Water heater throughout the hotel was broken and not working. The woman at the front desk was really helpful and helped us find a different room that had a little hot water.

The hotel was filthy, i stayed for 4 nights and the entire time I only saw 1 Spanish woman "cleaning" This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in, would not recommend

Staff was very friendlly and helpful. However had to ask for washcloths 2x and they didn’t have any! Was given makeup towels for substitutes. The pools dnt look welcoming at all. Hotels looks a little run down. Lots of wear and tear on furniture. Location however is great!!! Very accessible to beach, market and eatery.
