I got room 805, it was spacious, great place for longer stay. Airport Shuttle goes by easy to find. To take the shuttle back to airport is on the opposite side from arrival. It has washer, stove, full size fridge and lots of lights. I like the space and getting the morning sun.

It was little worn but still alright with it. But it was cleaned properly. When I was taking shower, the water wasnt really drained so checked it and could find a bunch of hairs stuck in drainage. So dirty. So i had to take it out by myself to take shower!

暑いのに冷房が効かなかった。29℃から下がらない。初日、フロントもないし、誰もいない。管理人もいない。初日は我慢しました。次の日の朝、作業員さんに電話してもらい、修理してもらいました。冷房が効かないのは掃除の時にわかってたはずです。夏の暑い日にこれはダメだと思う。

I never received a check-in email a day before my arrival.I stood in the lobby with my family trying to figure out how to check in and had to book at another hotel. The check-in email arrived after midnight (already checked into another hotel). They wouldn't refund. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.

The hotel was great, reception was amazing, tge only problem i had is for me.very seriously, when i was already in the room, some one open the door witb keys (seems another person getting to their room and probably confused the room number) but my concern was that he was able to open my room , tgta was so scary.

Arrived at 6 pm. No answer when I called the number provided. No email received. No virtual check in. No instructions in the lobby. Luckily, the cleaning staff spotted us. It appears that he was given the info about us. However, he speaks no Korean or English. I booked two ocean view rooms but was given only one. This place is more like Extended stay with many foreigner workers. I wished I knew this prior to booking it. I wanted to be stress free before the flight but was more stressed over check-in process.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Kitchenette, bidet, firm beds and pillows. Very easy and convenient for staying near the airport, you will need to understand/research the local bus schedules if you want to venture into Incheon or Seoul. EXCELLENT communication and service from the host, will definitely stay again when visiting family in Korea!

You get a hotel room in a building near the airport. There is no reception. The room is comfortable, and the English instructions on how to get there and access the room are clear. I found the location of hotel to be conveniently nearby the airport which was a plus the process for checking in. And checking out was very convenient, very simple. And I have no problems. Hotel had a convenient mini mart in the lobbying and several restaurants and bars nearby soul for all, I found staying here today a very good experience.

I love how individual the process and rooms were. The staff was attentive and respectful. They made sure if you had any problems, that solutions would be delivered fast. It was quiet and peaceful, good food right near the hotel too.

I love how individual the process and rooms were. The staff was attentive and respectful. They made sure if you had any problems, that solutions would be delivered fast. It was quiet and peaceful, good food right near the hotel too.

i stayed late nov. ez arrival & departure via airport free shuttle. ez check in & check out. nice clean room, quiet, great view, washing machine was a plus & clothes air dried by the morning. across the street is a 24h laundromat if needed. yummy restaurant downstairs packed with natives.

カウンターがないので最初は不安だったが、宿泊当日に丁寧なメールをくれるのでチェックインも全く問題なかった。1階にコンビニがあるし徒歩５分以内にセブンイレブンもあるので非常に便利だった。空港へのアクセスもバス停が近いので楽ちんでした。

Great place to stay for a layover. Free shuttle bus was easy and so convenient. Very spacious and lots of convenient things in the room. Would stay again. Not much open when I arrived and left. Best to go into the city to eat; or eat at airport as they have great options.

This place is actually nice and spacious for its price, I was impressed. There was a convenient store and a good curry place at the bottom floor. Good overnight stay.

I found the location of hotel to be conveniently nearby the airport which was a plus the process for checking in. And checking out was very convenient, very simple. And I have no problems. Hotel had a convenient mini mart in the lobbying and several restaurants and bars nearby soul for all, I found staying here today a very good experience.

There is a public shuttle bus from Airport to this hotel. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the hotel. Very convenient. The lobby has a convenient store, and a 7-Eleven shop across the street from the hotel. Pretty good location.

공항에어텔로 너무 좋았습니다. 무인으로 전날 친절하게 안내해주시고 넓고 갖춰질것 다 갖춰지고 밑에 식당도 맛있었고 이른 아침 출국에 이용하기 너무좋았습니다.

This is not a hotel, but extremely poor property to host people. The whole building is like a ghost town including the surrounding area. I was very scared to stay in this place. No lights (broken lights) in the hallway, extremely shabby, smelly, and many more bad things. Hotels.com is misleading people. This place should be removed from the list. I was about to move out from the place, but I couldn’t because it was late night.

Clean and spacious room in an older apartment building with lots of local restaurants. We used the free shuttle bus from the Paradise City as we spent time before and after check in/ out there which is about 10 minutes walk away. Good price and value for a layover stay.
