Mahagiri Resort Nusa Lembongan

Helt ok opphold. Hotellet er litt eldre, men rommet var rent, og personalet var hjelpsomt og imøtekommende. Flott utsikt fra balkongen. Hotellet kjørte oss til båten uten ekstra kostnad ved utsjekk. Det var imidlertid veldig lytt gjennom dørene mot gangen, og hotellet har ikke heis, noe som kan være greit å være klar over.

Very nice place to stay right on the beach. We enjoyed the bbq and Balinese dancing and the live band.

Unfortunately, our experience at Mahagiri Resort was extremely disappointing and stressful. Our room had far too many house geckos, which was a serious issue for us. I specifically told the staff that my wife is extremely scared of geckos and would not be able to sleep in the room. Despite explaining the situation clearly, the hotel did not change our room or provide an acceptable solution. We were left feeling completely ignored. The attitude and service from the staff throughout our stay were also very disappointing. We expected basic understanding and hospitality, especially after explaining a genuine concern, but we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. To make matters worse, when it was time to leave, our taxi was already ready and waiting to take us to our next destination. Despite this, the staff made us wait for around 30 minutes before we were finally able to leave. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly when we had already arranged our transport and were trying to stay on schedule. Overall, the combination of the room issue, lack of response to our concerns, poor service, and unnecessary delay at checkout made this a very unpleasant experience. We would not stay here again and would not recommend Mahagiri Resort to anyone expecting attentive service, cleanliness, and proper care for their guests.

Franchement, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel ! Il est très bien placé, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et la villa avec piscine était juste parfaite. 🥰 Le personnel est adorable, très gentil, serviable et toujours aux petits soins. Tout était vraiment parfait du début à la fin. Seul petit bémol : l’eau de la douche était parfois un peu froide… mais honnêtement, avec tout ce qu’il y a de positif autour, on s’en fout 😂 Merci pour ce super séjour, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Je recommande à 100 % ! ❤️

A great location right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and excursions. Cute beachy feel to the rooms and aesthetic of the property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mattresses were a little firm for my husband and I but our teenage and adult kids had no problem with them. Pool was great if you wanted a break from the ocean and the coral washing on shore.
