This was an amazing experience from the first minute to the last, starting with a welcoming and friendly staff, entering to a great room with beautiful views, enjoying the pool, colorful gardens, happy hour, dinner options and spa treatments. What a wonderful hotel this is! The staff and security are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we got there, we felt at home. The facilities are beautiful and well cared for, too. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was roomy, we had a beautiful view, the bed was wonderful, and the shower and bathroom were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super responsive with requests for Thai tea or cocoa. I can’t wait to get back.

This place is so cute, the gardens are amazing and the staff lovely. We had a courtyard view room which was large and had a big terrace overlooking the flower beds. A good selection at breakfast and eggs cooked to order. We ate our evening meal at the hotel too, reasonably priced, although we were occasionally the only ones in. It took us about 20 mins drive to the national park.

The property is beautiful. The service staff are generally very young, courteous and well trained and also multitasking. Shower mixer is not accurately flowing between hot and cold. Breakfast spread is good. We had a bad experience with our order of steak. But Ms Ming was excellent in resolving them and has great management skills.
