The location is the best, 1 minute away or less from the beach. Near plenty of bus stations (if public transport is needed). The hotel overall was excellent; quiet, with AC, luggage storage, excellent service, bar down stairs. Overall I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. They were very pleasant and timely addressed all my questions or concerns. The hotel is gorgeous, very modern and has a great vibe. I will be back again and again.

Excellent séjour débuté par l’accueil particulièrement aimable d’Isha. L’établissement propose un service café thé et boissons avec fruits et biscuits 24h/24, ce qui est sympathique pour le client. Les petits-déjeuners sont somptueux. Nous avions reçu un bon de gratuité pour le bar, mais celui-ci était fermé le soir où nous souhaitions en profiter. Isha nous a très aimablement offert une bouteille de Prosecco avec 2 beaux verres en dédommagement. L’hôtel met à disposition des serviettes de plage, celle-ci étant juste à côté (belle plage de sable fin clair et mer très agréable). Check in et check out sont tres rapides. Les chambres sont confortables et la douche tres pratique (forte pression).

Nice hip boutique hotel. Great location, Friendly welcoming staff, great customer service which is extremely rare in Israel. Nice small restaurant. Coffee, water and all kinds of goodies served all day and night at the reception. Our room with a small patio was large (26 square feet) was well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative point is the access to the hotel if you have suitcases.

Hotel consigliato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Alla reception trovi un piccolo buffet di biscotti e torte con caffetteria sempre disponibile: servizio molto gradito dopo ore in visite. La struttura necessiterebbe di un “make age”.

This is a very strange place. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The staff were nice but the rooms were tiny and not very well appointed. I had an executive room and can’t even imagine what the standard room was like. Don’t trip coming out of the shower.

on my first night I discovered a bed bug crawling on my pillow. In addition the bathroom sink was clogged. There was no manager on duty at the time (10pm) but eventually I was moved to another room of the same size. I went to the reception desk on the next day and was told that the manager has already left for the day (at 2PM!). Finally on the third day I received an email reply from the hotel, denying that what I saw was a bed bug (Luckily I do have a photo to prove) and offering breakfast for the remainder of my stay, which I consider unsatisfactory as compensation. Would not recommend staying here.

We loved the location!! I did not know what to expect when I booked Ultra Hotel because I have not visited Tel Aviv before so the fact that the hotel was so near to the beach (such a fabulous beach too), was amazing. The service we received was lovely and so were the staff who gave us maps and mentioned some places to visit. We would definitely recommend Ultra Hotel and would certainly come to stay again. Thank you everyone!!

Nice hip boutique hotel. Great location, Friendly welcoming staff, great customer service which is extremely rare in Israel. Nice small restaurant. Coffee, water and all kinds of goodies served all day and night at the reception. Our room with a small patio was large (26 square feet) was well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative point is the access to the hotel if you have suitcases.

Hotel consigliato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Alla reception trovi un piccolo buffet di biscotti e torte con caffetteria sempre disponibile: servizio molto gradito dopo ore in visite. La struttura necessiterebbe di un “make age”.

Dejlig beliggenhed, dejlig morgenmad og sødt personale. Men der var seriøst ikke rent overhovedet, og det er vi meget utilfredse med.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. The room had no view (this we knew), just an inner courtyard patio shared with two other rooms. Occasionally there was cigarette smoke drifting in, even with the door closed. The "green" toilet is quite noisy, although I appreciate the saving of water. Breakfast was wonderful! Clean room, very helpful staff. Also, even though I hope nobody needs to use it (like I did), this hotel has a very good shelter, shared with the bigger hotels next door. Easy access through internal hallways, I felt very safe.

They gave me their cheapest, smallest room and lied that it was an Executive room. They moved me the next day to a slightly larger room but still not the one I had paid for. I complained to Expedia who did their best to contact the hotel for a partial refund but the hotel did not respond to several tries by Expedia to reach them. They are dishonest. The rooms are small and in very poor condition. My advice, choose any other hotel and ignore the photos on the web site which are very misleading.

This is a very strange place. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The staff were nice but the rooms were tiny and not very well appointed. I had an executive room and can’t even imagine what the standard room was like. Don’t trip coming out of the shower.
