conditioning wouldn't turn on when we arrived, or when we returned from going out for the day. Lengthy wait for a technician to fix while we sweltered with our 1yo. Technician advised that it was due to the settings on the air con panel for the next room (how stupid is that?). On advising of the issues to reception on check out, reception staff took no persuading to offer free parking, free breakfast and a decent discount on our next stay, but to be honest we'll probably just go to Peppers next time.

The location is great and close to where I needed to visit for my one night stay. The building is solid and well built. Friendly reception staff, particularly at check out. It’s obvious the facility is primarily built to cater for relatives of patients admitted to the big private hospital across from it, hence the reason why I was given a room best suited for frail older persons or people living with physical disabilities. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned and if cleaned it was a very poor job. The shower curtain has obviously not been washed for a very long time and filthy, I could not touch it. There as a stain on the shower area floor that looked like dried vomit, I had to rinse it off properly. Moving away from the filthy bathroom, the room itself was clean, a very comfortable bed and tidy kitchenette. I enjoyed the wagyu burger and delicious fries that I ordered to the room. The restaurant need to improve their chocolate milk shake as I do not think I ordered for a cup of Milo. I implore management to keep working hard and improve things. I am not put off staying here again as I know that the management should be able to up their game.

'BED BUGS!!!' Our daughter was in bed on our 2nd night and watched a giant bed bug crawl out from under her mattress! We thoroughly checked all the corners of the beds and bedding and found signs of more being present. We asked to be moved and were moved to the room directly across the hall. The hotel said the room would need to be decontaminated but didn't give us any guarantees for our own bags and clothes. We now know Bed Bugs get into your clothing and can easily be transferred back into your own home. We watched and waited to see if the decontamination crew would actually go through and clean the room, but we didn't see anything. The next day a family with even younger children than ours were moved into the same room, with no apparent decontamination done...unbelievable! The new room we were moved into for the rest of the week was filthy. The floors were sticky, there were dirty trays with food and fat left in the oven. The fridge had dried food stains. The dryer was usable but was so loud that we only used it when we weren't in the room. The worst thing was the large amounts of black mould that was all through the bathroom cupboard. Due to the myriad of issues which left in our entire family feeling 'itchy', unclean and lacking in sleep we contacted the 'difficult to find' manager and advised him that we wanted a refund, only for the 2 nights of our week that we spent in the Bed Bug infested room. Our refund has been denied! Do not stay here under any circumstances!!!

Our stay at Quest Bell Vista was overall pretty good. The area around it is still pretty vacant, but very handy to have a grocery store within a minute or two walk. The hallways smelled a little musky and damp, and the bathroom needed some repairs (and a renovation). But the room felt clean overall. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice. The cafe where you get breakfast wasn’t great and the buffet felt unorganised and a bit clunky. It was fine however, had what you needed to get going for the day. So overall, the stay was good and if we needed to be out in Bella Vista area again, we’d consider Quest.

This place is amazing, with mini kitchenettes in the studio room. Extremely clean rooms and immaculate property, with a great cafe and bar next door, (you get a drinks voucher to use in there). There is a grocery store and small shopping mall and a few nice restaurants across the street. It is a little out of the way but super close to my family for a Xmas family visit. Could not be happier with this place, I highly recommend it.

Very spacious room, food from restuarant downstairs a little pricey but good and generous serves. Staff were wonderful and were able to give us a late checkout as my father in law was feeling ill, which worked perfectly for us to give him some extra rest before we had to go, thank you!

Everything was good with our stay. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apt, however, bathrooms do not have any locks, that was quite annoying when you have 6 or 7 people around at the same time.

A nice place to stay. Generous sized rooms, that are in good condition. A shopping centre just across the road. And about 5 decent restarants within walking distance and other cafes during the day. Service was also friendly and helpful. We had to stay a second night unexpectedly, and booked here again.

We stayed at Quest for one week. The fridge did not work in my room at all for the entire stay even through I reported it. The hand basin in my Mums room had the plug stuck for the entire week until they bothered to fix it on the last day of our stay. Not good enough service.

