Very nice and small resort. Staff and Rooms are lovely but also very tiny. Very good breakfast. But VERY VERY bad wlan connection. Unusable so we had to switch to our mobile connection. For a hotel in this category this should not be the standard. Unfortunatly there was a construction site on the property (11/2023) so the area on the river (breakfast!) was closed. Sad - but not very loud. Great location at the river and a little bit away from the tourists. So very calm in the night. Finally - all good.

Rooms are super clean but a bit small. Nice balcony though. Swimming pool area is super nice and there is a good restaurant facing the river. Staff is extremely friendly.

We stayed 5 nights which included New Year’s Eve. Service throughout our stay was excellent from all staff members. The hotel is a little haven in a busy city. Lovely relaxing pool area. The NYE celebration dinner and show/music was very well organised with an excellent self service buffet. The staff worked incredibly hard with a very full restaurant and ensured that all guests were looked after well. The autumn blossom performance was magical with dance and drummers. The live band/singers kept everyone entertained and made for a good party atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a special celebration at this hotel. Spa massage also excellent. We looked forward to breakfast time as had a wide tasty selection.

Unfortunately this was NOT a good time. We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This was the opposite. I booked the same room type as last time which was a pool side suite. This time I was taken to the third floor in a room no where near the River and a completely obstructed view. I paid over $1,500 USD to upgrade to a Riverside suite but had to vacate due to the suite not being available for 1 night of our 6 night booking. Reception staff was really super fake and didn’t do much to accommodate this returning customer. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The restaurant is currently under demolition and reconstruction. There will be very loud construction noise to deal with while you’re trying to relax by the pool during the day. We weren’t informed of this until our arrival. ALSO IMPORTANT: Their trademark beautiful tree is dying from some sort of fungal infection. No beautiful pics to be had here!

The resort’s gem really is the staff, they are absolutely wonderful and attentive! You will be in good hands with the team at Na Nirand. Do note that they are currently renovating their riverside restaurant, breakfast is at their Thai rice barn restaurant with equally lovely seating and river views. Current renovations are happening on weekdays only (weekends were quiet). The noise is only intrusive if you intend to stay in your hotel room during working hours on the weekdays. Otherwise you will be unaffected by the necessary renovations to keep this gem shining!

Colazione abbondante ed estremamente varia. (Ottima). Durante il soggiorno abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante che a prezzi modesti offre ottimi piatti. Le stanze sono grandi e dotate di tutti i comfort. Assolutamente consigliato

Such a cool hotel in a great location in Chiang Mai. The pool is absolutely stunning and the rooms are so cozy. The breakfast is phenomenal and cute with river views. It’s very walkable to night markets in Chiang Mai. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

this beautiful boutique hotel had the most amazing friendly staff. We happen to look out and stay during the lantern festival. The hotel put on this amazing dinner buffet, and fabulous show free of charge. We loved our room, relaxing by the pool and the fabulous breakfast buffet.

Very romantic boutique hotel on riverside, all the staff very courteous, nice and helpful.wonderful breakfast,relaxing swimming pool,restaurant ,closed to many night bazaar markets,main streets.next to local temple and docking river boat for explore the region,Excachan local restaurant,a must to try,Very quiet residential area only 5-10 min walk you reach night bazaars , local night life,all the hustle off Chiang Mai.B- gym equipment very basic,need ramp installation for some Lana suites.We will come back for sure,we love resort style and romantic places. What a find! Na Nirand exceeded our expectations. The staff was impeccable, the property beautiful, the food / restaurant is gourmet, the spa treatments were excellent and the price of everything was quite reasonable. This is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Good hotel lovely grounds which are well maintained. Restaurant did delicious food, the best I’ve had in Thailand. Unfortunately disappointing that guests are charged service charge for each order - dinner, drink, snacks - service on top. I understand if you are an outside guests but feels unreasonable for hotel guests, this is why I cannot score the top end. Would have liked more towels in the room and a bigger sized room, too small for two adults and luggage

Everything was perfect during our stay. The food was great, the hotel was extremely clean and efficiently operated and the staff was incredible. It is a hidden oasis of calm outside of the busy surrounding area. I can’t say enough about how attentive the staff was and how helpful they were with planning activities and making suggestions. All of the trips they planned were effortless and top notch. Beam and Arthur (front desk staff) absolutely spoiled us. I wish we would have ended our trip here because the other resorts we stayed after did not compare.

This property is amazing. It is small and very intimate. The staff were so wonderful and warm. The pool and grounds were clean and well kept. I want to return to Chiang Mai just to stay here again. Breakfast was available every day with a ton of choices. The Na Nirand gets a 6/5 stars from my group!

Our room was a bit dated and there was a musty smell that we believe was from the open wooden flat shower floor. The hotel was under construction which was not revealed on the booking or website. Otherwise it was very nice.

The boutique resort is a quite unique place. It is situated in a great location in Chiang Mai. The only critical about the room is lack of storage facility for the trailer like us who come from far distance and have been traveling for nearly month require more clothes etc. The lack of bedside cabinet etc is essential in a hotel room. This property lack in furniture like that etc make it difficult for us.

We were in transit and only stayed for one night. Our highlight was meeting Geo who picked us up and checked us in. He was an absolute delight! Regarding the property, the rooms are small and dated, but the spa services and general staff were excellent.

Just perfect. Travelled a great deal on business and pleasure and have to say this is a great find. For sure appreciated my noise cancelling headphones which helped with the music from across the river, however it finished at 23:30 anyway so was not a problem. The staff here are really super!

