Velg rom med sjøutsikt. Rommene er store og nye, med svært god aircondition. Rengjøring hver dag og hyggelige ansatte som vet hva de gjør. Vi kommer garantert tilbake.

I booked the king and queen bed room. Travelled with 2 young kids. Fantastic value. Room and toilet is new and clean. Huge fridge in the room. Internet speed is good. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Quiet with the windows closed. I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The king and queen bed were both very comfortable. My family slept very well. Shuttle provided to Central Mall 3 times a day. 2 minor complains. Shower temperature keep turning from hot to cold even though the knob position was not adjusted and the water in the shower wasn't draining fast. We asked the hotel maintenence to come check but the problem wasn't solved. However these are small issues. I would definitely stay here again. Please give me a thumbs up or helpful if you read this and find my review useful.

My second time at Sirin Exclusive. It is a nice property, well kept and big clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful in all areas. The location is ideal for me as I prefer not to be center city, there is everything needed within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool with excellent views. The manager Joe was very helpful to accommodate a request for me. I will stay here again when I return.🙏

The lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and well appointed. Very very spacious and clean lobby. The staff was nice, friendly and had smiles. The hotel room hallway floors (outside of room) were clean and had an open lobby to roof look The rooms were a decent size and had microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator, & (2) plates. The shower (no tub) had great hot water). Oddly, no dishwashing liquid in kitchen…. As with most hotels the room hallways are extremely hot. No ac The pool closes at 8pm, way to early…. Although I paid for double occupancy the hotel refused to give me (2) room card keys…. The hotel is extremely stingy with towels & clearly didn’t like changing bed sheets.. Overall the room cleaning service was ok at best….. The breakfast & overall hotel food was some of the worst I have had. Terrible to be exact. Nothing on the food & beverage staff, nice but the food wasn’t good. At all. The bed pillows are trash. Horrible bed pillows….. You can smoke on the balcony which was super nice. The balcony door stuck a bit, needed to apply a bit f force to open…. This area is very much a family, quite, couples “area” of town – nice. Plenty of 7-11’s, stores & restaurants very close…

De locatie was oke; je had wel allerlei winkeltjes maar niet alles was open. Het bed is comfortabel alleen vond niet dat er goed werd schoongemaakt, vooral de badkamer niet. Onder het bed zat er ook veel stof. De medewerkers vond ik ook niet erg servicegericht. Je werd niet gegroet bij binnenkomst, wat ik wel gewend ben van de thaise gastvrijheid. Het eten vond ik wel erg goed. Kortom, mooi hotel alleen kan de schoonmaak en de service wat beter.

Very nice hotel. Pretty much everything was topnotch and hard to find a fault. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and very helpful. Stayed in a Corner King room with a large wraparound balcony with sea views. Good sized bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The bed and sheets were near perfect and made for a good nights sleep. The food service could use some work though, room service arrived quickly, but the Tomyung seafood soup was actually sweet and not spicy/sour, didn't care for it, the club sandwich was OK. The breakfast buffet was OK and only 200 Baht. Relatively quiet area with plenty to do in the area.

I booked the king and queen bed room. Travelled with 2 young kids. Fantastic value. Room and toilet is new and clean. Huge fridge in the room. Internet speed is good. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Quiet with the windows closed. I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The king and queen bed were both very comfortable. My family slept very well. Shuttle provided to Central Mall 3 times a day. 2 minor complains. Shower temperature keep turning from hot to cold even though the knob position was not adjusted and the water in the shower wasn't draining fast. We asked the hotel maintenence to come check but the problem wasn't solved. However these are small issues. I would definitely stay here again. Please give me a thumbs up or helpful if you read this and find my review useful.

My second time at Sirin Exclusive. It is a nice property, well kept and big clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful in all areas. The location is ideal for me as I prefer not to be center city, there is everything needed within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool with excellent views. The manager Joe was very helpful to accommodate a request for me. I will stay here again when I return.🙏

The curtains are most certainly not blackout as there was plenty of light shining in the rooms all night. They are also not soundproofed as advertised, lots and lots of street noise. The room service steak was inedible. I called to complain and was merely offered to have it reheated.

My stay at the Sirin Exclusive Hotel was vbery enjoyable. It is a modern hotel and the rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Rooms have good air-conditioning, with a small kitchenette with full size fridge, great for longer stays. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is at the quieter end of Soi5 and walkable to the beach and a short Bolt ride from the bus station, so ideally situated.

Very nice hotel. Pretty much everything was topnotch and hard to find a fault. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and very helpful. Stayed in a Corner King room with a large wraparound balcony with sea views. Good sized bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The bed and sheets were near perfect and made for a good nights sleep. The lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and well appointed. Very very spacious and clean lobby. The staff was nice, friendly and had smiles. The hotel room hallway floors (outside of room) were clean and had an open lobby to roof look The rooms were a decent size and had microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator, & (2) plates. The shower (no tub) had great hot water). Oddly, no dishwashing liquid in kitchen…. As with most hotels the room hallways are extremely hot. No ac The pool closes at 8pm, way to early…. Although I paid for double occupancy the hotel refused to give me (2) room card keys…. The hotel is extremely stingy with towels & clearly didn’t like changing bed sheets.. Overall the room cleaning service was ok at best….. The breakfast & overall hotel food was some of the worst I have had. Terrible to be exact. Nothing on the food & beverage staff, nice but the food wasn’t good. At all. The bed pillows are trash. Horrible bed pillows….. You can smoke on the balcony which was super nice. The balcony door stuck a bit, needed to apply a bit f force to open…. This area is very much a family, quite, couples “area” of town – nice. Plenty of 7-11’s, stores & restaurants very close…

Best hotel during our trip. The staff made it feel like a 5 star hotel. The family suite is well worth the money and the facilities were true to the pictures. We had 3 balconies with views. It was nice to relax at roof top pool after day at the beach. The beach was a 10 minute enjoyable walk. This hotel was true to it's online marketing. Wish we stayed longer.

マネージャーさん含めて皆さんフレンドリーでとても快適に過ごせました。ベットメーキングの男性と話す機会がありこの道10年以上ってのは素晴らしいと思いました。モーニングの手作りヨーグルトもとても美味しく昼近くまでやっている朝食付きはとても美味しく良かったです。もちろん、ホテル室内も綺麗で素晴らしかったです。

I was underwhelmed with my stay. My assured vip treatment included a surprise and unexpected request for 1000Thb deposit. Upon my arrival. Which would be supposedly refunded upon checkout. I was unaware and unprepared for this additional expense. Since I did not have this. The hotel deemed me no longer able to receive the breakfast that is not automatically given. Therefore this was a paid for addition in advance that was now being revoked by the hotel. My balcony doors did not open upon my arrival. Which required an engineer to fix them. The bathtub had a slow leak and the water dried out my skin. the overall condition of the bathroom upkeep was lacking. The caulking needed repair and or replacement. I was underwhelmed with my stay. My assured vip treatment included a surprise and unexpected request for 1000Thb deposit. Upon my arrival. Which would be supposedly refunded upon checkout. I was unaware and unprepared for this additional expense. Since I did not have this. The hotel deemed me no longer able to receive the breakfast that is not automatically given. Therefore this was a paid for addition in advance that was now being revoked by the hotel. My balcony doors did not open upon my arrival. Which required an engineer to fix them. The bathtub had a slow leak and the water dried out my skin. the overall condition of the bathroom upkeep was lacking. The caulking needed repair and or replacement.
