InterContinental Hotels Doha Residences

Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.

Great reception and service

The Breakfast is very good. Evening Buffets are noisy with lots of kids running about and screaming. Ok for an All Inclusive but not when you are paying a lot of money for it. Also service lacked at evening buffets. We stayed in an apartment in the residences, the apartment needs some maintenance. Pool was nice and lots of towels available. Beach areas are nice too. Alcohol is very expensive. We were in an apartment which was very close to an ‘inflatable run park for children’ so every day you have the noise/music from there. The room maids were friendly and good. In the apartments there are no cleaning supplies or basic salt, pepper, sugar etc. you can easily walk to the metro station which is good. Otherwise it’s not near to anything so better choice if you want to just enjoy the resort. Overall a nice holiday but outside and inside needs some maintenance.