Loved the place! On the river, beautiful restaurant and breakfast. Room was spacious large soaking tub. The property was very well kept and all of the staff was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is very peaceful and a beautiful oasis along the river. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond for anything we needed. The food is great and the eating area with the river views was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Na Nirand is a beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The staff are very attentive, the helped us book our excursions and our travel. The room was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The food was great, the hotel was extremely clean and efficiently operated and the staff was incredible. It is a hidden oasis of calm outside of the busy surrounding area. I can’t say enough about how attentive the staff was and how helpful they were with planning activities and making suggestions. All of the trips they planned were effortless and top notch. Beam and Arthur (front desk staff) absolutely spoiled us. I wish we would have ended our trip here because the other resorts we stayed after did not compare.

this beautiful boutique hotel had the most amazing friendly staff. We happen to look out and stay during the lantern festival. The hotel put on this amazing dinner buffet, and fabulous show free of charge. We loved our room, relaxing by the pool and the fabulous breakfast buffet.

Na Nirand is a beautiful property with attentive staff. We dined in for breakfast and one dinner. The restaurant is handsome and a gorgeous outdoor patio over looks the river. The food was delicious with generous portions. A memorable stay.

This property is amazing. It is small and very intimate. The staff were so wonderful and warm. The pool and grounds were clean and well kept. I want to return to Chiang Mai just to stay here again. Breakfast was available every day with a ton of choices. The Na Nirand gets a 6/5 stars from my group!

Na Nirand had avery high rating and I wondered why. After our stay I would give it a 12 out of 10! This may be our favorite hotel and we travel frequently. The staff were simply superb. Everyone was genuinely friendly and efficient. Whether it the front staff or the landscaping staff they greeted you with a warm smile and a sincere welcome. We loved the intimate feel of the resort. It was just off the beaten path but felt a world apart. We stayed in the Colonial House which was set apart and very private. We loved the traditional Thai style of the room. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious bedding. The bathroom was unique with an outstanding shower and large soaking tub. It would have been nice to have a partition for toilet. Breakfast was very well done and had many choices - especially for a small hotel.Overall we loved Na Nirand and can't wait to return.

This a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. A shame we were not told about the renovations to, what will be, a fabulous restaurant on the river. Lighting in the bathrooms was inadequate for shaving and makeup. No full length mirror! But a great place to be based with lovely staff and excellent breakfasts! Would recommend and would stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Good location away from the hustle & bustle. You can walk or take a short ride (Grab) into the main area. Hotel is nice and quiet - not many people using the pool. The buffet breakfast was tasty highly recommend since there isn’t restaurants right outside the hotel. Airport is a quick drive ~ 15 mins.

Just perfect. Travelled a great deal on business and pleasure and have to say this is a great find. For sure appreciated my noise cancelling headphones which helped with the music from across the river, however it finished at 23:30 anyway so was not a problem. The staff here are really super!

Such a cool hotel in a great location in Chiang Mai. The pool is absolutely stunning and the rooms are so cozy. The breakfast is phenomenal and cute with river views. It’s very walkable to night markets in Chiang Mai. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Super hotel and property in good location close to the city. Unfortunately it was slightly overshadowed by the loud music every night from the bar across the river making it less than tranquil. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly assisting us to organise trips and tips for where to eat.

Very nice and small resort. Staff and Rooms are lovely but also very tiny. Very good breakfast. But VERY VERY bad wlan connection. Unusable so we had to switch to our mobile connection. For a hotel in this category this should not be the standard. Unfortunatly there was a construction site on the property (11/2023) so the area on the river (breakfast!) was closed. Sad - but not very loud. Great location at the river and a little bit away from the tourists. So very calm in the night. Finally - all good.

Good hotel lovely grounds which are well maintained. Restaurant did delicious food, the best I’ve had in Thailand. Unfortunately disappointing that guests are charged service charge for each order - dinner, drink, snacks - service on top. I understand if you are an outside guests but feels unreasonable for hotel guests, this is why I cannot score the top end. Would have liked more towels in the room and a bigger sized room, too small for two adults and luggage

We stayed 5 nights which included New Year’s Eve. Service throughout our stay was excellent from all staff members. The hotel is a little haven in a busy city. Lovely relaxing pool area. The NYE celebration dinner and show/music was very well organised with an excellent self service buffet. The staff worked incredibly hard with a very full restaurant and ensured that all guests were looked after well. The autumn blossom performance was magical with dance and drummers. The live band/singers kept everyone entertained and made for a good party atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a special celebration at this hotel. Spa massage also excellent. We looked forward to breakfast time as had a wide tasty selection.

The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are very polite, well-mannered, and respectful, while also being very attentive and caring towards their guests without being intrusive. I did not mention that it was my birthday, but shortly after checking in, a staff member called to let me know that they had prepared a small gift for me. It was some Thai sweets beautifully arranged on a lovely plate. We were very touched and impressed by this thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by many trees and beautifully landscaped gardens. The restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. The chef is clearly skilled, with beautifully presented dishes combining Thai and European styles. The food was very tasty and enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean and beautifully designed as well. We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service, the beautiful surroundings, the food, and the attention to detail. This hotel is also located closed to Night market. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

Excellent and highly recommended stay. All amenities were top notch with the exception of their “gym” which was four cardio treadmill type machines. I would recommend they do get an actual gym for their guests. But staff was out of this world amazing!