Very spacious room, food from restuarant downstairs a little pricey but good and generous serves. Staff were wonderful and were able to give us a late checkout as my father in law was feeling ill, which worked perfectly for us to give him some extra rest before we had to go, thank you!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The friendly staff at the front desk went above and beyond for my daughters 13th birthday making her birthday very memorable. The room was extreamly clean and very comfortable.

We booked via Expedia and the email confirmation stated payment to be done at the property, however about 3 days before our check-in, someone called to ask for payment by providing a paylink. Citing the booking wasn’t confirmed until payment is made. I was a bit hesitant at first but the caller explained that it was due to peak season and they want to confirm the reservation. Check-in was easy and staff are very friendly. We stayed in a 2BR apartment and the room is clean and has the needed amenities in the kitchen. The air conditioning and TV works well. Pros Clean room Friendly staff Easy access even at night Cons Paid parking is limited especially at night so we had to park in non designated parking spot Buffet breakfast is not worth the discounted rate as there is very limited selection and the sausages and bacon were a bit dry. They offered eggs your way FOC but barista coffee was charged to room. Would be cheaper to order food from the ala carte menu with wide selection. Room service is prompt.

Stayed for my Sons sporting event . Chose to stay here for what the apartment said it offered. But what a hoax NO Hot Water couldn’t shower am or pm my son couldn’t shower after playing his games Dryer wouldn’t work kept coming up as error and stopping so couldn’t wash and dry his football clothes each night for the next day of competition No Tv signal the antenna would only pick up a couple of channels so couldn’t come home after a big day to relax shower and watch tv. Told maintenance about these issues nothing was done or offered to fix the problems.I have emailed the hotel and sent them video of all the problems and haven’t received any correspondence back. No compensation or refund. Rooms very nice. Brekky buffet layout could be a better. Food, plates and drink options were placed randomly between two rooms with doors between the rooms closed off. Toaster didnt have a catch plate. I was prebooked for brekky discount but was still charged the going rate. Other than these aspects its a nice place to stay

A really good and convenient hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice coffee shop/all day restaurant. Though at the lower rate level, room was spacious and very well equipped and included good kitchen facilities. Our sole negative was the media offering. Apparently we were meant to be able to access internet based programs but it was hopelessly complicated and confusing and nothing on screen matched the instructions so we gave it a miss. Not that important to us but should be made more straightforward nonetheless.

Our stay at Quest Bell Vista was overall pretty good. The area around it is still pretty vacant, but very handy to have a grocery store within a minute or two walk. The hallways smelled a little musky and damp, and the bathroom needed some repairs (and a renovation). But the room felt clean overall. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice. The cafe where you get breakfast wasn’t great and the buffet felt unorganised and a bit clunky. It was fine however, had what you needed to get going for the day. So overall, the stay was good and if we needed to be out in Bella Vista area again, we’d consider Quest.

Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. There was a strong smell when entering the room at beginning of stay, it was a nice smell, but it was too strong for my asthma. I smelled like the lotion. Room service was good and easy to order, food was really good. Was able to relax and enjoy my stay!

Unit very clean and comfortable but apparently the aerial plug had been pulled out from the TV so there was no free to air TV. The clothes dryer wasn’t working properly even after cleaning the lint filter the lint light kept coming on and underneath the filter it was dirty. The safe wasn’t working. The freezer in the fridge wasn’t working. After advising the receptionist of the problems they did send someone to fix the problems. The safe had flat batteries, they plugged in the aerial, they turned the fridge up which helped the freezer but froze everything in the bottom of the fridge. Also we could not get the AC to work in the bedroom. Maybe more maintenance checks would be an idea however if people don’t tell them then they don’t know.

The Hotel was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do. The check in was easy and the rooms were clean. We had breakfast at the cafe and the food was nice. We were also pleased that there was parking on site. Overall we had a great experience.

Check in was fast and smooth. Staffs were polite. Room was super clean and quiet. We had a wonderful night of sleep. We found out about the parking fee after we booked, but we received a good discount at the restaurant as hotel guests. Food was amazing.
