J ai reservé une chambre deluxe avec acces piscine. J ai choisi cet hotel pour cela. Mais l hotel esmtair plein et nous avons eu une chambre avec petit balcon.

Cette hôtel 4 étoile mériterais d’en obtenir une cinquième vraiment personnel très professionnel et courtois je recommande cette établissement à tous et toute!!

One of the more relaxing hotel we've stayed at, we reserved 3 rooms that walks into a the pool. Staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast options was also great, glad they didn't just have the usual toast and pancake options but included Cambodian food. Lots of eatery nearby. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Warm, friendly, and comfortable Access to the pool from the rooms was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The property was well-located for the centre of Siem Reap, so we found it convenient and we enjoyed our stay

The property was well reviewed in 2016, but it has fallen far from the ratings it received a decade ago. The accommodations were not good, and basic needs like hot water was hit or miss. We had two rooms, and 1 room never had hot water our entire stay despite asking for the staff to look into it. One room had a leaky refrigerator. Internet WiFi was terrible, but I think that's just Cambodia infrastructure for you. Mostly was annoyed at how slow or dismissive the staff was with each issue. It's like they got our money and couldn't be bothered with the inconveniences we experienced that were supposed to be standards for any hotel... like a refresh of face towels after housekeeping reset the rooms.
