The property is what you would expect of a ski hotel. Ski in and ski out is included as well as lockers, but the fact that the jacuzzi and pool area is pay to go in is kind of a hustle. On the other hand the internet is terrible. Aside from that, the quality of the food is good, location convenient, and staff very polite.

I chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it had a hotel pool on site. there are a number of things that others should be aware of. Firstly the car park at €15 per night where there is a public car park outside which is free after 8 o'clock until 9 o'clock in the morning. there's also the small print that amenities may be charged for. This includes the swimming pool the sauna the gym but this is hidden away in the small print. If that isn't bad enough you can only book a session in the pool now at a time €12 per person. And children are not allowed in the pool after 7 o'clock. I went to visit the pool on a number of occasions I found nobody in it. It is really under resourced and it seems as if they do not want people to use the pool. in the final gripe is that I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms and this is the first one I've been a long long time that doesn't give you any tea or coffee making facilities. it isn't all bad the hotel was very clean and cleaner was exceptionally good in the buff a meal is a very good value for money. But on the whole I wouldn't recommend it there are better hotels

Super hôtel, très classe, je n’ai pas l’habitude d’aller dans ce type d’hôtel. Hôtesse d’accueil qui ne parle pas le français mais nous nous sommes débrouiller avec un traducteur pour se faire comprendre. Elles ont été patiente et généreuse. En revanche pas très pratique pour se garer, déjà je trouve que le parking de l’hôtel est cher mais en plus il est limité en hauteur donc je n’ai pas pu m’y garer avec un utilitaire mais les hôtesses m’ont trouvé une solution. Attention les parkings exterieurs ne prennent pas la carte, faut prévoir de la monnaie. En tout, nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le peu de temps venu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Soldeu, and our stay in Hotel Piolets playing a very important part. It is centrally located, with free parking just behind the hotel. We were quite impressed by the food and the service. Gloriously warm weather also meant that we had most of our meals on the terrace. What a relaxing holiday!

The girl is located next door to the Ski gondola with easy access to it from the ski storage area. Ski lockers are free but you do need a1euro coin to operate then (returnable). The room we had was a two bedroom and had plenty of space. The only thing is the lighting in the room is very poor. Staff are lovely and speak a variety of languages. Breakfast is a buffet and offers plenty of varied options

We booked a quadruple family room, which was superb. Spacious, contemporary design, separate toilet and bathroom and two TV's with plenty of hanging/storage space. Staff on the whole were friendly. We emailed ahead of time to ask if we could eat dinner in restaurant one evening and were assured that would be fine with no need to prebook. However, at the hotel the receptionist insisted that prebooking was required. Having showed her the email correspondence she reluctantly agreed that we could dine. Her manner was unwelcoming and abrasive. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and kind though. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable with omelettes and pancakes made to order. The dishes at the dinner buffet were tasty, but too limited. Pleased that we didn't include dinner in the package. Some public areas of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour.

Mi estancia fue fantástica. La atención de Luciana y resto del personal, excelente. La habitación muy acogedora y la terraza con vistas a las pistas de esquí la hacen inmejorable. Todo muy limpio. El colchón, eso sí, no es perfecto. La terraza del hotel es maravillosa ( bagaría un poco la música). Volveré, sin duda.

Hotellet kändes klart överprisat och inte prisvärt med hur nedgånget rummet kändes, oerhört lyhört och oisolerat från ljud och temperatur utifrån. Renligheten och skicket på rummet var underförväntad nivå med tanke på pris, standard utgiven samt hur bilder såg ut.

El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son grandes y los baños muy limpios y modernos. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda algunas es su personal, amables , atentos y siempre con una sonrisa vamos de 10 no lo siguiente. Gracias a todo el personal. Hasta la próxima.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to misleading room descriptions and photos. When I arrived, I was offered two options: The first room looked similar to the pictures, but the balcony was completely different from what was shown online. Instead of the advertised mountain view, the balcony looked directly onto trash dumpsters and a construction site. The second room had a balcony like the pictures, but the interior looked different and did not match the advertised room. It felt like the hotel combined photos of different rooms to create one appealing listing, which does not reflect reality. This was very frustrating, as I had reserved and paid for a specific room that I never actually received.

Super hôtel, très classe, je n’ai pas l’habitude d’aller dans ce type d’hôtel. Hôtesse d’accueil qui ne parle pas le français mais nous nous sommes débrouiller avec un traducteur pour se faire comprendre. Elles ont été patiente et généreuse. En revanche pas très pratique pour se garer, déjà je trouve que le parking de l’hôtel est cher mais en plus il est limité en hauteur donc je n’ai pas pu m’y garer avec un utilitaire mais les hôtesses m’ont trouvé une solution. Attention les parkings exterieurs ne prennent pas la carte, faut prévoir de la monnaie. En tout, nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le peu de temps venu.

We booked a quadruple family room, which was superb. Spacious, contemporary design, separate toilet and bathroom and two TV's with plenty of hanging/storage space. Staff on the whole were friendly. We emailed ahead of time to ask if we could eat dinner in restaurant one evening and were assured that would be fine with no need to prebook. However, at the hotel the receptionist insisted that prebooking was required. Having showed her the email correspondence she reluctantly agreed that we could dine. Her manner was unwelcoming and abrasive. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and kind though. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable with omelettes and pancakes made to order. The dishes at the dinner buffet were tasty, but too limited. Pleased that we didn't include dinner in the package. Some public areas of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice. This should have been made clear before booking. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend staying here.
